The room was the noisiest I ever had , I stayed at this Mercure before and had great experiences , the people are very good . The food is at beast , just eatable that includes breakfast . It is a realy good hotel as long you do not stay in rooms like room 201 or eat there

Superb. Clean, nice room, kitchen etc. However, when I arrived to check in @ around 2pm, there were no rooms. After waiting for some 15 minutes a room was allocated to me. This despite having made a booking. Otherwise top notch. Love it. Thanks Mercure. By the way, your booking agent Rexy was most friendly, courteous and a true professional. Front desk persons Laura and the gentleman, whose name escapes me right now, were kind, and friendly. Enjoyable stay. See u soon.

I have been staying there for a while now & have stayed in room 406 before but so had specifically asked for it but this time it was just AWFUL! The safe was broken. Only 2 towels, broken bathroom mirror, the inside of the fridge is just disgusting, the blinds in the kitchen were broken, the inside locking latch was broken, the case for the tv remote was broken, it took several attempts to flush the chain in before anything went down. We arrived at the hotel well after 2 but the rom wasn’t ready & we had to proceed to do our other business away from the hotel whilst they got the room ready. All this bearing in mind that we had 2 tired kids.

« Very satisfied with my stay. »

I spent a lovely week at the hotel. Everything was to my expectation. The room was well cleaned everyday and we felt safe at the property. There was some noise at the pool area on Friday and weekends but it did not last until late. I will surely recommend this hotel. The driver we got from the hotel to do our transfers, Mr Podrick, was very nice and helpful. He was always on time and gave an excellent service to us.

TV did not work, no kettle. When we were given a kettle, it's cord was too short to reach the plug. Our access cards stopped working at one point and no one fixed this. Our room was opened for us and then the person justbdissapeared without sorting out the cards. We asked for help several times, but we were just ignored. This was the worst hospitality experience in years.

« Not what I expected from Mercure. »

First off, the positives. The staff were relatively friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The negatives. The room was definitely not up to par. That shower is horrendous. We couldn't even shower properly without wetting the entire bathroom floor. The toilet was not cleaned even though it had a sign that it was. There were still stains on the bowel from the previous occupants, disgusting. The carpets just feel absolutely dirty as well as the couch and pillows. We know that you get what you pay for, but this is not up to standard.

« Very quite and peaceful experience. »

Receptionist were very friendly at the check in. Hotel is across the mall which is very convenient. Apartment were nice and cosy also spacious. Will just suggest that they provide enough glasses , cutlery, dishes , and cooking utilities for making breakfast. Also they can provide at least 4 towls not just 2 for 4 guests. But will definitely stay there again.
