Clean stay, well located between the Chempark and the town centre. Decent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there was no free wifi. The bed sheets were also rather thin, so it was a bit cold.

It is said the check in time is 3pm. But no body at the reception desk and theres just one paper with the contact number. I called the number but didnt receive my call nor respond my texts. I asked other guests help using their phone and the person who was in charge of told meet me at the reception 5pm. The hotel made me wait 2 hours out side. I actually arrived 2:30 and just waste my time waiting for check in. I've never seen this poor service.

The staff was rude , I reached the hotel at 14:00 in the online check in I had mentioned will checkin before 15:00 but was denied check in till 15:00, I was told online check in means nothing the hotel staff did not write any email about earlier than 15:00 check in. this is really confusing to me . Why give an option to check in before 15:00 if that is not possible?
