Fantastic hotel , clean , good parking , nice employes, very welcoming, its the best Iblis i efer see, believe me its new, SAFE!!! Different than all Ibis/ibis styles in the whole Paris I was planned to cancel it and go to next “ Mercure hotel” but i didnt!!

The customer services hae been weak. No adaptator nor iron provided in the room . To charge mobile phone, customers are required to use the provided sockets the ones close to the reception.

very bad experience, I reserve a family room with my two children but very small room, I was 28 but inside it seems 40, it was warm inside, without ac or ventilation, I spend very bad weather with heat from inside, in the photo very large room but real very very small, wc this bad, toilet lid was broken could not sit Ariba, people who work without sympa More mais I do not advice Nobody to go there

I visit your hotel because usually Ibis Hotels are good ones. But, that time my wife and I were extremely chocked because next to our hotel 's room (105) a man and a woman were having sex and we can heard everything. Unfortunately, we reached the hotel after midnight and we do not have other choice than stay in a room that was also smelling cigarette.

we stayed in room 115 on the firstfloor , the room had no clima while temperature was around 29-35 degré. they didn't offer us any portable ventilator? the toilette in the room was full of durst and no soap was provieded, the room had a humidy odor and just overall nasty. i suggest that this room in the future not anymore to use for client. hygiene norms were not repected.

It’s was 32degress when we were staying over and the room was like a sauna! Had one window to open and when opened we had flies coming in. A lot of flies. Went to ask for a fan at reception aparrently no such facilities are available. Even before check in I called the hotel to let them know that I will late arriving at the hotel and no one could speak English at all. Very very disappointed.

The overall impression is bad. The hotel is a good value for money for sure but the stay was awful with bat like people talking loudly well over 2am in the corridor like it was daylight !!! I rarely see such an unrespectful behaviour, but this stay was a perfect example.

Booked the accommodation as a twin, was told only family room available but has bunk bed. I accepted that. Upon entering the room, even though it was a non smoking hotel, the room wreaked of cigarette smoke, I later found several burnt marks on the laminate floor nearest the window. I found that my bunk bed was not made up, I went to reception and was given a single sheet,a blanket and a pillow. So now I have to make my own bed! The next day when we return the double bed was made up but again I had to make my own bed again. During the whole stay my bed was never attended to.
