It was a great weekend for myself and kids. Friendly welcome at the reception by the staff. We felt being at home far from home. Cool , cleanliness of the surrounding ,the rooms it was so refreshing guys. I do not regret for having booked.& the Mall closeby!!! What else can one ask for......great.

Good service and facilities. For a self-catering unit I expected a bit more cutlery and utensils. (only one bowl for 4 people, only 3 glasses, no pot/pan, no bottle opener)

Very disappointing. There were no swimming towels at reception, there were no bath towels in the room the following morning (after we left them hanging up to dry), the cold water tap in the kitchen didnt work, aircon didnt work, the mirror in the bathroom needs to be replaced, the room and bathroom is un-kept and not in a very good condition. We feel that the price we paid per night did not warrant the condition and quality of the stay and room/bathroom.

I really love your place , hybrid of a hotel and self catering accommodation, almost like a home away from home. Some suggestions; 1. I suggest that you embark on a drive to clean your carpets and couches though, there were some clearly visible stains. 2. Provide dish cloths, dish liquid/detergent (and oven gloves). This is what I found missing. We then asked for some at reception and it was pleasantly delivered to our room! 3. The pool didn’t look clean at all

It was good, what will make it the best hotel, is to take out carpets and put tiles or wooden flooring. The Carpers are smelling and it make it to be uncomfortable, for person with sinuses. but over all the hotel staff and cleanliness was good.

Overall my stay was a great experience, however there were a few challenges, such as my television only showing two channels, I reported this and it was not attended to and last the telephone set in my room did not have a dialling tone, so I struggled contacting the reception. With that said everything else was on par and I especially enjoyed playing table tennis. Will be sure to come back again.

I did not like it at all. The card did not want to open, and the carpet looked dirty There was no telephone Lastly, they dished food for us, with salads that are not suppose to be warmed, as if that was enough, there was no cutlery to use

Friendly staff. Rooms are outdated but clean. In-room crockery and cutlery is available but sometimes lacking ie two cups with one saucer. Larger coffee mugs will be appreciated.

Good location but desperately needs maintenance room smelled and was not very clean paint peeling off floor boards rotten and desperately needs TLC and revamp not good value for money was noisy and we were woken up in the middle of the night to move our car to a different parking space although there were no parking bay numbers have been staying here for years but will booking elsewhere next time....
