I am disappointed that the smoking part if the venue is on the bottom when you come through. As a person who is sensitive to smoke it is nit a great experience. Also the shower leaked through the door such that the entire floor was wet with every shower. Other than that the staff are really friendly and polite and helpful.

Check in was a bit slow even though i am already a member. I other hotels of the chain they offer a treat for being a member. Here they dont. The room was correct. We had a cut of energy and they solved it in a very reasonable time. I was sick one night and I asked for a soup. First they said no, then they told me to wait because they were making burgers. The soup was not good but I had to have something. I had breakfast once. Bakery stuff seemed good but fruits were not ready. They were very nice all the time. it is the best value for money when going to the conventions center.

Permanent staff were perfectly good and friendly apart from the night shift students who were not friendly and helpful
