Pleasant stay, it was nice to have air conditioning and breakfast was good. Hotel was extremely hard to find as I was travelling at night. Took me 1.5 hours to locate it.

Excellent for a stop-over, good parking, breakfast good room comfortable if a little small.

Rooms were "old", the last brush of fresh paint must have been years ago. There was all kinds of stuff packed in the staircase to the floors. There was no hair dryer in the room. The room was rather small. There were not enough electricity sockets in the room (just on 1 side of the bed).

we came with a baby, and the room we got on the second floor with no elevator. when we left there was nonone to help us with the luggage... accept that it was very clean, quiet and good value for the price

The staff was friendly and nice despite the late check-in. I should also add that it was Marta from Ibis Lyon-Est who searched the database and reserved the room at St Genis Laval for us, as we had driven to the hotel and she informed us it is full, so great network of service in the entire group. The room is clean. Other than bath towel and a foot towel, would be good if there is a hand towel as well; but I understand it is all about the budget. Keep up the good work.

Nice hotel of our way too South of france for Just one night. Breakfast was more than enough, we even toke coffee with us for the rest of our trip. Next year we will be back if we go on our holiday. ..

It was all correct, clean, good air conditioning, good attention on reception (maybe english could be improved), but also showed needed renovation, needed an elevator for the luggage and needed to take car of the details (dirty shower curtains makes you think)

The reception staff were polite and friendly. The hotel felt secure and was clean and tidy. Bathroom was a bit too small. The toilette was too close to some selves and the sink.

My son who is my carer booked our accommodation on the 5th July, he requested a twin bedded room for a disabled person, our request was acknowledged and confirmed. We even emailed Saint Genis Laval direct to ensure there would be no problems. We left our home near Brighton at 2.30 a.m. in the morning arriving at the Ibis at 4.45 p.m. having completed a 14 hour journey we were greeted by the receptionist, who reluctantly stopped chatting to a colleague, she informed us that they had NO twin bedded rooms for disabled people on the ground floor, the only twin bedded room they could offer us was on the first floor. We were told there was NO lift, the only access being a staircase. My son visited the room, and on his return told me that there was just no way I’d be able to cope. On arriving at the friends we’d come to see they were so appalled at what the hotel was offering they insisted we stay with them. IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE I DIDN’T STAY THERE AND NEVER WILL CONSIDER DOING SO. Hopefully my host has obtained a refund of the money that was taken from me when the booking was made back in July.

The hotel was good to as a rest point during a long road trip. The only things was the air conditioning made a lot of noise and the pillows where a little bit flat and uncomfortable. for the rest everythings was good, the room was clean and the bathroom also.
