Overall the worst stay I've ever had in an ibis - I have requested a refund as directed by the reception staff who said I would get one. Still no response. Rooms not clean, extremely noisy and all in all I did not sleep. I will leave to gain a response for one more day and then I will call to see what is happening.

« Good for long days in the city & only sleeping in the hotel, but no good soundproofing and staff not friendly also breakfast was a disapointment »

Bed is ok but hotel was a bit of a deception after our stay in Ibis Budget hotel Brugge Centrum Station. We could hear people walking in the hallway. There was rust on the douche entrance, LED light bar was not working (flashing), third bed was not made. Professional but not friendly treatment by staff (Only smile we have seen was from the receptionist at checking in). At breakfast all 3 juice machines where out of orange juice... This also shows the lack of interest of the staff. They are just there to earn some money, not committed to do a good job. Where Ibis Budget Brugge scored a 5 out of 5 because of soundproofing, modern interior, and friendly staff who would make that extra step for you. This hotel scored a 2 out of 5 for us. J-W The Netherlands.

« A littlebit dissappointed »

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The staff is kind, the room is clean and correct. Unfortunatly it's far from every metro station. 10minutes to Garibaldi 12 minutes to Porte the Clichy. But if you walk all day in the citycenter and maybe you go out at night this 12minutes walking is a lot to make 4 times a day. When we checked in i sadly saw that the double bed was ready, but for the third person on the singlebed wasn't any linen. Everything in a bag next to the bed left you to make your bed.

« Worst Hotel we had »

The Hotel is recently Not available By Metro- the building is ok from the Outside - the area is a Little Bit frightning at Night and there is a lot of Garbage - the Moment the door of the elevator opens you are hit by an old, ugly smell of carpet and cigarett smoke- the room was totaly runned down and just Worn out- at the wooden bed you can find Black burning Marks from cigaretts also on the Floor and old cigaretts at the window- all 4 Walls are Dirty and you See Brown spots everywhere- what the hell did Happen in this room?? In the vent of the shower you See the mould growing. Generaly the room is not clean and dusty We just Stayed because the bed was ok and we didnt spend much time inside anyways- i Will Never book a room in an Ibis Hotel ever again.

« A scary place off the highway with no restaurants near... »

My bad but thought I was booking the Ibis Montmartre Place de Clinchy...This Ibis budget is exactly that..Very budget..Rooms are like a bad college dorm room...very noisy at night...some questionable guest.I heard a drug deal go down two doors down from my room at 3am...Front desk staff very uninformed about area places to eat...Crappy location not near anything...Woulf NEVER stay there again...

« Sink was disgustingly dirty, staff were unfriendly and spoke little or no English »

The toilet in the first room given to us was very dirty and sink had a permanent stain that looked like vomit. Went down to the reception to complain but she didn’t want to change the room but we were persistent until she did.

Mine experience at this Ibis hotel was far from good. Negatives - The floor had burn marks all over, it was never cleaned, we couldn't put our feet on the ground without feeling something gluing against our feet's. - The furniture had marks of age, and should be renowned. Positives - Sympathy of employees during the check in and during all briefing's and questions asked during our stay.

« Staff Attitude rude and unresponsive to Room faults especially night staff throughtout my 3 night stay »

Awful. My room had many faults and staff were rude & unhelpful. Lights on the bed didnt work . I reported several times and nothing done. on my 2nd night the toilet broke & flushed continually all night. I mentioned to desk staff member and he just said what do you want me to do about it very rudely. it made so much noise I got no sleep but was offered no room change or compensation. Also my stay was 3 nights so i set up room with my items,. on return to room on day 2 The maid had been moving and touching all my stuff. I had to check to see if anything had been stolen. I feel that tho the hotel is budget i do not expect this from the IBIs chain in my experience normally hotel stays with ibis are reasonable. I have never encountered such rudeness and attitude from staff members. The girl on the front desk on my arrival was really helpful . However every subsequent staff member was slow, lazy, unwilling to work , unhelpful and some of the males on night staff were downright rude and filled with bad attitude, I am disgusted also that at no point on my 3 night stay was I offered any room change or compensation even though problems with the lights etc were reported as soon as I checked in.
