My initial impression with the valet parking was great. Bell staff quickly took my luggage and assisted getting me checked in. The rest of the hotel staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what I expected. The staff again assisted with transportation to the Kasbah for some sight-seeing. Upon my return, I dined in the on-premise restaurant. The meal was excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet the next morning before my departure was also very good.

The staff were helpful in changing the room when the first one smelt unclean, however the state of the rooms in general were not optimal. Carpets were old and stained, some mold in the bathrooms. Breakfast was satisfactory. Lifts were small and noisy. Overall the hotel was in need of modernising, it gives the appearance of having a lot of traffic over the last few years and needs some updating.

The big plus is the service (restaurant, bar, desk). Staff was welcoming and really helpful. The location of the hotel is a huge plus as most of the town can be accessed walking. Rooms are very large. On the minus side: TV not working properly and breakfast could be better.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed was very good. Breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and the bar chef just fabulous. Hammam was enjoyable. The only negative comments come from the ladies I was travelling with: they took manicures and pedicures and found the staff unprofessional and even disrespectful of the clients' wishes.

Overall a pleasant stay. Good location in Rabat. The room was nice. The only downside was that it was on the first floor on the street side and you could hear the traffic. I had to sleep with earplugs.

I choose this hotel since the Sofitel was fully booked but I regret that I was thinking it will be as the other Mgallery hotel in Florence but I was wrong I feel they are not following 1% of the AccorHotels standard and they is no inspection from your side The bathroom was very bad Chairs are broken AC is not working Food is very bad No one answer call My phone was without fast dial keys Although staff were friendly but there is no standard are followed I’m sorry to myself and my family for choosing this hotel and for wasting my points in such bad experience

The hotel is lovely, the staff was professional, the AC was broken and we soaked our bedding each night.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, the room itself was quite lovely. The staff was kind, welcoming and professional. Unfortunately- the AC was not on during our stay, so when we became hot, we opened the windows, and our room faced the street where we inhaled exhaust all night, while sweating. Not ideal, unfortunately, for the price.

You have a fantastic reception young lady , always smiling and ready to help. The security guards at the entrance were also very help. The rooms were kept, the breakfast not so bad but can improved. The major issue is your bar next to the reception.Very ! Very poor services and tooo high prices.
