« Attitude of receptionist at about 11.30 pm on 5th.3.18 towards my nephew who was trying to visit me was rude. He would not take any message as at the same time I was in his hotel at Novetel. »

As well as bad experience above, I know that I have chosen a cheap hotel as I chose last minute booking but I expected a decent bed cover but that was full of plastic cigarette burns. I tried to use the toilet and shower only once. There was a bang on the toilet door hurrying me then he would not let me have a shower due to cleaning but sending me to other end of corridor that showers were not working. I turned back to showers near to my room to use shower that only one was working with only cold water and so on......

« Dirty areas and smelly room »

Our room and bedding were very dirty and dust everywhere. Our bedding smelled of smoke. The bathrooms were dirty even after they cleaned it. Cleaners were always visible but still not very clean. In the dining room there where always crumbs on the tables. We were supposed to stay with you for 2 nights but ended up leaving after the first night because the rooms were too dirty and the hallways smelled strongly of smoke. Overall very disappointed and will not ever stay there again or recommend anyone stay there.

...i won't recommend this hotel to everyone...the customer service is bad...there's no hot water at shower room and slow internet that go on and off all the time

« Very dirty hotel with no hot water! »

It is my first experience with formule one hotel. My hotel room was so dirty that i had difiiculties to sleep. Dust was everywhere on the floor. I wished to have a shower but i couldnt because first there was no hot water and secondly The shower room was extremely dirty and smelling. Don t bring your family here..internet was not working. The staff didnt even care about my complaints. Please just choose other hotels by paying little bit more. I will never ever again use those formula one hotels!

We have stayed at Formula1 hotels many times and we had the experience we expected. The only diminishing factor is the quality of the breakfast which in no longer the value for money it used to be!

« Not good,very bad staf!!!from the receptionist to the security guy and the cleaner »

It was very horrible!! Am customer over 9 years all over Europe but I promised I will never book at f1,the staff was very rood to me and ather customers, the security guy at the entrance!!!! The cleaner in morning screaming I cold not even sleep, anyway it was horrible

I was on business, arrived before 3 pm after a long seminar in the morning from 10 am to 1.30 pm, went out again for a long seminar from 4.30 to 8.30 pm, came back around 10 pm, went to sleep more or less fast, got up at 6.45 and left at 7.30 for a seminar and then my train.

Room was ok. Nothing luxury, but it was satisfactory. The bathrooms and showers could be cleaner, but also I do not complain. But what I do complain is a very slow wifi. This should improve.

« Bedbugs - Punaises de lit! »

I had about 50 bites on my arms and torso because of bed bugs. Woke at 3am scratching madly and even saw a bedbug crawling on the pillow next to me! Horrible. Took a video and waiting to hear back from F1 hotel customer service. J'ai eu une 50aine de piqûres sur mes bras + torse à cause des punaises de lit. Me suis reveillé à 3h du matin en me grattant comme un dingue et je vois même une punaise en train de se promener sur l'oreiller à côté de moi! J'ai pris un vidéo et j'attends le retour du service client de l'hôtel.

Reception staff didn`t aim to help you, but just to give an answer. They would not try to discuss what the guest want what he/she prefers.I arrived with a small child and they even didnt know what is broken inside the room (screen of the TV was!), or what doesn`t work. I asked then to change the room and they allowed, but again not asking or offering two separate bads, or bad on 2 levels...
