It was the worst experience ever. Your house keeping needs a lot of training in terms of conduct towards clients. They also knocks frequently. Tell them to keep theirs noise down when doing chores

I was booked into a smoking room although I notified the person who booked the room(the night before) that I do not want a smoking room. This was corrected while I was at reception. Secondly, the heater/air-con is very loud yet the rooms are very could. I had to switch it off amidst the freezing weather. There were no technicians on duty (as I was informed they do not work over weekends). on my first visit, I complained about the noisy fridge... My concern is I travel for formal(study) purposes and often arrive late in the evenings and I need a good and quite room to prepare for the next day.

It was horrible, I requested a non-smoking room and I was given a smoking room with a tiny bathroom that was so old fashioned. Ground floor with no view. Linen was clean but torn..
