Really friendly girl on reception. Liked the room. Had a terrible night’s sleep due to somebody in the corridor outside our room shouting and banging on doors. Not sure what it was all about, but it went on for quite a while. Struggled to get back to sleep afterwards.

« Great for short unexpected trip with a p. »

Booking and check in was easy online. However had to pay extra £10 for my p. and £5 per night for parking - costs which I would have liked to have know prior to booking. The room was had heating, good shower and toilet. However, I felt that the room was not exactly clean. Overall, I felt it was slightly overpriced for what it was but I had little choice given the shot notice of the trip and given I had a p. with me.

Hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly, the room has everything you need for a over night stay and prices were very reasonable . Myself and partner both found the bed uncomfortable but think that's this was personal preference. Our AC/heater was extremely noisy so we didn't really use that. Overall a nice stay for what we needed.

We tend to use Ibis as a B&B whilst visiting family in Coventry. The Hotel has been refurbished and the room and general decor is stylish and fresh with an ambience that suits us. It is a good breakfast, if a bit pricey, and the room pricing is more variable than we would like but the location suits us well.

Room clean and comfortable for one night. Buffet breakfast very disappointing-uncleared tables,congealed scrambled egg. Insufficient staff who are not particularly caring. Convenient location. A littlle attention to customers would make a big difference.

The room was lovely. The most comfortable bed ever. The bathroom was good too, shower had great power and a detachable shower head was very convenient. No facecloth provided but luckily I had brought one! I had to ask at reception for a hairdryer but it was brought to my room within five minutes. I deducted one from the score as the breakfast cooked food seemed to have been overcooked or lying in the heated trays for too long. The fruit, cereal tea/coffee was lovely. Overall there was a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at Ibis and the staff were absolutely gorgeous.

The room was small, there was no toilet brush - hm, after morning toilet, that is appreciated item, they promised me a wake up call, which did not come (ups, somebody could miss its flight ...). For business trips, the attitude is tremendously challenging, we like to see things going smooth.

As always, staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very quiet apart from some chatting in corridor. Bed comfy, shower great! The only frustration is the food. Options for veggies are very limited. I was iffered pizza or salad - apparently consisting of lettuce, croutons and grated cheese. No hot meal options were available. Please sort thus out, as it spoils what is itherwuse a convenient and safe place to stay.

Pre-booking and advance check-in efficient and painless. Room fine. Breakfast disappointing-surrounded by uncleared tables. Had to ask for clean plates and cups. Buffet lukewarm with ancient scrambled egg, congealed baked beans, sausages had run out. Insufficient staff to service the eating area. Appreciate that it is a budget experience but a little care and attention could make it much better.

Staff, room and check-in fine. TO RUN OUT OF MILK UNACCEPTABLE FOR BREAKFAST. My daughter had to go back to her room and get the milk pods in her room so she could have a cup of tea - a shambles. Could not have the cereal she paid for. Looking forward to hearing your comments.

Stayed for two nights. Was very surprised that the bar closed at 11 each night. Menu is very imited and not good value. Rooms are compact but well designed, with comfortable beds. No meaningful insulation from noise in corridor - including trolley wheel noise and customer loudness at all hours. Overall ok, but I won't be rushing back.
