v friendly staff but service sadly lacking in a couple of areas. at check-in i was told that i was not entitled to a free drink as i should have been due to my silver status...room service never pick up the phone when i want to order food and when i ordered from the bar it was sent to the wrong room and when i chased them the food was brought and the burger cold. however overall the staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Food quality bad. Brown water out of the shower. Anorexic breakfast. And the worst - calling me at 10pm to pay for my room and not waiting the next morning when I would do the check out (and this, even if I am a platinum customer). More than disappointed.

I was an overnight visitor. All my needs were met. The breakfast was nice. The staff were awiftly responsive. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.

First room was noisy as the guests next door made a lot of noise and we couldn't sleep, room was changed eventually. I think the management should have control over their guests as we paid money to sleep in peace and not have next door neighbors making so much noise. The food was good but needs more varieties but the breakfast buffet was small and not much to choose from. Brown Slice Bread was rotten. Overall not bad it was satisfying and Hotel was clean. Thanks

Not so comfortable. No hot water. The WC wasn't working. The bed sheet was itchy.

Water was lukewarm. Guests should have a hot bath if they prefer. This is not the first time. Rooms are not properly lit up. Dull effect. My colleague's room had a damp smell.

The worst experience ever in a MERCURE hotel

The worst experience with MERCURE hotel ever!!! Room, furniture and bath facilities are totally outdated. Dirty mattress with the signs of previous 1000 guests on it. And all this in a PRIVELEGE room. No stable internet connection- during 3 days. 2 times complete electricity break down! A/C right in front of the window with a damaged motor which makes noise 24 hours! No welcome drink for Accor guests but that’s the least evil. Never ever again this hotel. Please remove MERCURE brand from it.

The first room that I stay there was no hot water to bath. Another sad experience is house keeping they always forgot to drop soap, tissue paper or towel in the bathroom. The food, room facility and so on.
