Not too good, A/C in the living room was out of gas. On check out, another customer was complaining about the same thing in another room. Otherwise OK, rooms clean, breakfast OK although coffee machine was out of order for some time.

The check in was ok. But no mention to our Accor hotels gold status. We got a room, but it was badly located downstairs, and I asked another one. So they gave us an upgrade. The new room was much nicer. I needed to ask about the welcome drink, then I got the vouchers. It’s sad that the staff didn’t recognize the gold members. We feel strange, as we are used to the great treatment gave to gold members in many Accor hotels.

It was good accomodation safe and secure however leaving the premises on foot is frustrating cos u use the same gate with vehicle which at times is not safe, TV set and channels needs upgrade sabc 1 channel was off for the whole duration of my stay also mzanzi channels especially 161 news channels 403 and 404 irons are too scotchy beneath, thats the cause of iron burning clothes it take time to get iron when ask for it I guess there are only few irons available but in general it is not a bad accomodation.

Nothing very bad but it definitely is very tired. We have stayed here a couple of times but around 5 years ago. The carpets and soft furnishings need replacing and a good scrub deep clean in the bathrooms . We had 2 rooms. We styed there because it is convenient for the supermarket mall. However will look for alternative accommodation nest time unless it has been refurbished as it feels a bit tacky . Breakfast very good. Staff nice.
