Invest in better isolated windows to block out the street noise. Offer proper pillows which hold some form and are made from synthetic materials, not feathers.

I enjoyed my stay, however it would be great if the rooms had a small bar fridge. I like to drink cold water and every time I want cold water I have to go to reception to get ice cubes.

« nice hotel, need to be renovated a little »

Hotel was nice, near autobahn, but in green area. Room has several points to improve: kracks on plastic window, small kracks on the wall. No slipperies, no bathrobe, no toothpaste and toothbrush. Quiet area. Another one Mercury hotel in 7 minutes by foot. It is with swimming pool and you can use it free of charge.

« So so, breakfast on first morning was terrible. Was this IBIS...? »

Had a dark room (121), clean but not that charming. Tuesday morning started bad, with terible breakfast service, most plates in buffet close to empty, salmon was "out, sorry...", bread basket a few 'just baked rolls'. Wednesday was better though. But I think you should watch out.
