It was ok, but the hot water in the room 412 was not running very well therefore i did not get a good hot shower. Also there was no footmat in the toilet.

The power supply is as epileptic as my eye blink and there are no adaptors for electrical connection in the room. This impended my ability to work on my last official stay here because of the type of cable my laptop charger had.

The hotel is very well located with a functioning swimming pool and Gym. Menu is also good. However, the building is getting old and this has impact on some of the infrastructurwe

Sheets were dirty and stained when I checked in, I had to ask Collins who happened to just start his shift to change them. I showed them to him and he confirmed they were used sheets. Also informed Angela at the front office.

HAve stayed there before. Bed is too soft for individuals managing relapse of low back pain. Orthopedic foams should be made available.

« The hotel driver should be replaced. »

The room had no toilet paper. I had to call the front desk. I had also arranged well in advance from the hotel to pick me up from the airport. The driver was late and then came in an unmarked car. I asked for indetification and he only had my name and flight. The car was not in great shape. He also took me back to the airport and stopped to have a dicussion with guys he owed money to. Totally unprofessional for someone that represents you as a hotel driver.
