I enjoyed having the water and the coffee machine in the room and a fridge. The bathroom and towels were perfect but I don't use shower gel and I wanted bar soap for the shower but none was stocked, only small soap for the sink. The hairdryer was appreciated and worked well. The pillows were very nice and the temperature in the room was perfect. The flowers in the lobby were beautiful. The doorbell was very convenient.

The hotel has a great ambience, staff are efficient and the service is good. The location is very central. It has a lovely garden and outside bar space and the restaurant is excellent. The rooms on the 5th floor are rather small but quite adequate for a S. stay.

Disappointed with restaurants service

All restaurants had very slow service. The terrace had a very limited menu. The main restaurant we had the taste menu for 13 people and we had one of the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.

We regret to read that restaurant experience with us was not living up to your expectations. Our aim is to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
