Check in was fine. The room was disgusting and worn out and needs to be refurbished. There was an unpleasant smell.

Helpful staff, the hotel is comfortable and very pleasant. Well kept, the rooms and bathrooms are modern, refurbished and clean. I like my stay in this hotel as weeks in and out, there is no surprises else than room upgrades. This is a great relief when you travel a lot.

Nice and very friendly, helpful stff /people. The hotel is clean and well kept overall. Rooms and bathroom are well maintained / for some they have been recently refurbished. WiFi is good and all in all good price /quality.

Rooms small but nice. Only one issue, I have platinum card and didn't received upgrade. When I asked on reception my question was ignored. My company paing for my trips, but still Im chosing the place. I will resign from this hotel if I will not be treated fair.

My staying was quite nice! The rool was super comfy and clean but the space is really small and i wisch the "closet" was biger. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice smell and the location is really nice too.

This is my second extended stay with Hotel Mercure - Porte de Pantin. My choice was made based off of good feedback from peers and an excellent first stay. The Porte de Pantin offers very comfortable accommodations, and a good location for my needs (near to work location and metro line). With my second stay, I am again very please by the ease of interaction with the staff, and greatly appreciate support provided in English at various times. Daily pleasantries each morning during breakfast help me to feel very welcomed, as well as greetings in afternoon/evening when returning. The room was always very well cleaned, and any surplus request we met with attention to detail. My only improvement proposal would be for extended restaurant hours due to the limitation of nearby options

Room was good; new with comprehensive set of things you might need for a stay (usb charging, Nespresso machine). Nice bathroom. No toothbrush set provided, none when asked for at reception. Service could be better; room wasn't done up as nicely as at other similar hotels. Front desk was a bit curt. Food from other rooms were left in front of hallway and should be cleared on regular rounds by staff.

We had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is not well managed. Should avoid if you care about service and especially if you are used to exclusive Accord Hotels service. Dishes from next room’s morning breakfast stayed outside my door all night and I had to walk through it the next day

The Staff seems untrained. There is a way to answer customer requests/ questions that shows that hiring process is not done according to Accord Hotels standard. Rude customer service. They had to ask me if I was a member if the Accord Hotel. ( usually I am greeted with smile and the employee don’t have to ask me anything. When I had the impression that I was bothering then when I asked them questions. The room was ok however I had to get in and out of my room by going around dishes of my neighboor’s breakfast from the morning ( that stayed there all night until the following day when I saw it again when leaving my room ) The girl who did the heck out seemed a little more professional and plaisant but that is pretty much it. Employees and maintenance people of the hotels would show up while we are at the registration and talk about internal matters to the hotel ( such as “ did the printing machine broke again? We spent so much money repeating it “ It is very rude and unprofessional to behave in such an unprofessional way. I asked if there are a business conference room and the employee seemed not knowing if it’s existence. I can go on and on. This location will definitely not be my next destination

Booked the hotel through AccorHotels website for two people in a twin room with breakfast included. The stay was fine no significant issue to note until checking out. I was charged an additional €85 for three days breakfasts even though i had booked the room for 2 people with no explanation why. When I sent an email regarding the issue I got a generic response to fill to this survey. I believe this is very poor customer service . It will be the last time I book using AccorHotels website and I will be seriously reconsider staying in any of Accors hotels.

I booked into a standard room for 2 nights. I found a cockroach crawling up the wall by the desk in the room (room 414 FYI). I took video evidence before killing it (sorry, no Buddhist here) and went down to reception to report it (hey, there may be more, so they need to know, right?) The receptionist seemed to take my complaint seriously and moved me to a different room which was the least you would expect. He took my email address and said something about loyalty points but the email never arrived. The new room I had was a superior room, which was nice, although it was a little tatty - some obvious signs of wear and tear in the paintwork and finishes. The lamp above the table would not switch on either - I think the bulb had gone.

The Hotel and the room was very nice, but I was charged twice the price of my room for one night even the room was already payed with another card with the witness of the reception person who was there at that moment. I called and I took like almost and hour to understand the problem and till the moment is mot sort it. I have been in other Mercure hotels in UK with very good impressions, but since today I am not very happy with the way they did this. I am aware that I amn not the first customer which has faced this problem. I suggest to the future to use the brain and fix the things at the moment, and try not to do mistales like this otherwise you will miss customers... I am thinking at the moment no to use Mercure hotels amymore
