From the minute I walked I was pleasantly greeted, and immediately helped. Complete delicious breakfast, modern well appointed cozy room with large screen TV, very friendly staff. Wonderful dinner in the "yurt" erected in the garden of the hotel. Convenient location to public transportation. Close to Roissy-CDG, yet easy access to all touristic destinations. I highly recommend the Mercure Pantin Hotel.

« the hotel staff is extremely kind »

Unfortunately, I am among of those who stayed in the night when the fire alarm start at 3.20 in the midle of the night and I was frighten in a way that i can not describe! then two hours later, the supply truck comes into the alley with his back and his parking sensors had the same sound like the fire alarm ... this mark my week! but, I think it was an incident that did not blame the staff of the hotel.

Disappointed to arrive at 22:10 on a Friday evening to no bar service. 2 day stay and housekeeping removed an unfinished bottle of wine and failed to replenish in room tea/coffee. Did not have energy to raise with Reception. The BEST television I have ever had in a hotel room. Fantastic picture quality and excellent range of channels. Room was basic but sufficient. Similar standard to UK Travelodge and have learnt this.

Nice room very comfortable, great shower & set in a great location a 5 min walk from the metro would certainly use again for central paris only slight negative was the bar closed when we arrived back saturday night & it was around midnight.

It was a nice experience, although I had made a booking through the accord Application but the hotel couldn’t locate it on the system, while I had a screen shot of the reservation and showed it to the hotel reservation officer. Finally they gave me the room and everything went well after that. I would like to know: 1- what happened and why my reservation was not located? 2- the front office agent proposed if I want to pay with my points but he couldn’t succeed to do it, kindly check why? 3- I have stayed 4 nights in Mercure Hotel Porte Pantin Paris, but it still doesn’t show on my Accor Hotel account, as it is something that I will need for my upgrade process to platinum level. Very nice fresh rooms and good food in the resturant. Nice staff. I would recomend to drop the parfume freshner used in the resception/restaurant, as being allergic it is impossible to be there or even pass through the area.

There was no hot water on arrival but we were given an upgrade to a suite the next day. Unfortunately, there was tape over a long diagonal crack in one of the windows so this was not very reassuring. The staff were, generally, quite helpful.

While my room was beautiful, we were displeased with breakfast. On one of our days we had to wait an hour and the food was still cold. We were heading to eurodisney and that caused our day to be late and start off was not good. The staff was polite and accomdating and enjoyed speaking to them all. My girls had a very nice experience for their first trip abroad!!

I've stayed here before, a long time ago. It's very handy for the A1 homeward. It's had a welcome renovation, and feels more relaxed. A very friendly welcome on reception. Appreciated the fridge in the room, and the extremely convenient parking.

« Overall good stay with a few things to improve »

I have mistaken this one with the Mercure La Villette, which is nearby. The room was clean and decently arranged. The breakfast is excellent and the lobby/restaurant is pleasant. The parking spaces are wide enough and the rates are competitive for Paris. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Drawbacks: - The location itself isn't interesting (but safe still ) and the hotel is hard to spot. - The entrance to the parking is very narrow so you have to be careful when you get in and out. - The doors connecting two rooms were not locked so I could access the neighbouring room. Luckily they have been able to relocate me.

Breakfast was good, clothes iron was terrible, only one English language television station (CNN). Front desk gave me wrong direction to an important event in Saint Honour, he sent me Saint Denis and I missed my event. Overall customer service was below average.
