Admittedly we stayed in the height if summer, but the air con was not at all adequate, making a very restless and sleepless night for our family. When I then enquired in the morning if I needed to pre-book an airport transfer van, I was advised no. When we did then make it to the lobby an hour later, we were told there was a 30 minute wait. I found the lady on the front desk quite rude and dismissive, she would not make eye contact, and just did not want to engage at all, which is not ideal for someone in that role.

Nice room but the bathroom look like bad and not NICE. The service room (Manager) was rode and gross when he spoke to me and he open the door without knocking the door before.

It was relatively cheap, so I won't complain much! If you are not looking for anything luxurious this is it. Quite a few youngsters making noise in the halls. Reception is there, but you don't have a phone in the room. Breakfast was poor.

« Very basic, room needed a revamp, dirt on the walls »

I have stayed in ibis hotels before both at home and abroad. I was disappointed that there was no lounge/ bar area ( didn't see anything mentioned about this but may have missed it) having stayed in another ibis budget in Paris this was a let down by comparison. There were stains of some kind of substance running down the wall. Also the large daily flea market opposite could possibly be a little intimidating.

Basic room! Toilet and shower look and felt like caravan/ porta bathrooms. They only made 1/2 beds which was annoying daily! There was a bang on the door late at night and no one was there! But basic enough room

« Extremely uninviting service and room not properly made and cleaned. »

When we first arrived, we were told to leave for a few hours because the room was not ready despite the time being he'll after the check in hours on the website. This was extremely unacceptable, particularly given we had just come off a 30 hour flight from Australia. When we finally entered the room, the shower had a drain issue which stank the room and the toilet also smelt bad. The floors were not cleaned properly. When we were checking out, the staff member at the front desk rudely told us that they were unable to hold our luggage and had to pay over €9 for luggage storage despite being told on our check in day that holding luggage would be free of charge. This lady rudely rolled her eyes and went on her phone without answering our queries properly.

« Serves it's purpose but could be better. »

The hotel serves it's purpose but it could definitely. The bathrooms could use an air freshener and a simple floormat. The window in the room was annoying to open and close and I don't understand the weird design. Overall, this is a decent place to stay if you are on a budget.

« i was robbed inside your hotel - woke up with someone inside my room »

i was robbed during my stay in your hotel - woke up at 6 am with someone inside my room. luckly i woke up and the person went out only with the car keys, and tryed to steal the car that was parked in the public parking besides the hotel. Security personnel perceived something strange and stopped the guy from stealing the car ( which was from hertz), and called the police. How can something like that happen in an accor hotel ????

« As expected... »

We stayed for 3 days, the room was clean, beds were comfy, everything was simple but ok. The only thing is that there is no hair dryer in the room, so you need to ask for it in the reception and when we asked in the evening they said they were all in use... The location is not nice but metro station is not too far from it. Bus stop is super close to the hotel and buses gets you everywhere in the center, so better to travel by bus (I prefer buses than metro in Paris anyway!).
