Overall we were really satisfied with the hotel. The location was superb, being right by the metro was really convenient for quick and easy access into Central Paris. The hotel was very clean and had the most amazing array of food and drink for breakfast on offer and the staff were friendly and always able to help. The only slight criticism would be the lack of drinks on offer at the bar but apart from that the hotel acted as part of a great holiday and we would definitely stay with Ibis again.

Hotel is very close to Public transport. The noises which come with this phenomenon are there of course but not very disturbing. For those who like to travel it is actually nice. Room was clean, but a bit decayed. The French breakfast though is horrible, but that is not a thing which is specific to the hotel. What was available was up standard.

Enjoyed the stay. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Being located next to the railway station and the Metro is a good/bad situation. Close to getting transport, but the quiet rumble took a little getting used too, but was not really a major problem. Overall we were pretty satisfied with our stay. Thanks.

Broken air conditioning made for a bad night

We were there during very hot weather and I booked because the website says there is air conditioning and yet, there was no air conditioning. We had the choice of window closed which was quiet but suffocating or window open and incredibly loud, still hot, but less. Not a great choice. My husband complained at the desk in the morning and was told the air conditioning broke down during the night but they did not offer any refund (even partial) or gesture for the terrible night.

There was a leakage in the tub in the bathroom and the water was getting allover the place!!!!

- There were extensive renovation works ongoing at ground floor - During breakfast, the walls continued to be bumped, construction machines running at high speed, wood being cut.... undergoing EXTREMELY NOISY works under total disrespect of guest having breakfast - The entrance door of the hotel is very dirty. Never cleaned, cigarettes pieces all around the entrance door, alcohol bottles everywhere - Majority of hotel staff including staff at reception don't wear any appropriate uniform. Its is simply impossible to identify the hotel staff, perception of complete disorder, who is who ? - some staff don't even wear any badge with their name on it, who is who in this hotel ?? - The corridor at 7th floor is very smelly (not exhaustive)

Staff were welcoming and helpful, everything was very clean. One lift was not working half the time, but we never had to wait that long for the other life. Only critique was that the restaurant ran out of milk at breakfast and the next supply did not arrive in time for us.

Everything was geat, room was nice and clean. Quick check-in and check-out process. Super friendly and helpful staff! The location is also convinient, litrerary next to the Metro station, you walk less than a minute. Around the hotel you could find cafes and food stores.

Would certainly stay again and recommend the hotel. Okay, the rooms are perhaps looking a little tired and you are overlooking and hear the announcements for the Gare de L'est. However, great breakfast, really clean, good location, helpful staff and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The positives certainly outweigh the negatives. Amused as booked a twin room, yet the beds were touching, so you need to be on " first name terms " with your fellow traveller!
