When we went to eat out for dinner when we come back to claim our money we would be told to come back the following day because its too late to process our refund which according to me its a bad service because when we first arrived we were told not to bring the receipt a day later its suppose to be refunded the same day. So I think it will be much better if we are given the money in advance eg round about 17h00 before we go out to eat dinner to eliminate such bad service from one of the ladies.

« Comfortable but room for improvement. »

Comfortable, but my wet towels was taken away on Saturday morning, but not replaced with new ones. My coffee and milk was also not filled up after Saturday. Therefore I couldn't start Sunday in a nice comfortable way. Otherwise, I had a nice stay, and will come back to stay there on my next visit.

The room was quiet however not as spick and span as expected specifically the carpets and cutlery. The extraction fan in the bathroom was either not functionally or highly ineffective. The location however was convenient and in a safe neighborhood.

Hairdryer not working. Was a problem for my wife!!!! Light on stand not working. My wife had to ask for a cup, as there was only 1 cup in the room on arrival.

It was just an overnight stay. The hotel and staff were lovely, I just think overwhelmed by the deluge of teachers! Breakfast seating was the only problem.

The facilities were fine but they were not prepared for the number of people at breakfast we had to queue for a long time to get breakfast and some people were not even able to get their breakfast as they had to make the bus. There was also not enough seating.

« disappointing »

the breakfast in the morning was disappointing. There was not enough seating for everyone; people were standing around trying to get something to eat; some were sitting outside in the car park, very irritated about the situation. Management did very little to resolve the problem, Surely they knew how many people had booked into the hotel who had to leave for the conference at 7. They should have set up an additional eating area in advance. Only 1 person was available to fry eggs for almost 100 people; this could have been avoided. It was a very bad start to a long day. I will not recommend this as a venue for conference delegates.

« A little dissappointed »

Room was very clean - thank you. Maintenance issues - Toilet roll holder does not remain in place and it falls out of place every time. The plug for the aircon is the wrong way round, so on is off and off is on. I stayed in room 100 and that is a smoking room - I do not smoke, so have no idea why I was put into a smelly room. Breakfast demand was far too big for the facility - we stood outside to eat. Staff incredibly polite and helpful though.

Very neat, comfortable rooms. Very well maintained. I slept very well and had a lovely shower. Breakfast was a bit of a mess - one person frying/scrambling eggs. People were forced to wait in a long queue to be served. Not enough space for half of the conference delegates to sit. I would suggest that in future you stagger the breakfast time so that all can sit comfortably and eat.

Our stay at the hotel was ok.. just a few points that you could improve on.. perhaps add water to the bar fridge for guests. Our extractor fan in our room was not working. And it would have been nice to have our bags taken up to our room on arrival and from our room on departure. Other than that the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.
