« Extremely disappointing »

On the plus side the location is good, the lobby is nicely decorated and the shower was good. On the negative I experienced trouble at check-in, room quality, housekeeping and one of the elevators was out of service. If they give you room 118 do not accept it. It feels like you are in a basement and it is without a doubt the worst hotel room I have ever seen (and I stay at 20+ hotels a year). The 6th floor is also an issue (at least in the winter) as you continue uoisly hear a noise like a bathtub draining very loudly 24X7. I am guessing it’s their heTing system. If you want a Sofitel I would recommend Hotel Scribe in the 9th. If you want to be in the 16th I would recommend Hotel Keppler instead.

My first time at this establishment. Noon checkin. A slightly slow check in as there was only one recptionist dzaling with clients and phone calls. She seemed not able to be able to call on reinforcements. The juniot suite is a comfortable bedroom with a couch and a small circular table. The bathroom is spacious and well appointed. Overall, satisfactory. I will return.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with Sofitel Paris Baltimore's administration. The third day we were staying at the hotel my Apple watch was stolen from my room. We reported the issue the same day it happened. Next day we went to the front desk to ask if they have asked the cleaning lady about it and the people in the front desk did not know anything about it, so we had to report the issue again. The person who attended us at the front desk went to our room to search and told us that she was going to ask the cleaning company. Why the canning company? I have not idea, they should ask the cleaning lay in charge of our room first. The next day, third day in a road, we went to the front desk again, to ask for any kind of results. At this time, we ask for the House Cleaning Manager, and what was our surprise! she did not know anything about it, three days nothing hapended and no-one did anything about our report. This was absolutely unaceptable. The worse thing about our experience was when we were talking with the Housecleaning Manager and she basically call us lairs when she said that she trusted more her cleaning team than us. We asked again, if anyone has talked to the cleaning lady in charge of our room and this rude manager said, “we know our procedures”, That was her answer. It seems like no-one cares about our complaint and the situation made us feel hopeless about it. Finally, the last day we ask for the General Manager y and the Guest Relationship Manager came on his behalf to attend us. What was our surprise again, she did not know anything about it, her excuse at this time was that she did not have time to check her emails. Please, what kind of administration is running this hotel?

Over all okay , but it could be better , specially when room booked is not ready until 17:15 , and other room not the type was booked and hotel offered upgrade with extra money has to be paid by the customer!! Food was very good & location is good , and staff were friendly.

Hello A trip to France and the Sophital Hotel was a great experience. All the personnel were excellent. But the room was cool and, unfortunately, once the room was exhausted, the room was cleaned and cleaned. When I contacted the hotel's services, nobody changed my room to change my room until the last day.   But all the staff were eating and booking and ... excellent, and I'm very happy with this deal. I hope to stay in that hotel again with wishes in the new year 2018

We had a most pleasant stay. From check in to check out, everything was perfect! Room was beautiful, very tastefully done. (Although the cleaners could have done a more thorough job.)
