We arrived late in the evening and left before breakfast. Reception staff were polite and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

« friendly close to welcome centre but some maintenance issues. »

very friendly and helpful staff . curtain off hooks at top in one part. Sink plug not working. TV remote out of batteries but was replaced next day- however this should be checked as part of bedroom cleaning process. No fruit at breakfast at 8:30 or croissants etc surprising and disappointing considering breakfast is advertised until 10:00

« Very nice »

It was a nice stay in a convenient hotel. Some technical improvements could be made - in the bathroom and the TV's remote control. The room was also a bit cold - the heating was not effective at the workplace.

Staff very good, hotel rooms in real need of refurb. Restaurant okay but cold draft whenever automatic doors to carpark opened as people enter & leave the hotel

« Long wait for food and bad quality of breakfast »

Check In was prompt. Room was fine. Went for dinner at 7pm only three other tables were occupied (total of 5 people) but was told their would be a bit of a wait as they were busy. Took 45 minutes for my dinner to arrive. Dinner quality was ok. Fire Alarm went of at 22:15 for about 15 minutes. Appreciate this happens o no a problem. Arrived for breakfast at 06:40, 10 mins after breakfast opened. Various parts of the breakfast looked like they had been done a while ago. The scambled egg was dry and the guacamole was crusty. The bacon was about 50% fat. Not good at all.

« Fine apart from fire alarm issues »

My stay was comfortable and unproblematic apart from an issue with the fire alarm at around 10.30. It appears this was related to the hotel next door, though the alarm went off in my hotel. As I was asleep at the time ahead of an early start and big day at work the following day, this was disappointing!

There were cigarette burns on the chair in the room along with two lights being brown and unable to use. The bathroom was dirty with stains and was dangerous with a step up to enter and a slope into the shower so can lose balance when standing at the sink.

« Budget hotel cheap and cheerful. Very clean. »

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was poor. Scrambled eggs on servers for hours on end. Beans reheated Every 5 mins but just mush. Hotel was cleanest budget hotel I have stayed in. Staff were very professional and polite.

« Neat tidy hotel in a great location,comfortable beds and amazing shower. »

After pre booking in online the only problem was we had booked with on offer with free breakfasts included although this did not show up at the hotel but was sorted by a very efficient girl on the desk. She also went out of her way to ensure we got boarding cards printed before going to the airport

« Did the job »

Staff very friendly and hotel was nice and clean, with good value secure parking and nice breakfast, even though the coffee wasn't good. Will be better once the new Sweet Rooms are put in, as having stayed in one of these before, the old room felt a bit tired.

« Heating not working »

Arrived and found entry key card not to work, returned to reception and corrected first time. Heat output from heater very poor (room 229) only just took chill off the room, but not comfortable, only discovered when I went to see a colleague in another room that the heater must be faulty. Good things were the shower (a saviour as it was warm) the staff were efficient and the food good.
