- unfriendly welcome during the check in. - sent for laundry services ( before I sent I call the reception to confirm if I can get the laundry back on the same day, and the answer is YES).. didn't receive any laundry on the same day. - hotel decided to wash the clothes by themselves and didn't iron the clothes at all, yet I have to pay for the full service of the laundry..

I had breakfast on the first morning and the scrambled eggs were so cold and uneatable. Bacon was so hard so i then did not have breakdast at the novotel

Really good, housekeeping promptly delivered additional bedding and towels when requested. The room was nice and clean and a good size. Breakfast in the morning was not too busy and had a fair selection.

It was quiet, very comfortable bed (which is my priority). Breakfast was very nice. The only annoying thing was the light from the clock radio and the bar fridge, at night. I personally like a dark room for sleeping.

Not very pleasant. Staff were totally disinterested in being helpful. Room was awful and breakfast was utter chaos. Car park was the tightest and most difficult car park I have ever been in!!

We loved staying at the Novotel Canberra. We were able to walk to a family function at the Hellenic Club, then walk to the Canberra Centre for some retail therapy the next day. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The customer service was good at reception. I was pleased I could have a late check out. My only complaints were I did not like have the bathroom sink in my room & also there was a door stop in front of the toilet. I stubbed my toes a few times at night on the door stop when using the toilet.

There was no shampoo in the room, and the shower was not very good.

There was no shampoo in the room, and the shower was not very good. The room was designed for a disabled person and as such the shower head did not go very high - as I am 6'1 I had to crouch to use the shower. Also the shower head/connectors were quite loose and leaked.
