It was awful, the room was dirty, it was noisy all night I just could not sleep and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually my last stays at any accor hotels have been awful, I am considering to return my loyalty card to you. And on top of that I have again received this survey twice just like last time for my stayed in Rome, where you took all my points to book this awful hotels and never even reacted to any of my comments.

« We were given room with no Air Condition and were told no room available. Could not sleep whole night »

I stayed at your hotel with my wife on July 2, 2018 and our reservation number is GLPLBGQH. We were given the room on 6th floor with no Air Conditioner. After informing front desk, they mentioned to wait for 15-30 mins and it will be on. We want out and came back at 12 midnight. Air conditioner was till not working and while taking to staff that night. They offered fan and said don’t have any room available to switch. We came to Paris after 15 hours of flight and wanted to spend 1st night near the train station. Just because of no air conditioner in room we could not sleep whole night and while complaining in the morning also. No one seems to care and said just send email with your concern. It’s not fair to pay full price of room and not get service which is mentioned on website. If you can please get back to me with some resolution. Thanks, Jitin G.

My stay started poorly i was give a room on the 3rd floor that was in very bad condition - paint / wall paper peeling off The bed was in very hard and in poor condition This was not to Ibis Styles standard - i had recently stayed - Styles Madrid - Styles Hobart I complained about the room and was given a new room on the 7 floor - better room but not to Styles stand

My arrival welcome and bed comfort was not as good as I expect from Ibis. Hotel is a refurbished and older - the older bits are quite noticeable. Breakfast staff and service was outstanding!

The only good thing of our staying was the convenience of location is approximity to Paris north and east station. The bf was mediocre compared to most three star hotels we stayed in Europe, no eggs and no hot food servings like sausages, potatoes or bacons. The most troubling experience was the unstable shower temperature. Thd water would suddenly turn cold after one minute of warm water, we had to keep turning the water back to down to faucet and run it for another minute before turning back to shower. It was hard since after a long day of walking and sightseeing we had to endure taking a unstable water temperature shower.

Our bedrooms were clean, and the double glazed windows protected us against the train hisses noises. However, when I came with my group of 17 (18 me included) on Friday morning at 10 am. We were told to use the loos on the ground floor. We had just arrived from London and needed to refresh. Unfortunately, there was a gentleman cleaning the loos and refused to leave when each of us wanted to go in and get changed. As he was cleaning one of the loos, we each had to wait for the one loo whcih he had allowed us to use. I had 15 year old female students with me, and he has been rude. I have reported him to reception. I was the last one to go in, as their teacher. He was cleaning the sink, and he didn't move when I was waiting to wash my hands, the he kneeled on all fours, and started scrubbing the floor. He could have waited 5 minutes for me to wash my hands and go but, no, I had to lean over him to wash my hands. That was not a nice start in the hotel...

The hotel and its staff is superb. The disabled adapted room I had was veey good. The only negative for me, and only because of my disability, was that I was unable to make hot drinks in my room.

« Not as good as it should be! »

OK but lack of attention to customer experience... for example, the milk container on the breakfast bar had a broken tap/valve which made it very difficult to control the flow of milk. Member of the team helped the first day. We talked about the difficulty and she explained there used to be a lever but it broke off! Next day, same broken container. Guests struggling. Milk spilling all over the place. Next day... the same. Next day... the same .... and it probably still is to this day!

We arrived at the hotel and the reception staff were lovely. They had small gifts for the children. The room was a suite so it was big so the children could play and it had a big double bed and 2 single beds. I had asked for a cot when I booked however I didn't have this. It didn't matter as my toddler slept in the bed with me (so did my 7 year old as there was a thunder storm on both nights we were there!) I had two other issues with the room although they did not detract from our stay: 1. The bathroom door didn't shut (not that it mattered travelling with children!) and 2. One of the celing tiles was broken above the shelving space (I noticed this when I was laying in bed however as I said, it didn't make any difference to our stay). We had breakfast in the hotel which was great. A good choice of bread and pastries, meat, cheese and jams. The staff were very helpful getting us a high chair. There was also a table with Lego and some colouring for the children. There was also a table football in the reception which my 7 year old enjoyed. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful as I was travelling alone with 2 children.

it is a 100 euro hotel, but it looks like a hostel. The bathroom is moldy, the wall painting is in a bad shape. 400 meters away there is another Ibis in a much better shape for the same price.

« Quite disappointed by an Accor hotel »

I found the hotel really far below the expected quality for a member of the Accor chane. In particular the room was barely usable do to the bad smell and the lack of fresh air. Although I opened the window and activate the "portable" fan, the room was always over heated and stuffy. Moreover as my room was facing the railway of Gare de l´est, during the night I could not even keep the window open to avoid the noise of the station prevents me to sleep. In this case I think air conditioning should have been a must.

This property is just outside the metro and small stroll away for some good eats. Perfect location for quick access to city. Room decor and ambience need to be little upgraded and some work is there to make the breakfast great.
