It was flexible and comfortable over all with the paying and ordering the taxi. We didnt recieve our lunch boxes on the last day when we had to leave at 4 am but we paid for breakfast.

« Very poor start after you cancelled booking !!!! »

I booked online to stay at your hotel and to pay when we arrived. We started our journey thinking everything was ok however as I do not have an internet access on my phone . We arrived after a long day at around 2145 pm to be told that our booking had been cancelled by you and we did not know why. The receptionist told us the place was full and there may not be rooms available but to sit down and he would 'see what he could do'. After almost an hour (during this time another man in the line had the same issue) the receptionist had found a room for us . We were very tired and very annoyed. we asked for a written explanation as to why the booking had been cancelled by the following morning but this was not done Using the WI FI in the room i logged on to find the booking had been cancelled by you the previous day. As we were travelling to Krakow and then back to Warsaw to your hotel we paid this in advance in-order not to have the same issue again . The whole issue put a damper on our stay with you.

Comparing to my other ibis stays this hotel is remarkably old. The breakfast area is really small and the quality and options of food were limited

Unfortunately we were given a room which had bedbugs ( Room. 305 ) so we had to ask to be changed. We also reported a smell of drains in the same room. Receptionist changed the room for us but didn’t apologise for our bad experience. I am still covered in bites The breakfast service and food was also disappointing although it improved on the Saturday. On other days the staff seemed disinterested in helping us & some food ran out. Also there was a lack of hot water on Friday which we reported- again no apology from receptionist

The hotel has proper procedures that it observes on a daily basis. The facility is covered by the HACCP system and regularly controlled by appropriate institutions. As we treat information about bugs very serious we have preventively performed an additional check and disinfection of the third floor of the hotel. We also put in place special training for our employees to make sure crucial communication will be alive. I also apologize for the temporary lack of water on Friday which was caused by a sudden failure. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. It was okay. We hoped that we would had got new teabags every day. The hotel was located a bit further away from centrum that we tought. Personal could had given a bit more info about public transport (in the end we used Google Maps.)

Good stay, very nice and accommodating staff (housekeeping, reception, restaurant). Received complimentary birthday cake and drink ticket. Nice touch. Ac didn't work. Staff came to fix it within 10 minutes - good service. Negative point that someone opened the room without knocking on our first day. On our 4th day housekeeping knocked the door even though we had a DND sign on door. Overall very good stay at a good price. Will definatly consider coming back

Would have been nice to buy a sandwich after midnight, as advertised on the menu. Would also have been nice if the guy at the reception would have told me I could buy some at the petrol station across the road.

It’s was good in general - staffs were kind and friendly. The room was spacious but I’d advise those who will stay there in the future to bring their own shampoo and conditioner (and body shop as well) because the all in one cleaner was not a good quality one and I needed to buy a conditioner at least myslef. There are no hair brush or any other shower items provided by the hotel. Also you must bring slippers and room wear - it was different from usual Japanese business hotels where everything is provided.

We booked last minute for a meeting with 30+ people. Rooms were basic but very clean, meeting room was big enough with day light. For a 2 star hotel we were very satisfied with the quality of our stay. Staff was very accommodating (especially Lukasz).
