Hotel stay is expensive and does not include breakfast and also does not provide bottled water in the rooms. For the price we paid it should cater for both.

There are certainly serious shortcomings in housekeeping. I found the safe closed. This should be checked by room personel when they do up the room after guests have checked out. Cutlery consisted of a single fork, knife,spoon each. There was only 1 beer glass in the cupboard. No bowls or the usual additional coffee cups. There was no floor mat in the bathroom.

My stay was just for a few days but it was peaceful and comfortable environment. The organisation needs to work on the strenght of the Wi-fi in some of the rooms even though it seems they are not ready to do that because the complaint has been made before now.

There are ups and downs during my stay. 1. During breakfast the food were too much oily 2 . When I request an iron from the reception it take days for the iron to arrive. 3. The TV channels are not catering for South African viewers. No South African news channel is available. 4. The replacement of towels is not regularly and the towels are very old.

The second stay was good, the suite with two rooms was more convenient given the fact that we came alomng with our five year lovely young daughter. The room was also located at the end of the 7th block which was convenient.

Was the worst experience ever! I used Mercury for many years in different countries but this time was horrible. After drive more than 500 km I needed to wait almost 3 hour to have my room available. When the room was “ready”, there was no toills, there was no sheets on the beds and nothing was done! I went to the bed with the promess that on the next day everything were be fine. I waked up and spend all the day out of hotel and to my surprise, no room service had been done. A member of the staff went with me to a empty room and there I could take sheets from the beds, toills on the bathroom and kitchen objects. I returned to my room and needed to organize the room with my self! All the water from bathroom went to the living room and the carpet stayed wet and with a horrible smell. Only on the forth nigth, after a lot of nervous, they accepted to change my room.
