Room was a bit dilapidated: 1) Cupboard was loose/hanging of hinges. 2) Curtains is old, tear easily when handling, also main curtain was off rail, nobody even worried or tried to fix it, was like that from day 1 that I checked in. 3) No safe in cupboard, had to put my valiables in my car each day. Breakfast: I suggest breakfast is amended a bit from day to day. I had to eat the same breakfast from the Wednesday - Sunday. Just general feeling is that rooms need some maintenance and care. Suggestion: Allocate parking to rooms. When I returned late evenings there was no parking left and I had to park somewhere else, far from my unit. Some drivers parked double to keep space for who knows who.

As on past occasions Mercure Hotel provided me with a relaxing and satisfying stay. As usual the staff was very efficient and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to the city's main shopping venue Illanga Mall

Fair and descent but not overall satisfactorily. Was in a self catering unit but without needed utensils like eating knife, had coffee and tea making facility but no milk. The cleaning staff came in late in the afternoon for cleaning.

Very good, as always, except for the following: - Cutlery: Was dirty, not washed, and also only one of each available. - No towels. We had to ask for towels twice. - No plug for the bath. Had to phone reception late night to bring us one.

I have asked for a non-smoking room and clearly the sign says no-smoking but the room was soaked in cigarette fumes. I can see that the Hotel rooms is not maintained well after each s.. I often sleep at Hotels and must say this one was bad. I make use of medical equipment that requires a clean environment that use clean air, needless to say I didn't sleep at all because of the bad smell of cigarette fumes made it impossible to use the machine. The breakfast was also worrisome the cold meet and cheese was old and could easily cause diarrhea. The coffee in the machine was sub-standard to what I'm used to in other Hotels. Suggest fresh brewed coffee. I will avoid this Hotel in future.

land phone not working. Sofas and chairs in the living room need attention in terms of cleaning and/or replacement. Not enough bath towels for the guests. Aunt attack. Not adequate providing of kitchen/dining utensils. Etc

The Hotel was very nice, good location for the Innibos Fest . Taps in room 500 needs to get replaced, water not coming through properly in shower and kitchen.

Taps in bathroom had to be replaced, broken. Had to ask for glasses and a shortage of cutlery. I have been a regular guest for the last ten years, and the kitchen has become a bit dated.

The stay was great I got welcome voucher to get a drink at the bar. Unfortunately our main room light was not working. Other than this, I had no other complaints to talk about. The breakfast was great as usual.

it was good. I was asked for proof of payment. Surely this should be done in advance unless my side did not submit this. I wish my needs for packed breakfast could have been met. I respect that it starts at 6h30 and 7am BUT I had to rush for work and breakfast is an important meal for someone in my industry. my meal was the BIGGEST LET DOWN...on arrival i did ask what time is breakfast. i was told 06h30 but i wish you could have gone the extra mile to say weekend is 07h00. yes i could have read the booklet right at the back of the advert pamphlets but what a fantastic service that would have been. also when i explained that i had to leave at 7am for work nothing could be done. no have coffee whilst you wait etc etc.....
