Business trip, the hotel was well located. Breakfast very good. I enjoy my stay, the staff was helpful and prepared to assist. The hotel has a nice terrace where, if the weather allows you can enjoy the sun and a drink/bite.

We wanted a bath, and there was much confusion, before being told none were available. Otherwise stay fine. Great for Zenith concerts.

« Friendly Staff, Clean, well managed and easy to access anywhere in paris from Hoche metro station. »

The staff were helpful. I was meant to be staying in the hotel with a friend however my friend had to cancel the trip. The staff were kind enough to change my room to a double room from a twin room. They also helped me to plan my stay offering me tourist advice. I was always greeted by the staff at the reception when entering and leaving the hotel. Although i do not speak french, the hotel staff spoke English and it was easy to communicate with them. The Hotel was quite, clean and the room was very comfortable. The hotel was a short distance from the main tourist attractions, however, the metro from Hoche was easy to use and the staff ensured i understood how to use the metro. Thank you Mercure Paris Porte de Pantin for the pleasant stay.

« Perfect for short stays, close to public transport. »

Room was comfortable and location was clean and safe. Only thing that needs to be addressed by hotel is too have real coffee mugs and real glasses instead of disposable paper cups and cheap plastic cups for drinking water.

« No food service and in room safe blocked due to a known bug »

Quite astonishing that for an alledged 4 stars you had no food service available on monday without any prior warnings or explanation. Then after using the in room safe it blocked itself due to what Iearnt later was a known issue (bug). Had to wait until 11.39 pm for the night shift guard to come who was not able to open it in the end (not trained with this “new” model of sade) and therefore and a short stressfull / sleepless night (work laptop and passport still unaccessible) had to get someone else coming at 7 am to eventually unblock it (they mentioned this happened before due to a bug with this safe model). The only positive were the staff who were all nice and professional but cant overall compensate but this unacceptable level of service in a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is well located not far from Cité de la Science et de l'industrie. The staff is welcomed and helpful. The room is not big but clean with nice screen tv. But the breakfast needs to be more diversified.

It was a nice stay. We came with a 1-year old child and had everything needed for a comfortable stay for him and us. The restaurant was OK too. The location is pretty quiet. Good Wi-Fi and a huge LCD TV in the room.

From the minute I walked I was pleasantly greeted, and immediately helped. Complete delicious breakfast, modern well appointed cozy room with large screen TV, very friendly staff. Wonderful dinner in the "yurt" erected in the garden of the hotel. Convenient location to public transportation. Close to Roissy-CDG, yet easy access to all touristic destinations. I highly recommend the Mercure Pantin Hotel.
