« A pleasant stay in a well-located hotel, with good service. »

We were made welcome and treated as individuals rather than numbers. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast had some variety but I would have appreciated more vegetables.

« Too expensive for what it is »

We did internet check-in in order to walk in straight away which was the case in other Accor Hotel in Paris. When we arrived, the receptionist demanded we have to fill a form. We did, then we were asked to pay although it was all prepaid including tax. Then another male receptionist said tax can be paid on check-out. After a long time standing at reception, she told me she was a fill-in today, so she is not familiar with the hotel. There are two lifts and according to your room number, you had to take a particular lift. We were told wrong one! We were walking back and forward with large luggage to find our room. A strange thing was she asked another receptionist and he agreed what she told us!Finally, we found our room. The room was roomy. The good thing was just it. There were a coffee machine but wrong pods were there with hardly any coffee cream. We tried to make ourselves coffee but almost impossible! It was particularly advertised there was a Nespresso machine for our use! We thought it was great idea but it was not worth mention it after all! The shower was terrible! The shower head was not height changeable and fixed in terrible angle and water was going everywhere, flooding the bath room. Breakfast was good. There was a very friendly nice female staff served us with smile. She was the best thing happened at the hotel. Check-out was smooth as expected as we have experienced another Accor Hotel. We didn't have to pay extra tax after all as we already prepaid. It costed us three times more of another Accor Hotel in Paris where we previously stayed and this was absolutely terrible! We will go back to another one any day for sure but never to be back to this one!

The first day was wonderful Thanks for the warm welcome of the front desk staff, however Please make sure you put a yellow sticker or a tape in between the elevator and the stairs as I saw a few of the guest tripping. The computer and the printer were out of service. The breakfast for 6.50 Euro was terrible. Not because is a bed and breaksfat as a stay in my reservation meant that the breaksfast was free to or worth it. I was served by two front desk ladies on Thursday morning a half of a cup of coffee and a lousy croissant with no butter or knife to spread at least the jelly , for the price definitely not worth it. For 2 dollars more I should off go to the breaksfast in the basement. As we told the front desk that the safety box did not work, we waited until they confirmed that it was fix, NO IDEA why they change the safe box and transfer my personal belonging to a new safe box. At least I wished the front desk would off explain that one of the manager was there for the transition of transferring a large amount of cash into a new safe box. Now, I have to said that the two young male Tuesday morning and Wednesday night we’re very attentive, spoke several language, gave us a lot of directions, and were highly sophisticated. Very pleasant gentleman’s, Sorry, I did not get your names. Clean rooms and a good area, close to Metro station, Supermarket, Pharmacy, and Restaurants.

101 was the last room available. I have stayed in this room before and it smells strange. I did not want to stay here again but it was the only room available and none in other close hotel so no choice.

The location was good. Desk staff on customer service focused. Need to smoke and try being friendly. Reported a problem with washing line in ore bathroom which was not fixed. Shower not possible to use without soaking bathroom as shower screen to small. Very small room and bathroom.

the entire first floor, basement/kitchen area smelled like sewage. sadly, my room was on that floor. I also think the pictures on the website are much nicer than the actual property itself. I received a discounted rate and i still think i paid too much for that room

As soon as we arrived my husband went to take a shower and the water in the bath didn’t go down and there is not enough protection for the water doesn’t go out of the bath and what we had as a result it was the toilet completely soaked. We had to put towels on the floor to make sure that nobody was goig to slip. On the day we arrived the receptionist at the check in unblocked the room’s keys for three days instead of four. Someone took a bag with a full bottle of water that we had bought on the supermarket. On the following day I said to a receptionist (this time a woman that was working on breakfast one of the days) that didn’t do anything. On the day of our departure we had asked to the same receptionist (woman) to call to a taxi for we go to the airport and we were waiting at the reception and she forgot to call to the taxi. The staff Camila that works at the breakfast it was very helpful, always smiling even when it was busy! The receptionist that stay in the afternoons until about10/11pm was very nice as well.

« Delightful experience with great people »

The hotel front desk staff was very welcoming! They made us feel glad to be there. The hotel was a perfect size, with nice amenities, and an ambiance of quiet relaxation. Much appreciated that. We also thought that the rooms were clean...and the breakfast, exceptionally good. All the staff greeted us with a smile. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Paris, we would definitely stay there again!

Rooms small but comfortable. Breakfast is nice. I liked the location. Beds comfortable. Very nice to have air conditioning! Misses: Room had faint odor of smoke / shower difficult to use - hard to get into and difficult to keep water from going everywhere in bathroom.

The hotel is next to the university which is convenient if you are just there for it. But is is not near major attactions otherwise (appart from the pantheon) the rececption hall had a very bad smell when we arrived. It got better the last day. The room was on rhe smaller size nothing fancy but clean. We did not have breakfast there since downstairs was sort of shabby and the bathroom there was not clean. Otherwise uneventful.

I e stayed with you before and had a positive experience. This time the staff seemed disinterested not even acknowledging us upon entry or departure at times. The room (553) was unbearably hot the entire stay. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The bed was broken, I only shared it with a small child and we still both rolled into the huge broken part all night. The shower flooded the bathroom in the evening and twice the toilet got blocked, overflowing into the bedroom wetting the carpet and our suitcases which were standing open next to the bathroom entrance. I had just decided to join the Accor hotel group. Very very disappointing experience.
