Reception and valet staff were very friendly. The room could do with some work, especially the bathroom. The shower leaked water under the door and made the bathroom floor wet and dangerous. The shower had a lot of mould in it. There was blood? spots on the carpet and the lounge in the room was dirty. Breakfast was pleasant but could be better. The gluten free bread is not safe for those with coeliac disease if they want to toast it as it needs to be done in it's own toaster to prevent cross contamination - not with other bread.

All staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were good, beds were fantastic, shower was great (which can be hard to find in a motel). Definitely recommend Novotel Homebush and will stay again....great location!

The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was nice. However their was no robe! The main reason I pay so much to stay in a hotel for one night is the comfort , their was no robe to snuggle into before bed!! That was what I was looking forward to most. Kicking back and relaxing after my business was taken care of. Every other hotel I've stayed at has robes in their cupboard. Apart from that. It was a great stay. Thankyou.

My feedback would include the difficulty in using the lifts. The fact that there is only 1 lift down to the carpark and the wait times waiting for the lifts. The lack of carparks and the cost of breakfast at your restaurant

Enjoyed staying at either the Pullman or the Novotel at Homebush. For me a lot of my clients are located in the area so the pace isn't as bad as staying in Sydney or Parramatta

We stayed one night as we were attending a concert. Our concert was cancelled so there were a lot of people with basically no where to really go. The Novotel dealt with this very well. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and dinner and the service was great. Breakfast the next morning was the normal good Novotel breakfast. The staff were on all occasions fantastic. Check in and out was a breeze. No hassles. We enjoyed our stay and have rebooked for the postphoned concert!

Ok as I was given an upgrade and valet parking, however I was charged for the free upgrade (helpful staff reversed the charge) and I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for the valet to find my car keys

The room was lovely but the smell coming from the drain in the shower when we arrived was foul. The hotel facilities and bar downstairs was great. The vallet parking needs an overhaul as we waited over 45 minutes in the car park waiting for our car only to find out that they couldn’t find the keys for another 10 minutes, this was very frustrating and unacceptable.

Our experience was overall great, however it was let down by the very bad bed, which meant we didn't sleep well and had sore backs in the morning. The bed was saggy in the middle and way too soft.
