General impression was really not great. Very uncomfortable pillows. Ordered a club sandwich from room service. Very very disappointed. Taste was not great. No tomato, cheese and avo. No chicken mayo only 2 small pieces dry chicken. Really unappetizing. Breakfast just as dispasointing. Slow service. Cold meat and cheese plate leaves lots to the imagination. I travel regularly and this is one of the most disappointing stats I’ve had. Town lodge is miles better.

MERCURE IS A NICE HOTEL, AND I LIKE IT SO FAR BUT I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ANTS IN MY ROOM FEW MINUTES AFTER I LEFT MY FOOD NEXT TO THE MIRCOWAVE. PLEASE TREAT THESE ANTS. ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE LACE CURTAINS, I'M NOT SURE IF THEY ARE NOT OF QUALITY OR THEY ARE OLD, THEY JUST TEAR UP WITH A SMALL TOUCH. I AM SURE YOU WILL ATTEND TO THIS.

My room smelled of sigarette smoke which was a bit annoying. Rooms are clean and the service is impeccable. Breakfast was good but the lunches was not very tasty. The vegetables could do with some seasoning to make it taste better. Overall though the stay was not bad. Will recommend it to others.
