the room is ok for the price. But the brackfast was very poor. I would pay 10 euro instead of 6 just to have normal hotel breakfast.

« Good for the price »

Not too far from all the main attractions (around 30 min by public transportation), room was very clean. Perfect for a couple of nights when you are not planning to spend to much time in your hotel room. Only bad thing to say is that it smelled like urine in the toilet and a weird perfume smell in the hotel lobby all the time.

Room was decent with toilet and shower that were clean but would recommend bringing slippers as wooden floors are not very clean. First night was difficult to sleep due to someone on the phone near our room ! They could improve by providing double pillows as one is quite thin

We're satisfied from this accomodation. Perfect place to stay for few nights on city break. Breakfast was very good quality, we didn't hungry :) Clean room, cleaning every day. Too small amount of plugs in the room (only one). It was very hard to charge all devices during night (two mobile phones, two powerbanks, one camera).

The toilet has a weird smell but its clean so thats fine. The beds are comfy but too bad there are only 2 plug points, not really helpful for groups. The staff arent very friendly. We went down to the cafe to ask for some hot water but were given tap water instead. Good things, the location and the price are great and reasonable.

The room was clean and well kept. Standards were kept during our stay and we had no problems with the staff. Service was good and check in/out was made very easy. The only problem we had was extremely noisy and rude neighbours. The noise levels were unacceptable and the regulations were not enforced. We had little help rectifying the situation.

« You pay for what you get »

Staff was helpful to us, but note that if you want to leave luggage, you'll need to pay for lockers. One that fits two small cabin sized luagges is 8 Euros (for at least up to 24 hours I think). We paid for it and recieved the receipt with the code and was sure our locker was shut closed before we left. We came back and found that apparently our locker was opened so the staff took the luggage to store at reception and we had an enquiry why it had opened when we had the reciept and the code. In the end we didnt have to pay again and they let us go, but I would trust the lockers if I was you. No hairdryer, but you can put a deposit on one, and no slippers, but you can buy flip flops for 2 euros (so bring your own flipflops). Our room was clean but my sis had a reaction to the detergent they used.

The room could have been a little cleaner and some of the vending machines did not work. Also on our last day a cleaner walked into our room when we were still in bed and it was not even near check out time! On the whole though we were happy with our stay.

Room was too small and no service .. we ask sweeper to remove garbage n they showed the way where to empty dustbin.didnt even helped in attaching new garbage bag. Very poor service.

We had a group in Paris for the rugby match and I booked this IBIS instead of the one in Rue Culaincourt in error. Apart from it's location which was 30 min walk from the Culaincourt one and a rather seemingly rough neighbourhood, the hotel was perfectly adequate. The room was compact but clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast which was extra charge was continental buffet , which was quite palatable. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and directions.

It's in a scary part of town which is unsafe and far from metro. The lay out of the room is rubbish, the toilet and shower look like portacabins. We only stayed 1 night out of our 3 nights, the door wouldn't lock. Also weird when we checked out after 1 night, guy at the desk didn't take our code back for the door or any paper work to say we left early. We paid to stay elsewhere it was that bad.

Overall, the staff failed to provide a warm welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and check-in. The staff of the respected hotel did not verbalise "welcome", nor did any of them smile. No information regarding e.g., breakfast, check-out, tourist attractions, restaurants and bars were given from any member of staff upon arrival. That said, the room was clean and no disturbance of any kind was experienced during the duration of our stay. The room had a comfortable temperature, with good lighting.
