Starting from the gate, I was not grated free entrance not until when the security team were satisfied and this took few seconds. The receptionist welcomed me well, took my details, attended to me on time and showed me the way to my room. I had a relaxed night, woke up well rested and went for a short workout. The gym was ok but no trainer was available. Also the gym station was not functional at my last stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good, with some varieties. I had my laundry done and was immensely satisfied with it. It was timely and neatly done. In all, I was satisfied with my experience.

The experience was not very great. We came over to have a media event in the Hotel, even though I have known Moore House for years, was quite disappointed at the level of the professionalism. First response to all request by the Staff is NO without thinking how to solve the problem. We had guest that came for event and even though we took a Hall and Room, those that opted to have drinks at the bar, we were literally forced to pay and were refused to be charged to the room. We requested for more BQT Food to my amazement we were FORCED to pay even before the chef could commence. That made it look a road side shop. Lastly; after we have been made to pay all that we ordered on demand basis when I was checking out..Sofitel Hotel was so confused they still charged us again. We were charged in excess of N68,225. (I took a scan picture of the invoice. After several calls to different staff, they apologized and some from the Restarant came to correct it. A roadside hotel experience would have been better. We are a technology company, got my colleague to capture everything on camera else there is no way we could have defended it..JUST A MESS! If in doubt ask Thelma the Sales Agent. I took a picture of the wrong invoice they wanted us to pay for after all the shenanigans.

I found coackroaches in the room a couple of times. There was no tea/ milk in the room, had to ask for it to be brought up when we arrived. Room service on the night of arrival was very good, my order came on time as i was terribly hungry!

I appreciated the improvement in the gym. It shows you guys listen. However it was observed that the house keeper never cleaned the toilet floor. He just cleaned inside the WC which is easily noticeable but the floor was never cleaned throughout my 3 night stay. How did I know? A cockroach was a strategic point and it remained throughout. Then some stains on the floor remained throughout.

It was nice but that dinner that its not included in the package per room unlike Villa Picassor Hotel that they will even get to a point of putting soft drinks, alcohol, in the room, I think Moorehouse need to have such complements for their guest and water heater was not effectively working, and the first room giving to me when I came the bed was not in full dress I have to go back to reception for their attention of pillo, and bed sheet. Not very good. No hot water to bathe. The AC in the room sounded like a locomotive engine. Breakfast was appalling. However the room was very clean.
