But last day i had a problem with the door of my room because didn't open with ny card key, and i had to go to reception 4 times this was at 8 am and almost i lose my eurostar train to back to London that departed at 10 am; i had to wait for one hour and twenty minutes to resolve my problem. I write this to let you know that this kind of problems you should resolve in less time and to have some one of maintenance available all the time to resolve this problem as soon is possible.

« Terrible experience »

The only thing I like this hotel is the beds are comfortable, a black guy at the front desk is so rude and cold , when I talk to him, he is even not looking at me and playing game at his smart phone! Answers from him mouth is always not more than 3 words, and didn’t care of customer at all. Will not stay here anymore.

« Facilities ok, but one whole day without internet conection »

Everything was fine until the last day (11th september) when we lost internet conection for the whole day. I lost contact with my family abroad and no solution was offered, neither the staff knew what was the problem. The Ibis Budget are always a great option, but internet conection is not optional. You must provide that service or compensate your customers.

« Good price, bad wifi »

great place to stay if youre going to a concert at Accor Hotels Arena. The only bad thing is internet connection. Also, it´s not a residencial area, but for me it wasnt a problem. It has a good shopping just by the hotel.

« Very clean room »

The Rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly; however, current things about my stay were less than favorable. The appearance of the hallways, elevator, and lobby were less than favorable. Although the following had nothing to do with the staff or conditions; the smell of pot and cigarette smoke from other guests was often times too much. At one point we had returned to our room and it smelled as though someone had actually been in it smoking. I’m sure it was due to the ventilation but we had to open the window to let the room air out. The latch on the window was broken so you could freely hang out the window,so if I had small children staying with me I certainly would pay attention to that. Lastly, at one point house cleaning entered our room although we had the do not disturb hanger on the door. Nothing was disturbed in our room, but they did enter.

Good quality for price. The hotel is basic but clean and functional.I would prefer a bit harder pillows and better shutters at the window.There are not many hangers for cloths.I cannot judge the breakfast because I had no time to have it

I completely enjoyed my stay here... my suggestion is to provide atleast one shuttle service between 5:30 am to 6:30 am to Les halles for people who checkout early morning to catch morning flights... I suggest this becoz there was no bus service between 5 am to 6:30 am in this route

« I got what i paid for. »

This is not my first time with ibis hotels, so knew what to expect. Indeed the room was on the smaller side, and location probably could be better, while rooms were noisy due to the neighbouring traffic, but i knew that before the booking, so no disappointments. The hotel staff were nice enough to allow us to store bicycles inside and checked us in at two am. So i'm happy with the experience. I think the price at booking.com (45/night) is more or less ok, any anything more will be overprices. What could be improved? Better pillows, if possible. Luckily i was returning from a 2 weeks trip, so i had mine with me, but the pillow in the hotel were too bad (uncomfortable).

« Our stay was very pleasant, the room was just what we needed »

We had a great stay at the hotel. One thing we thought would have made the stay better was a wardrobe possibly to store out clothes and bags. Also English subtitles on the television possibly. Otherwise we had a pleasant trip.
