« Great place to stay and service with a smile. »

Online booking was very easy and the breakfast for 1 dollar extra deal was awesome. Check In was quick and easy and as a wonderful surprise I was guest of the day so received a great gift asd well as a platter and wine in my room on arrival. Room was clean and very comfortable. Cafe and breakfast facilities were lovely, very open and comfortable dining area and great variety of food. Staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only down side was that there happened to be a large dance convention on so the hotel was full of teenagers who insisted on running up and down the halls til all hours of the morning slamming doors and yelling. The cafe was not full but bags left around the lounges made it hard for other patrons to feel comfortable to sit. Overall experience however was great. We will be back.

I was happy with the room and the service and the helpful staff. However I found the breakfast lacked taste - and even the pastries were dry and hard to swallow. It was your normal hotel food choice but not cooked in a way that made me want to eat more or even eat there again.

Staff- friendly Room- Comfortable Fire alarm- My daughter being up from 2.20 (ish ) AM to 3.15 AM the night before her 1st dance comp DISASTER.................................... 1/4 of the team were tired and did not dance as well as they could have...No trophies this year.

The staff were extrembly friendly and helpful. Sarah checked us in and was lovely. A lovely dark haired young man helped me with the coffee machine at breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room clean with a nice view. The only negative was that I had to pay ten dollars for wifi, I am an Accor member and thought it was free. Also the shower did flood, the drain seemed to be blocked, however after housekeeping came while we were out it was all fixed again, they must have come for nightly service. The buffet breakfast was great and the foyer and bar area beautiful. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Unfortunately had to call to have maintenance to my room twice to fix the tv. However this was done in a timely manner which was good. Fire alarm at 2.30 in the morning resulted in getting next to no sleep.

« It was my first trip to Sydney all by myself and I felt I received lovely service from reception, room service and the cleaners. »

My week was very smooth sailing. The service I received made me feel there was nothing to worry about. I particularly loved that without asking, room service had cleaned my room and gave me clean towels and even remade my bed. It was a very nice surprise when I walked back into my room. The room service when receiving my dinner was very friendly. A nice gentleman even offered to place it on the table for me when he saw I had my hands full. Thank you for a great stay!

Booking process was good and we were surprised at the low rate. At check-in we found that the car park was full, however staff made alternative arrangements. Room was clean and everything worked. Bathroom was well appointed. Breakfast was great. While a King size bed, as it was based on 2 singles I would have preferred a queen or even a double as the ridge down the middle was not comfortable. However all around an enjoyable night.

I have stayed here several times, sometimes in the adjacent Novotel for work, but for personal travel, the Ibis is great for me. The location is handy for me, and the price is reasonable. The staff are very friendly.

Check in was quick and easy Rooms are quite small but serviceable Noise was a minimum Parking hideously expensive - I could accept $30 a night but $40 is quite ridiculous
