Nice hotel, in good shape, and the service was okay. I will absolutely recomend this hotel, even the purpose is to visit Paris Center and see all the famous atractions. The Metro is not far away and transport you easily all over.

The Hotel does not live up-to the standards of Mercure at all. * The rooms very extremely small for the high charges per day. I Paid 200 Euros per night. * I was not able to open by big Luggage since there is no enough space to wide open the luggage. * The room does not have a decent table neither a good chair for a business customer * There is no wardrobe nor a shoe stand to maintain the dress and shoes for long business stay. * There were only 2 hanger to keep up the dress. what a pity. * The toilet closet was too narrow against the wall and even to sit decently and need to hit the wall. * The bathroom shower was too small in size and the water does not have any pressure. The water was coming very slowly and i need to stand in the water for long enough to take bath. * On 28th September morning @ 9 am. the warm water was not coming from the shower and i need to take a cold bath. I tried to reach the room service but there was no response. When i tried the reception it was continully engaged. Infact i had fever the entire day due to cold shower. Later i checked with the reception, they informed that all the guests were using at the same time and the water heater was not working properly. I am surprised how such a big hotel does not even have a proper maintenance of the basic things like water. * The Shower room was not cleaned properly and i could see black and yellow stains in the corners. * The wifi bandwidth was very bad in the room, that even small you-tube videos and other web sites were much taking time. I need to disconnect several times. * The TV was too big for such a small room and does hat much English channels for a foreign traveller. Out of 70 channels, there were only 2 English news channel and not even a single entertainment channel. * The lifts were stinking badly may be due to poor quality of cleaning material or anything. Overall i am dissatisfied the overall stay from 22nd Sep to 28th Sep. I had stayed in Paris in much cheaper hotels before, but did not have so much issues. Lot of work needs to be done if the hotel needs to win customer trust and loyalty. Please take care.

Was quickly welcomed and got my room rapidly with upgrade per status. Room was fine but a bit small for a privilege type of room. Having TV on brought some kind of unpleasant noise that is not normal. This should be fixed. In bathroom, not totally convinced on SkinJay pods and whether they work properly: each and every time I removed them, it seemed that lots of oil remained...

Location is poor unless you have something specific in the area (which was our case). The hotel is well-kept. Rooms are not spacious but very comfortable and well thought out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay but the breakfast was excellent

Cleaning was impeccable but the service of the front desk should have some improvement.

That was very good. We was very welcome by the dark skin guy at the front desk. I was just disappointed by the way the housekeeper opened the door to enter our room just after two knocking. In my opinion it was too early to enter a guest room to try to clean it. This happened twice during our Stay. But besides that the cleaning was very good.

This is the first time that I lived with accorhotel after getting status gold. However, the staff checked me in without recognizing membership card When I tried to present the card at the time of checking in, the staff just kept saying no need. Consequently, no upgrading and late check out(it depends on the room availability and fully understandable), no amenity, even no welcome drinks, indeed zero benefits ,just very simple showing the passport then the guy kept talking with others after ,even gave me a non-valid card for the first time because of uncarefulness.T o conclude, feel not welcome for checking in with the staff.

Good evening, My wife and I stayed at the hotel from the 30th May to the second of June in room 909 (a suite) and we would both just like to thank everyone at the hotel for their kind hospitality. On arrival at the hotel we were informed that we had been allocated a suite as I requested but this would be with compliments of the hotel. We entered the room and were so happy with the cleanliness and facilities which it offered. We then came down to the bar for a drink and were told the first ones were on the house for our anniversary which was very kind. We were asked to find somewhere to sit and these would be brought to us. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open but because we arrived late a lady offered us a cheese and ham platter which was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Each night when we returned after sightseeing for the day all the bar staff treated us like royalty. We were waited on the whole night being brought drinks and treated amazing. I stay in a lot of Mercure hotels for business in England and none of these even come close to the level of service we received whilst staying at your hotel. This is the first time I have stayed at a Mercure and felt so valued as a customer. Please share this message with all the employees at the hotel as I would like all involved to know what an amazing job they are doing. Feel free to use this email in any way you wish as I only hope more people have the same experience as we did. I am sure we will be back in the next few years. Thank you
