Very poor, the room smelled very strongly of smoke, the ceiling in the bathroom had collapsed, the radiator near the toilet was in a very poor condition. The noise from the TV in reception was reaching the rooms

The room was old and there was a smell of cigarette smoke. The bed clothes were not put on the small bed but it was left to us to do it. We were woken at 01h00 by screaming residents next door for one hour so were exhausted the next day. These people sounded like they had mental problems so perhaps this hotel takes in homeless people?!

The only positive things to say: it's dirt cheap and conveniently located Rooms are awful, zero sound insulation and there seemed to be homeless people in the room next door making noise and screaming until 02h00. Breakfast disgusting and not even plates are provided

Although we have stayed in lots of your hotels over the years we've never had a room like this one! We wanted a family room for 2 adults and 2 teens and what we got was a double bed and then 2 singles on the roof of the bathroom accessed via a ladder. It was just an overnight stop for us on our way to Italy but we still didn't really like it. As always the room was clean with good bedding and towels .

Easy location but flawed by problems with aircon/wifi

Easy to find off the motorway & next to big shopping centre. Clean with excellent parking. Easy access into Nancy by car. Friendly staff but the aircon didn't work properly and the wifi connection was so poor it was almost useless. Switched to iBiS Budget Central where both worked & walking distance to the centre.

Nice hotel let down by intermittent wifi & ineffective air conditioning.

The hotel is easy to find & conveniently located for visiting Nancy centre. Good parking & shopping facilities right next door including food options. Rooms fresh but the air conditioning doesn't adjust or doesn't work. The wifi is so inadequate the signal was too slow to complete a booking for next overnight stop at Accor's own hotels - this needs sorting urgently. Some of the time the signal for the F1 hotel next door was stronger. Afternoon/overnight staff helpful.

The hotel is good value for money; it is well located for those traveling through Nancy - also away from the motorway so relatively quiet. Unfortunately, the room smelt of cigarette despite the smoking ban. The smell is really not nice - is there any way you can try to reinforce the no-smoking policy?
