As usually, I was highly satisfied and felt as home. Only one comment that Suit 432 from time to time smelled bad which comes from the bathroom and I told the receptionist about that. Otherwise 10 out of 10. Thank you for everything.

The doors to the water closet are not solid doors. They are thin glass that is hardly opaque - the type of door you usually see for a shower stall. The door leading to the bedroom is a French door (again, glass) that has a large gap where the French doors should meet in the middle. If you are anywhere in the bedroom, you have an unobstructed view of anyone using the toilet. The doors provide no sound barrier, either. It is basically a completely open door. My partner and I were on a romantic weekend trip. We are in the early "honeymoon" stages of our relationship and we do not use the toilet in front of each other. Consequently, neither of us could use the toilet in the room and had to go down to the lobby. Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this price and caliber. The restaurant was very good.

Great staff! In the Bridges bar and the. Flying Dutchman, and in reception. Only two issues: 1) Couldn’t work out how to turn off light above coffee machine and have power outlets working to charge my phone. 2) no shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo and conditioner. It was fine, I used soap, but prefer shower gel.

The was not ready at check in time. The receptionist advised that they are preparing my room and I did not receive the room until after 3 pm although I made online check in day before. However, I was patient as I assumed some generous upgrade is being prepared. Unfortunately, no upgrade was provided at first time and provided room was bit old. Later, I have spoken to the manager was very generous and he proposed an upgrade but only after two nights with newly designed room. The newly designed room was super nice; but why it was not offered until I requested?!
