« A 3 star hotel with platinum service. Excellent front desk service »

I was well received with warm welcome to the hotel by the front desk staff ( Victoriya and Beatrice). They were exceptional in their handing of customers. I am a platinum member of the Accor Hotels grioup, I must admit that the reception was just same as when you visit the high end hotel of the Accord group. The room are clean and the break fast was good. This is the 3rd time I am staying in the hotel. This hotel is my favorite choice anytime I am in Coventry

The breakfast was a little less, as there was no cheese in the weekend and there was little choice of bread, but for the rest more than OK. The rooms very very nice and mordern compared to last year, totally refurbished.

Wonderful place and very close to the center of Coventry. Nice team and excellent services. The rooms are very quiet and warm. I think this can be my first option always in Coventry from now on. Thanks for such combination of comfort.

« Larger 'luxury' room, loud drafty windows? »

I was pleased to be given a priority room when I arrived due to being part of LeClub. However this was soon to my dismay as I was placed in a room with substandard windows facing a major road. This meant that the room was very loud, being awoken by the early rush hour in the morning and also very cold.
