From check-in on everything went Perfect! The building with its history, the welcoming, the whole team from each department took care of our stay in a Unique way, paying a lot of attention to every detail! Food was delicious, from the 1 star Michelin dinner to the breakfast, to our welcom drinks. The room was amazing, clean, cozy, beautiful and quiete view over the garden. Guest Relation team brought us up to the room and made sure we were perfectly settled. I highly recommend this Hotel to every guest who is plenning an unforgettable journey in beatiful Amsterdam!

Stay went very smoothly and room was lovely. Only slight negative is the aircon in the rooms which is on the noisy side when trying to sleep but this is likely due to age and still did not ultimately detract from the experience. Breakfast was great although larger coffee pots woudl be nice as when sharign with another on the table you only get one cup and have to constantly ask for refills

Staff were polite but the first two interactions for needing assistance were poor. I ordeeed room service and was advised would take approx 25 minutes but needed to call after an hour as had not arrived. I also called to have an iron and ironing board sent to my room and also had to call back after an hour as had not been delivered

It was great! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Everyone was so nice and we feel very welcome. The room was clean and nice. But this side was a little bit to loud. So much noise from the street and the doors on the floor was open a 1000 times and every time we hear this. So we sleep well but wake up a few times in the morning because of so much noise. But we understand that the hotel is very central so we know that problem is not from the hotel or the staff. We came back again an recommend all friends and family.

We both enjoyed our recent visit to Amsterdam. Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. This hotel is very well situated and we were able to walk to all the different museums. The staff were majorly good and very helpful. Anything we needed was supplied quickly. Breakfast was an experience to look forward to, and was a great spread. I had tried for several weeks to acquire tickets for the Anne Frank museum with zero success, and whilst we were checking in, the Concierge achieved what I could not. I cannot tell you how much this pleased my partner. I recommend this Hotel without reservation, and as and when I return to Amsterdam, I will return here.
