« Excellent value for money »

Excellent value for money. It was an easy journey into the city of Orleans. The car park is locked between the hours of 22.00 06.00 so we felt our car was safe for the evening. You have a code if you get in late or need to leave before 6am. The city of Orleans is a great stopover on your way South.

« It is what it is. »

It's a budget hotel. Nothing fancy about it. But it does exactly what you need. A comfortable bed and good location for an overnight stop. The breakfast was simple but good too.

« Not too bad »

The hotel & staff were absolutely fine. Unfortunately there was a group of young people who were very noisy the second evening. The hotel staff were very understanding & did what they could, which greatly improved matters.

The receptionist was fantastic a real credit to your company, however the room was not nice at all! Very dirty and why on earth is the sink in the bedroom and not the bathroom or even shower room!

« Not great this time »

Room was as expected. Unfortunately sleep was impaired due to the heat. There's no air conditioning, so tried with the window open. Unfortunately there's a 500W floodlight outside room 326 which lit up the room also all night. Also, other customers arrived (room 324) at 4h30 in the morning after revving their car and driving back and forwards in the car park for 10 mins. They continued their high volume arguments in the hallway and in their room. I asked them politely to consider other guests who might have wanted to sleep. They ended up leaving, however afraid I only got about 3h sleep that night. Breakfast in the morning was slightly spoilt by those smokers directly outside the hotel and whose smoke blew straight through the window into our faces.

During the last 15 years or so, we stay almost every year and enjoy it. However, on this occasion we were woken up by the alarm at about 05:40 but it appears that there was no emergency. There was NO roll call and NO explanation let alone apology given.

« More like an old F1, not Ibis Budget »

The staff were very polite and helpful, when the room was found to be untidy and unready on a late arrival. The rooms are dated and need updating. This seems like an old hotel perhaps more similar to an F1 not modern Ibis Budget.

On arrival into the room, the temperature was extemely hot - much above the outdoors and too hot to sleep. The room smelt and the toilet area was dirty.

I know what to expect from an Ibis budget but this one was not good! Dirty shower. Smelly bathroom. Not enough towels for 3 people. Extremelly hot inside. Basic is one thing but this eas a bit too basic and unconfortable

« good price quality deal »

room was clean, big enough for 1 night stay over, free wifi, free parking on gated space, lady at the desk was friendly (spoke french to her so don't know if they speak other languages), toilet and shower slightly outdated, but clean, towels also rather old but clean, which is what I find most important. No airco in the room though breakfast was rather limited, but sufficient, we paid 54 euro for 1 night, 3 people and breakfast, I find this a good deal, don't expect great luxury, but a good deal for your money
