Soft refurbishments recommended, as the carpets were extremely dirty, burned carpet in Room 318 Lift was faulty and aircons were very loud in the rooms Room 312 had a cockroach in the room. On the good side, the food was amazing and staff were very friendly. My bathroom was very nice.

Great value for money. Alot of amenities in the room. Loved the coffee station and fridge although the kettle wasn't clean. Had issues with mosquitos and the towel was really small.

Overall, always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I just hated that upon booking a single room and stating that it has to be a double, I got a room with 3/4 beds. I also absolutely feel that the carpets can be MUCH MUCH cleaner. A periodic deep clean is needed. The breakfast area is too small, especially when the hotel is busy
