It was pretty good. For breakfast, I was allocated a seat and upon my return in was taken by someone else. I also had to wait 20 min for coffee, and was contemplating having it away from the hotel. I also asked for toothpaste on the first night, and it never arrived which was disappointing.

Service was friendly and resorcefull. Room was well kept, tidy and nice. Shower was the only thing that I was not happy with. No cold water turned on and the hot water turned all the way on and I still had goose bumps whilst trying to shower. It was like all the hot water had been used or something? Other than that all in all a good experience.

Stay was nice. Room was good however no toiletries other than moisturiser. Nothing else at all. Blind to balcony was broken so didn't realise there was a balcony until just after check out.

the pillows were not comfortable and my neck felt it. All 4 pillows were tried and I wasn’t prepared to pay for a fancy pillow. This should be complimentary.

« think standards have slipped since stay 12 months ago »

Room was good no issues, but there was a musty damp smell outside level 7 lift in corridor. Had lukewarm shower on first morning, almost cold on second morning, showers were less than 5 minutes. Room 733. Don't mind cold showers when camping but disappointing in a 4 star hotel. Also disappointed not to be able to get a good coffee with my breakfast, only a machine. On the second morning at 6.30am there was a queue for the coffee machine 5 people long for at least 15 minutes even though the resteruant was less than half full. My personal opinion is that it looks like cost cutting is affecting your standards. I plan to stay in the Pullman next time or somewhere else in Sydney. Sorry to be harsh, but is how I found it.

Couldn't checkin after long trip cos system was down. Room Noisy needed earplugs to sleep. Attended a conference at hotel and coffee machines provided by hotel either played up or didn't work. One had a plastic steam funnel that come off on my hand and scalded me. Biscuits were damp/stale. Breakfast scrambled eggs were very soggy/runny and not cooked properly through, I had to stir them around in the warmer. Room service meal squid was like Indian rubber. Very disappointing for price.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, good room service and facilities. Only issues were that room service got one of my side dishes wrong and I was charged an additional 2 night parking by mistake. Hence this will delay me being able to claim back expenses from my company depending on the time it takes to process the refund.
