This hotel feels like it is in the ghetto of Paris and your personal safety should be considered. This is not a family friendly place and feels like a university dormitory with minimal to no service. This is a place where you store your luggage in lockers and buy everything through vending machines. What ever feel of Paris you achieve during the day it is lost making your way home. We book this place very late so there was very little accommodation available but unless you are in your 20s and happy to relieve Uni life then I recommend choose accommodation away from this area.

Good overall - place was clean, room service was adequate, and amenities all satisfactory. Negatives: not enough powerpoints available for charging (especially close to bed); sink and toilet are on opposite ends of the room.

Room was very clean and spotless, sleeping was a problem as next to a motorway so had window open as it was too hot and cars constantly hooting. Reception staff were awful on the day we arrived but other than that they were fine. Breakfast was not much but didn't expect it to be for the price. Hotel was also in a bit of a rough area but don't let that put you off

Experience is ok. Please introduce lock system at Bathroom & Toilet. Otherwise it gives uncomfortable feeling when travelling with kids. It will be nice if you put Doormat outside bathroom.

A great hotel, good location, friendly staff, but pre-arrival instructions could be better. For example, guests could be informed on the nearest metro line, or parking arrangements, etc. before arriving, which would make the whole experience more smooth. Having 'Montmartre' in the address is just misleading. The Ibis is located miles away from the tourist spot of Montmartre, though technically it is in that area.

Your hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and dirty bedding needed changing and had been slept in. Know this to be true as sock in bedding. we slept in our clothes and could not get out quick enough. When we arrived I had not slept for 2 days do had no energy to move hotels or I would of I will never book your hotel again ever. Only plus was staff courteous and friendly and quickly sorted shower that did not work on our arrival, engineer was in room within ten minutes and fixed problem.

I had a weird experience about early check-in payment and hair dryer deposit. Therefore i would like to let hotel management know about it. We checked in at 20 August around 13:00. There was a receptionist lady which i don’t like her attitude from the beginning. She was talking with her colleague and keeping ignoring me for a period. After I could get her attention, I asked for early 1 hour check in and she told me I must pay 5€ for that. I never ever had such an experience but anyway i paid 5€ because it was almost the same amount of locker price. She put this money to drawer, and she didn’t give me a receipt or document about that payment. The next day ( 21 August around 11-12) I took a hair dryer and I gave 20€ as a deposit. And I told “I’ll get it back when I return the dryer, right?” She prepared an envelope, wrote room number on it and at the same time she responded to me “Yes”. We exchanged the money and dryer. I returned maybe half an hour later and she shaked the envelope to me with her incriminating look “Madame, you didn’t give me the money. I sent someone to get money from you. (Not correct- I was at my room all the time and busy with drying my hair and no one come to my room. ) I was super angry, and I told her ‘Check the security cameras and I won’t leave from reception if I don’t see the surveillance record with my eyes. On the other hand, you’ll give me a receipt about my 5€ payment about early check in I paid yesterday”. She told me to take hair dryer and wait, and I repeated ‘I won’t leave from the counter without seeing the record with my own eyes’. I think she thought that we’re checking-out and we’re about to leave. But, I started wait in front of the counter. I reminded her, ‘I want my receipt for my 5€ payment from yesterday, and asked her, I made the payment yesterday, why you didn’t give me a document with the date of yesterday?’ She told me she didn’t give me a receipt for my 5 € because there was no paper (Not correct- Seriously, no paper at hotel for printing receipts?) and later she told me she couldn’t give me a receipt because I left from the reception. (Not correct- We’re 6 people and we waited there for at least 15-20 min during check-in because we dropped our bags to room by groups) After I insisted, she gave me a document for “Bagagerie”. The point she missed was I know a little bit French and I told her, what I paid wasn’t for « Bagagerie » I paid for early check-in. She gave me another receipt 2hour early check-in. (Not correct- We made 1-hour early check-in, anyway) I waited 10-15 min in front of reception with hair dryer, no one checked the security cameras and then when she understood that I’m stubborn and I’m not going to leave from the reception, she decided to give my 20€ back without checking the camera record. Later, she apologised from me she said that she was confused because there were many costumers. (Not correct- There was no queue I was the only one at that moment.) I reminded her, you’re the receptionist and you need to coordinate this. If she was honest about this, she could check the surveillance record before blaming me with shaking the envelope with a disrespectful manner. I have a feeling that if I accepted what she told, she would never give my money back. Therefore, I wrote similar comment to Booking.com to warn other clients. If this is something happens common, I think hotel management needs to consider carefully this incident.

Our stay at your Hotel was good we were near from the center Of Paris So it was practical the only down side it was that we didn't get the Room on the garden side that we were supposed To have like it was writen on our booking sheet .The noise from the high way Was so much So that we couldn't open the window To Have more Fresh air !
