We unfortunately only stayed 2 days in this beautiful hotel very well located in downtown Philadelphia. The Luxury room was clean and of a good size, the comfy king size bed, the well appointed bathroom with shower and bath and good Lanvin products. Chloe, at the front desk welcomed us warmly in French! The breakfast was quality served with a smile and kindness. What more can you ask for during our short stay? The sun .... but it does not depend on the hotel that I recommend without hesitation!

1. Hot shower took 10min to come on in the morning. Front desk, after repeated calls, sent a service technician who apologised and promised breakfast vouchers which never materialised. 2. We left room at 6am daily for the AAN conference, and returned at 4.30pm to find the room not yet tidied. This happened during the entire stay. Front desk officer promised to inform us - seated in the lobby - but she left for home without doing so. 3. Tidying the room on different days meant different things: some days, complimentary water was not replaced; other days, coffee capsules were not replaced.

I arrived at 11:30AM and didn't get into my room until after 9PM. Staff said they would call when my room was ready. I still went back and checked at 5PM after hearing nothing. It wasn't ready so I went to a restaurant until I came back at 9PM after NEVER receiving a call. They then put me in a room that stunk of cigarette smoke & immediately triggered my asthma. The only apology I got was a box of pastries that were being served unlimited at the conference I was attending.

I was here for a work event, paid for by the organization hosting the event. I was not able to check in at 3:30 as expected, but when I did go back to check in at 5:00, I was upgraded from a King room to a Luxury Suite - what a lovely surprise! Everything was so nice, every detail was taken care of. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the suite. My only constructive criticism is that when I left at 5:30, I had left only one light in the living area on. When I returned around 9:15, there were four or five lights on and I could hear the bedroom TV - I stopped and called out "Hello??" because I thought someone was in the room. I would suggest NOT turning on the TV in the absence of the guest = it's a bit disconcerting! I appreciated that the A/C was quick to respond to my choice of temperature and the system is very quiet, which is often a problem in hotel rooms. Every employee with whom I interacted was pleasant and helpful, especially your valet parking attendants/concierges. I very much enjoyed staying here!

Steel plate on road next to hotel caused horrific noise all day and night for 3 of my 4 night stay

A very good experience from check in to check out. Room was great, food was great, staff were very helpful. My only disappointment was to see that you were using non-recyclable cups, which were wrapped in one use plastic, in the rooms. I felt this contradicted your messages of guests using less water and not always requesting housekeeping.

Bed was comfortable, quality of the room amenities was good. The only bad thing was the HVAC blower would rattle when on. I was not able to sleep too well because of the noise.

Convenient location and a nice property but I did observe some missteps. First, when I checked in Alexey said he would text or email when the room was ready; this never happened. Second, at circa 1:30 in the morning someone had what sounded like a mental breakdown in the hallway - this lasted a while and I could not discern if security ever came up to try and quell this storm. Third, I ordered room service for dinner but had to follow-up with the room service folks - apparently the gentleman who I had initially spoken to never put the order in the system!

It wasn't a bad experience. book the room last minute off of a third party site, got there and they upgraded the room to the suite being that they were all out of double bed rooms.
