« Not as good as it should be! »

OK but lack of attention to customer experience... for example, the milk container on the breakfast bar had a broken tap/valve which made it very difficult to control the flow of milk. Member of the team helped the first day. We talked about the difficulty and she explained there used to be a lever but it broke off! Next day, same broken container. Guests struggling. Milk spilling all over the place. Next day... the same. Next day... the same .... and it probably still is to this day!

« Lovely friendly hotel with good location »

We arrived at the hotel and the reception staff were lovely. They had small gifts for the children. The room was a suite so it was big so the children could play and it had a big double bed and 2 single beds. I had asked for a cot when I booked however I didn't have this. It didn't matter as my toddler slept in the bed with me (so did my 7 year old as there was a thunder storm on both nights we were there!) I had two other issues with the room although they did not detract from our stay: 1. The bathroom door didn't shut (not that it mattered travelling with children!) and 2. One of the celing tiles was broken above the shelving space (I noticed this when I was laying in bed however as I said, it didn't make any difference to our stay). We had breakfast in the hotel which was great. A good choice of bread and pastries, meat, cheese and jams. The staff were very helpful getting us a high chair. There was also a table with Lego and some colouring for the children. There was also a table football in the reception which my 7 year old enjoyed. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful as I was travelling alone with 2 children.

it is a 100 euro hotel, but it looks like a hostel. The bathroom is moldy, the wall painting is in a bad shape. 400 meters away there is another Ibis in a much better shape for the same price.

« Quite disappointed by an Accor hotel »

I found the hotel really far below the expected quality for a member of the Accor chane. In particular the room was barely usable do to the bad smell and the lack of fresh air. Although I opened the window and activate the "portable" fan, the room was always over heated and stuffy. Moreover as my room was facing the railway of Gare de l´est, during the night I could not even keep the window open to avoid the noise of the station prevents me to sleep. In this case I think air conditioning should have been a must.

« Great Location »

This property is just outside the metro and small stroll away for some good eats. Perfect location for quick access to city. Room decor and ambience need to be little upgraded and some work is there to make the breakfast great.

« Great value for money »

It was a short stay however I enjoyed thoroughly. Friendly and helpful staff, room in decent size. Lovely breakfast and good location. Bakery just across the road. Even though train tracks were just next to the hotel, it did not bother me at all.

« The Bathroom was a Biohazard!!! »

Dear Sir / Madam, Wednesday 10-may i checked in in your hotel. I dropped my bags in room 119 and we went out to view the city and have a dinner. When i came back i noticed that the room was realy dirty. Hair on the floor and really dusty in the corners. But the worst thing was that in the bathroom the ceiling and the walls where covered in Black mold!!! I took pictures of the mold and the dirt and went to the reception. The woman there told me she couldn't do anything for me at that moment. There was no family room free at that time. She told me to talk to her colleage in the morning. The next morning we had breakfast and i talked to the guy at te desk. He told me to come back in a few hours because he had to check in a lot of people first. We were not able to wait a few hours because we wanted to go to disneyland. Finaly it means we had to use a bathroom that was a complete biohazard! I can sent you the pictures if you tell me where. Your staff didn't do anything to fix this problem. Please let me know how you are going to set this right? Kind regards, Erik B.

The staff is really attentive, the breakfast is good and more than adequate ( with fresh orange juice and those delicious French cheeses), The location is very convenient (right beside the Chateau Landon Station). I had difficulties with the water temperature of the shower (too hot or too cold) and with the wi-fi sign that fell sometimes. however, the overall impression was good, especially because of the staff and location.

My experience started around a month before arrival. I've contacted reception desk to to check if I can have package delivered so I can pick it up when in Paris. The Lady was super helpfull and it was enough for me to mention just once that it's a 10th aniversary trip. I had a champagne delivered and wanted staff to prepare it for my arrival. Now some bad experience, later I called the receptio desk twice to check if package got delivered, one gentleman was supposed to check but then call ended - not blaming anyone might be my falt. Other call - I was asked to send a query via email. Email was sent but didn't get reply, follow-up and no reply again. Hotel is in a good location in terms of value for money of course You can have better options closer to the Paris landmarks but this one is located right next to Metro line 7 that you can use to get to the Île de la Cité. Back to the good stuff. Upon arrival, my package is there, what a relief. We did get the room on 7th flour overlooking Gare del'Est and in the distance montparnasse tower, Eiffel tower and Sacré-Cœur. In the room there was a welcome gift from the hotel - champagne, macarons and additional dessert. I'm just a classic Le club Accor hotel member so it's a new experience for me. Felt really great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpfull, breakfast might have included more choices but I wouldn't consider it poor. Room was cleaned everyday. Other negative impression which might be fixed for better overall perception is that theroom we were staying needed some maintenance - stains on the carpet, peeling paint close to the window. Overall my impression of the hotel was very good and if there is a chance to visit Paris again with the same budget I would book it again.
