« Met all our needs and exceeded expectation. »

Ten of us stayed for a family wedding nearby. Ages ranged from 13 to 88 . We all had a great time, staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was great value and there were areas where we could all gather together in a relaxed environment.

« A stay in an average room. »

We checked in late through the computer outside the reception which was closed. It was a two days stay so the next morning I went to the reception to pay for the second day. The staff there just received the payment with credit card. He didn't asked for the passports, he didn't even ask if everything is ok. It looked like all he wanted is the payment and nothing else. He didn't give info about check-out policy, breakfast, etc. I know such info is written somewhere in the room. This was my first time at an Ibis Hotel and I am somewhat disappointed with the lack of communication between staff and customers.

« Incorrect room type reserved resulting in additional expense »

Arrived after reception hours and used screen to cofirm previous online booking. I am 66 and was travelling with daughter 43 so had booked triple family room to enable separate beds. System had reserved a double-bedded room so then had to buy a further room via screen to meet our needs for the night. Complaint made via Accor webformsy over 4 days ago (promises reply within 48 hours) but still no reply at time of writing. Have used Ibis in UK without problem so disappointed with this experience.

Room was very good. Very cheap. Criticism is with the hotel group for not letting me know there were no staff for most of the time and all was done by code. Fine once I knew but disconcerting when 8 arrived and ostensibly the place was closed

Lovely location, with outdoor terrace overlooking Cannes. Unattractive entrance from car park, reception closed when we arrived which we hadn't been informed about but we found a self service checkin machine outside. We then went into hotel and eventually discovered our room was located outside. We did try to telephone hotel to inform of late arrival but their number is a premium rate number which couldn't be rang from our U.K. Mobile. Room was usual ibis budget, breakfast very good and the gentleman operating the reception/breakfast area was very good, checking our room was ok and offering a room change if we wanted. Will stay again, perfect location just off the motorway.

Aircon had to be reset.....there were no towels in my room and the cistern was U/S and had to be fixed. However the attitude of"can do " of your duty manager was positive....professional and helpful. He immediately resolved all issues with little fuss and offered a free breakfast next morning.

We found the room very clean with useful lighting combinations. However, there was only a very thin pillow each and was told there were no spare pillows available...hotel! Also, the shower screen was totally inadequate. It was very difficult not to soak the floor having a normal shower. Finally, security. We did not want to unload our full car, but was told there was a security gate. Thats great, the only problem was that it only secured one entrance...anyone could get in through the non gated entrance! I will leave it with you. Thank you.

This hotel is the best Ibis Budget we've ever been to, and we've been to many in France. Our room was very spacious, we had a panoramic view over the town and bay, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also spacious and functioned perfectly. Nothing to complain about.
