Friendly staff, good price. Toilet needs fixing since water was running all night. This has happened in other rooms before also. No filter coffee at breakfast this time unfortunately, only instant coffee.

Satisfactory. Window catch was broken and as there was no air conditioning, it was very hot in the room. When the window was open It was very noisy. The bathroom smelt of cigarettes. The receptionist was very busy keeping up the supplies for breakfast. Shower head was leaking. Lacked maintenance. Not convenient to services.

At the expense of 4.400 SEK I expected a clean room. The shower was extremely dirty. I promise not to use any IBIS hotels ever again. And I promise to talk about it to all my friends, colleagues and business relations.

First of all thank you so much for giving me a chance to explain my feelings regarding this stay. It was really really worst experience in my whole life. We did not enjoy this stay at all. There are some reasons behind this. 1. We were treated very rudely and bad manners. The staff specially who was on the duty at night time was very rude.he even didn’t know how to smile. May be it is because we were originally asian. I personally felt the smell of racism from his behaviour. 2. In two nights stay, the glasses/cups in the toilet remained unchange. Even they were dirty. 3. Our room floor was notcleaned. The house keepers did not vaccuum clean the room. 4. Our room bin was not changed. 5. We didn’t get any internet wifi facility. Even though we were provided the username n password, but it never worked. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Its not worth to spend SEK 750 per night. I know its is point less to tell things here as you (owner) of this hotel branch is also Swedish. You people will never take my words serious. I was just thinking to contact consumer court and if could get a chance i will definitely go to consumer court. Thank you

Very cold atmosphere in the rooms and reception. The staff was very unfriendly and kind of arrogant, when asking a question or having a request. The Breakfast has very little choice and only on request the staff did refill. The service overall is far below any other we have experienced so far. It is more like a boardinghouse - not worth the money.

Short stop to sleep 5h. Easy check in, clean, king size bed. Easy to find. Parking in front of the hotel. Girl in the reception very service minded and fast, good when you just like to hit the bed. Thank you
