We travelled for 6 hours and reached hotel by 10:30 Am. They said no early booking as our slot is at 12 noon sharp. So we went out and came by 11:45 and asked the reception about our booking. They said it is only booked not confirmed yet and it is not available as of now and will take time. Like that he told and he made us waiting more. I don't why it is not available because we paid for it and checkedin online and still if they say booking is guaranteed then it is a waste of time and money. After 1 hr more waiting they gave us the room. It is embarrassing.

Horrible, never going to stay back or recommended anybody

I stay from June 1st to June 5th (4 night) and it was horrible experience. 1) No room cleaning at all in all 4 nights. 2) No towel change. 3) No information about hotel, breakfast timing. Receptionist excuse is that people are new so they dont know all information. 4) I skipped my breakfast and staff refused to pay back the amount, excuse is i didn't informed and blame that it is my fault if i didn't cross verified with hotel staff. 5) no instruction in room, when asked they mentioned it is budget hotel what else you expect, seems like we are cheap people and dying to stay there. Honestly, i will never ever refer or prefer to stay back in this or any branch of this hotel and make sure that i will publicize my story in social network so people will never get cheated back with such hotel and rude staff people.

Pillows are flat and really firm and feel old. Ibis budget Lucerne has nicer and fluffier pillows that felt really luxurious.

Very rude and slow service at check in

The person checking us in was very slow, he repeatedly asked if we wanted breakfast and that it was not included, even after I answered "no, thank you" a few times. I wanted to use the parking, that I had to prepay. I only had a 50€ bill and he couldn't give me change to that, what he stated very rudely, he then insisted that I use my credit card to pay. When I voiced that I was not happy with them not having change, he rudely replied that it wasn't his fault that something on the road over didn't go my way. Honestly everything went fine until I stepped into this hotel. Forunately an other member of my party had change, so we could pay in cash and be on our way. I never had a more unpleasant check- in. Everytime I wanted to access my car I had to ring the bell next to the door, so that they could buzz me in. I had to wait about 5 minutes and ring repeatedly before they answered the call. The room was what I expected, but the noise level was not. I could hear everything that was going on in the roosm next to my mine and in the hallway. I was glad to leave in the morning after a night of not much sleep. The hotel was promoted as a good option for attending an event in the AccorHotel Arena. That is why I chose to stay there. It was a very long and uncomfortable walk. There were no signs, no maps no nothing putting me in the right direction, so I ended up getting a taxi to and from the venue.

Clean budget hotel for a short stay

The overall stay was good, it's clean and simple as expected. Honestly the room wasn't that small, it's a good fit for couples or friends travelling together. The breakfast was nice, good selection of bread, ham, cheese, different boiled eggs and some other stuffs such as juice , fruits .etc. It was a bit bumpy during check-in and as well as for the breakfast, it was firstly can not find my paid booking record, then forgot to give me breakfast voucher, but in the end it was solved. Only if they can provide free luggage for early guests! Instead there are only coin lockers, be noted there is only a few lockers on site.

All went smoothly except restaurant staff didn't want to accept that I had prepaid for my breakfast when booking the room. They did eventually! Both coffee machines in the budget breakfast room were out of order so guests had to go to the main restaurant to get their hot drinks.

I thought it was the Etap hotel that had been transformed into an Ibis Budget. It was very far from the other Ibis Budget that I knew in the past. This is obviously a F1 transformed into a Ibis Budget. The person at the reception gave us the wrong tickets for the breakfast and the people at the breakfast room did not want to let us have the breakfast because it was “over”.

The hotel is just what I need when I travel: a clean place to sleep and to take a shower. No extra expensive nonsense. It is located ok and the services are ok. I didn't rate it 10 because of the wifi - it is kind of slow.

Good Experience for the Price you Pay

I have stayed in IBIS budget hotels before so I knew to expect a basic experience, but that's all we were looking for - a clean room at a reasonable price, and that's what we got. For the price we paid, especially in Paris we had a comfortable room, a good bathroom and breakfast included which we thought was excellent with plenty of choice. The only issues we had were that we couldn't control the temperature in the room which was absolutely boiling so we had to sleep with the window open which was very noisy as there was an 8 lane highway right outside the window, so we didn't sleep too well. Also the reception staff were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. We had read this in the reviews and sadly this was true. The breakfast staff however could not have been more pleasant.

Noise and invoice problem

Noise until near 3.00 am during the night And the host made a over invoice on the parking by mistake and nobody has been able to correct the error... even at Accor customer service!! Bad bad

Extremely Noisy, smelly of tobacco

My room was extremely noisy. They said it was because of the fan of the resutaurant. I could not stand with the noise. Also, on the same floor, there were smoking rooms from which tobacco smoke were spreading around which was unbearable.

Room und Personal was excellent. But the breakfast which was included by my booking was not the best. It was ibis budget, but who needs so many plastic?? Not ecofriendly! Juice in the morning in a plasticcup.. It is sad, because it is needless. But all in one super for this price.

Our stay was good, the rooms were clean and the beds comfy. There were 16 of us in total and check in was easy. Our only negative experience was trying to contact the hotel before our stay and to ask questions. We tried phoning a number of times (there was an option for English) but no one appeared to pick the phone up.
