Rooms were as requested. Breakfast was very good -- it was good to have the option of ordering hot food. Reception staff were prompt and cheerful in dealing with requests.

staff were so so polite and friendly and helpful.at breakfast buffet there was not any toasts so we had to tell them to bring for us and I dont know why.the rooms were big enough and fantastic.perfect room service,but the arrangement of heating in the room was limited till just 25 degree so it was a little cold.

We had an amazing stay. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, courteous and professional. The food at the Italian restaurant was excellent, and the breakfasts were perfect. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels over the years. The fact that the hotel CEO makes sure to meet every guest while he is at the lobby is amazing. Our room type was not available, they took us two upgrades; and that doesn’t happen a lot.
