Unfortunately for us there was a biker rally in Mombela, quite noisy but early evening quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

« Lovely Hotel reception experience....the rooms in need of some desperate maintenance »

Reception and main hotel very smart/ beautiful in fact. The parking area and rooms were in bad state of repair - bathroom vanity panel badly water swelled and requires replacing. Tables in rooms badly marked and needing varnish etc.

I stayed in room 104 and it was dirty and smelling musty. It had cobwebs in the cupboard and spiders near the bed.

« The Hotel is beautiful. »

The Hotel is beautiful, however our room was not in good condition. The bathroom tab for cold water was broken, on the second day we received one pair of towel and when tried to call the housekeeping and the reception none of them answer the phone. In the kitchen there was only one wine glass and no table spoons, that kitchen was a shame. Lastly the lady who was cleaning our room, I think she needs a little bit of training in terms of making the bed. She was in a hurry, she just pulled the bedding without even dusting off the blankets. We were so surprised. Most of the important lights were not working, there was a light nest to the mirror and there was no globe in that light. The light next to the mirror (dressing table light) it was also not working.This was our experience at the Hotel, otherwise it is a beautiful hotel.

Overpriced for the quality currently absent at the hotel. The hotel is in desparate need of some TLC. Worn out furniture, non working ac's , worn out and flaking bathroom cabinates. Empty mini bars in the rooms, over priced breakfast for the quality of food made availlable for the guersts. Overall the hotel needs a revamp.
