« Room in horrible state of disrepair. »

Staff was friendly and the lobby looked nice. Our family room was a complete disaster. Lights didn’t work, fridge barely cooled, air conditioners couldn’t cool rooms, dirty, broken countertop in bathroom,etc. the list goes on and on. The fact that we paid $170 to stay for one night is an absolute travesty for the quality of the room. I am actively discouraging my friends and colleagues here in Swaziland from staying at this hotel.

I've been in 3 stars hotels before, this was a total dissapointment. When we arrived, the man who assisted us was professional not sympathetic. The quality of equipments, finishing of constructions itself (tiling, vanities) where awful... it seems there is a lack of maintenance. The TV never worked... the lightning was too dark... from pictures on the website to the reality there is a huge abism. It looked more like a rented house than an hotel. Im pretty sure I am not returning.

My previous stay in 2017 was not up to standard, but nevertheless we decided to give it a second chance. The issues raised previously have not been addressed and in fact got worse. We were 3 colleagues travelling together in one vehicle and 3 rooms were booked , and on arrival the 3 rooms were not near to each other. On request this was changed. I was given a room on the first floor which was fine, but the access card did not work after been coded twice. I was then given a different room. The room was decent but the air conditioner was ineffective and the flap stayed closed (not swinging). I placed a cup to hold the flap up.I then proceeded to have dinner which was paid for and clearly specified Halaal on the voucher. This was never arranged which was also the case last year. I did not have dinner with my colleagues. The staff did not offer to rectify this problem and only said they will take this up with the F&B manager. There was no offer to contact your Halaal supplier. I will not recommend or stay at your Hotel in future.

Overall experience declined progressively since approx 2 years-ago. During last stay in room 618 (if i remember correctly), in Feb 2018, Aircoditioner did not cool, showing E4 on wall unit, toilet cistern had a continuous small water leak, room smelled stuffy, carpet seemed dirty, light above work desk didn't work, breakfast pastry tasted old and there was only one or 3 juice flavours (not my favourate flavor) available.

create more awareness/Enforce compliance with you smoking policy to your smoking quest. The room (non-smoking) that I was initially allocated was smelling cigarette, which means the previous occupant didn't adhere to your policy. and one wonders if this was reported to management by cleaners and if yes what was done and why the room was still smelling if anything was done. Apart from that I had a wonderful stay and new room. Another thing I notice your rooms plugs are not fitted with twin-plugs.

Was not nice at all. The 406 room was not clean, there was corn flakes behind the beds and there was not pillow cases. Consequently we all returned to Maputo with the flu.

The worst Accor Hotel I ever stayed at. We could not accept the first two rooms offered to us as the bathroom and the walls were completely covered with mould. Furthermore, the pillows, the linen and the sofa had large stains. The air conditioning was extremely loud and the room nevertheless very hot. I also could not use the safe as it does not work in all rooms. It is a joke that I wasted my points for this horrible hotel.

« Ok but could be improved »

The rooms are nice was impressed at arrival. However i was disappointed with the service. My room would spend the whole day without being cleaned and the bed not made. For all the days I stayed there the housekeeper would come to clean and make up the bed around 5 PM. And they would also not clean the rooms thoroughly enough. The housekeepers would spend 5 or less minutes to fix the room. I also noticed the toilet was not cleaned properly.
