The stay was pleasant as usual. I just didn't see the point of checking-in online before arrival when the front desk staff didn't have that information or even know what I was talking about, and I had to do all the check-in steps again for them.

Very convenient hotel for few days business trip. Very helpful staff! Restaurant offers very nice French/Moroccan food with good selection. Parking area could be a bit bigger and its difficult to drive in directly from roundabout.

Having traveled here from a remote town in southern Philippines, I was initially glad to have a clean bed and hot water in shower. That was the extend of my happiness with this property, though. Upon checkin, I found the TV not working in the room. I informed the front desk right away - and it remained unfixed by the time I checked out five days later. My biggest complaint, though, is the extremely unreliable wifi connection throughout my stay - it dropped off constantly even in the middle of night, making working online almost impossible. Service at breakfast was also inattentive, with no one providing cutleries and utensils (especially glasses for juices) during peak time. Overall, this property is extremely underwhelming on the soft product side, especially considering it's one of the few international chain properties in town (maybe it's because of that). Not recommended unless you just want to earn/burn some points.
