« Very satisfied considering a 3star hotel.very clean tidy polite efficient staff friendly breakfast crew »

I stayed 15 days for a busy assignment in Midrand going out 8:30 back 18:00. Stayed in this hotel without amenities for security reason.Room sufficiently clean and equipped though frig over cold in spite of trying to fix it. Difficult to get in time ironing gear but it is accessible. No hand lotion but otherwise decent toiletries. Dinner outsourced from nearby restaurants which is a clear inconvenience.

My experience at the hotel was great, the rooms were clean and the hot water was always available. The only problem was with the menus that were in the rooms they don't cook good food at all. I strongly recommend that you get a restaurant of your own with a good chief.

The staff were great. They were extremely professional. You need to attend to one thing though: I have stayed in many hotels before and rarely hear sounds from the room next door but at your hotel, the sound from the next room was almost as though the walls are made from cardboard. Even the sound of the water from the shower/toilet going through the pipes, I could hear from my room. Your facilities Manager needs to look into this as it can get quite distracting especially when you are there for a whole week like I was. The room number is 227. Other than this, I was quite happy at the hotel! Thank you

Great value for money. Very close to where my family stays so that's a bonus. Clean and neat. Had a slight problem with the shower, as the water would leak onto the floor when the shower door was closed. Solved problem by not showering with full pressure of the shower head. Noise in the corridor in the mornings was a bit of a disruption. Breakfast was good, a bit steep for vegetarians at R160 when we couldn't eat the sausages, livers, or bacon. Maybe a good idea to add one more vegetarian dish and maybe have a discounted price for vegetarians so it's value for money there too. Overall a good stay. Would visit again.
