Entrance as a Hotel until you get to room.very clean but very very basic, not even a kettle or proper wardrobe. Would be ok for work trip but would not like to take my wife there. Needed different pillows but was told all the pillows were the same, not good. Even the sign outside says Hostel

The hotel has good location near the Old town - about 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by tram. We had room for disabled persons. It was large but shabby a little. All was satisfied, I recommend to stay in the hotel. Especially I'd like to notice good breakfast with abundance of meals.

Stay at the ibis hotel was very pleasant. The location, breakfast, and the cleanness of the room was great. The only reason why I grade it 9/10 instead of 10/10, is that the hotel is located in a clearly old building, so the electricity switches, tiles in the bathroom and walls are old. They are clean and well kept, but clearly old, and they soon might need a little bit of an update.

it was fine. i think the breakfast offerings can be expanded but i really don't think it fits your economic model to do so and i'm not expecting you to although i wish you would.

« My comfortable stay at the Ibis »

I was very pleased with my 8 night stay at the Ibis Warszawa Centrum. My room was clean and comfortable. It was tended to daily and had all I needed. I was very appreciative of the available use of a computer at no extra charge. And when I needed extra assistance in a tour reservation, staff was extremely helpful. I believe the person's name was Natalia. I gave the hotel a 9 rather than a 10 because of the cost of breakfast. It was prohibitively high for me and I chose to go without it. This is a hotel that I would recommend and use again. Thank you.

It was flexible and comfortable over all with the paying and ordering the taxi. We didnt recieve our lunch boxes on the last day when we had to leave at 4 am but we paid for breakfast.

« Very poor start after you cancelled booking !!!! »

I booked online to stay at your hotel and to pay when we arrived. We started our journey thinking everything was ok however as I do not have an internet access on my phone . We arrived after a long day at around 2145 pm to be told that our booking had been cancelled by you and we did not know why. The receptionist told us the place was full and there may not be rooms available but to sit down and he would 'see what he could do'. After almost an hour (during this time another man in the line had the same issue) the receptionist had found a room for us . We were very tired and very annoyed. we asked for a written explanation as to why the booking had been cancelled by the following morning but this was not done Using the WI FI in the room i logged on to find the booking had been cancelled by you the previous day. As we were travelling to Krakow and then back to Warsaw to your hotel we paid this in advance in-order not to have the same issue again . The whole issue put a damper on our stay with you.

Unfortunately we were given a room which had bedbugs ( Room. 305 ) so we had to ask to be changed. We also reported a smell of drains in the same room. Receptionist changed the room for us but didn’t apologise for our bad experience. I am still covered in bites The breakfast service and food was also disappointing although it improved on the Saturday. On other days the staff seemed disinterested in helping us & some food ran out. Also there was a lack of hot water on Friday which we reported- again no apology from receptionist

The hotel has proper procedures that it observes on a daily basis. The facility is covered by the HACCP system and regularly controlled by appropriate institutions. As we treat information about bugs very serious we have preventively performed an additional check and disinfection of the third floor of the hotel. We also put in place special training for our employees to make sure crucial communication will be alive. I also apologize for the temporary lack of water on Friday which was caused by a sudden failure. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. It was okay. We hoped that we would had got new teabags every day. The hotel was located a bit further away from centrum that we tought. Personal could had given a bit more info about public transport (in the end we used Google Maps.)
