« Our stay was very pleasant, the room was just what we needed »

We had a great stay at the hotel. One thing we thought would have made the stay better was a wardrobe possibly to store out clothes and bags. Also English subtitles on the television possibly. Otherwise we had a pleasant trip.

« Great place to rest my head »

Great location, as away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. Situated next to a shopping centre allowing everyday French experience, and the ability to pick up everyday items. Also situated near bus stops allowing easy access to the rest of Paris. Basic facilities, but comfortable. Would benefit from a couple more pillows, and the ability to have English subtitles on the tv.

Do not work wi-fi I do not understand. Is it difficult to put good equipment to work wifi Did not work car with drinks. The only plus is that the rooms were clean every day. Cozy room. But wifi for work is very important Disappointed

not so good experience as we booked budget hotel which even didn't have phone in room which is basic to call for services.Even blue coloured front desk representative so not kind and was didn't show concern attitude to us.We asked few laymen questions as we were first time Paris visitors but he didn't care to respond to it

« It's not a hotel, it's a hostel »

Terrible! Rooms are very noisy. from the reception desk is simply dismissive. The attitude of service providers is simply dismissive. I waited from ten o'clock in the evening until twelve-thirty at night to get a blanket. After I came to ask three times, when I finally got a blanket, it smelled of bleach and I did not use it in the end, even though it was cold. And the rooms are far from the image that appears in photos.

It was overall an OK experience. Just few observations. I had broken foot and it was very difficult for me to move to my room and shift luggage. Due consideration should be given to guests with special needs wrt allotment of room near the lift, may be some facilities for shifting of luggage. Rest overall it was ok experience .

The new rooms are cozy. Very clean. Very good. In some days the plastic glasses were missed. Very noisy, Friday night from a group of young people, between 23.00h and 1.00h am.

Affordable prices, clean rooms. Some staff don’t really know how to speak English despite of their budge saying otherwise. Therefore the communication on the reception may present difficulties.

Reception was sad. Lift was not working most of the time with access card. Breakfast was great disappointment. Room was normal & not even having water kettle or any kind of tea/coffee bag.

The place is clean, good location, have a shopping at the side with a huge Carrefour, but the Receptionist was aggressive with another customers when I arrived. Screaming to everyone listen, embarrassing the customer. The breakfast was missing plates. and the Air Conditioning was weak, wasn't able to keep the cold air in the room.

« Okay Stay. A bit far from the Metro, but close to the bus. Small room. »

Value is okay, but the room is a bit small. Also, better and more towels would be nice (only gave 1 big one each). A desk and chairs is needed.
