My stay, was great. The only thing I dislike was the fact that, although i did notice my arrival earlier (about a month before) than check in time, I did not find available room. It was so uncomfortable to wait for about 8 hours to have the room. It was cold, I was tired. I hope you see this things next time.

Pre-authorisation done via online check in, but desk clerk on check in could not find my pre-authorisation done via my credit card, please revise your online check in procedure. One shower in the bath did not work and the sink in bathroom drained very slowly when used, looks like there was a pipe blockage.

Did online check and pre-authorisation which at check in could not picked up. Did not have a blanket in one room. Main shower did not work properly and sink had a blockage, would not drain when used. Good overall facilities though

I wish I could stay longer and enjoy such good services,,, however, I noticed that some of the air-conditioning in some of the rooms where not working properly as well as the heater, so please take a look at that because what makes people uncomfortable is the coldness in the room

Poor customer service from front desk.

Room was satisfactory. Front desk service was very poor. Communication skills and manners of Bedfordview staff was not professional at all. Making the reservation over the phone was difficult, then we received an incorrect proforma invoice excluding the breakfast as requested. The second, "corrected" proforma invoice had only accommodation charged at a higher rate, still no breakfast. This is what we based our payment on. Upon check in we experienced resistance from front desk when we showed a bank eft proof of payment instead of a cash payment. The next morning, after breakfast our guest was instructed to pay for his breakfast as "it was not what we paid for". When approaching front desk staff, they were not very cooperative and barely made eye contact with us while insisting the mistake was made by us.

The rooms have a bad smell of what was cooked before, the linen was old and burnt. The furniture is super old and not modern. Most hotels have international plugs but yours does not. The bedroom was small and the TV channels were incredibly limited. There was no lotion in the bathroom just soaps and shower gel and shampoo. The first room I was in the paint job was bad on the wall it had blotches

The television programmes was stuck and the TV would not change the channels. I was in room 102 and my colleague in room 308 had the same problems. The room was very nice and neat and the bathroom too. Overall the experience was good.

My room was very dusty- from the curtains to the furniture. I could barely sleep and hardly wanted to eat in there. The sheets didn't feel or smell fresh at all. The bathroom floor had not been swept. The water in the bath tub came out very slowly and barely filled the tub. Just an all around horrible, horrible experience. I will definitely not be coming back after this. The only redemption you might have is your friendly reception staff who are lovely and very hospitable. But, even with that, it's not worth waking up with a stuffy nose and a scratchy throat because I've been enhaling dust all night.
