Worst hotel I have ever stayed!

It was a horrible experience. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in all my life. I want my money back. The door of my room didn't work; I couldn't open it. The bathroom was a comunity bathroom; it was dirty, with urine in the toilet and on the floor. It was not the toilet of a normal hotel; it was that kind of toilet that didn't have a place to sit. The shower room was also collective, and it was dirty. The bed sheets had holes. The room temperature was too high. My daughter didn't want to sleep there, but we had only 5 hours to sleep. I didn't have time to find another hotel. It was a nightmare; it was horrible. I can't believe that this hotel has the approval to accommodate guests and I can't believe that it is an Accor hotel.

Dirty rooms, charged twice for breakfast

I've stayed in 20+ F1hotels and this is by far my worst experience. Dirtiest rooms, floors like ashtrays and out of order showers. I have low expectations from F1, it's just a bed, but this failed to reach any expectation. Paid online for 2 rooms (4 people) and breakfast for all. When my wife checked in (I was grabbing bags) they asked for her CC for breakfast, she wasn't aware I had paid for it. The hotel did know because when they then printed out our confirmation, it said 8 breakfasts (4 original and 4 newly charged ones) When we pointed this out the girl said she didn't know how to refund us. The next time we saw her she gave us a scrubby hand written bit of paper saying we need to email out bank statements and card details to the hotel to get a refund. I think not, we don't do that with our card details, so we have now lost the money.

Solution de dépannage a 3h30 du matin, ce qui nous a guider vers cette hôtel sont prix et sa disponibilité, je suis rentrée seule a la réception pour payer et avoir l'accès à la chambre, le temps de retourner à la voiture récupérer mes affaires et ma famille (plus personnes a la réception), au bout d'une demie heure (quand on commencer à s'endormir) une personne a essayer d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre , heureusement par sécurité j'avais fermer le loquet derrière la porte ce qui les a empêcher d'y arriver, ma fille sur le lit superposé a vue 2 hommes , bizarre pour une chambre qui s'ouvre a code unique! Notre avis, c'est que le réceptionniste et un homme dehors m'ont vu rentrée seule dans l'hôtel (pour payer), mais ils n'ont pas vu mon homme et ma fille, je pense que grâce au loquet de la porte et a mon homme j'ai échapper à un vol voir pire...... Nous avons bloquer la porte avec une chaise et le sommier pour le reste de la nuit. Mais j'ai eu très peur. Nous avons pris la décision de ne pas prendre de douche car sale, chambre pas propre et forte odeur, et vu l'événement de la nuit des notre réveil on es vite partie

Bed too hard. Couldn't sleep. Room grubby.

The bed was too hard. I didn't sleep at all well and therefore had a bad day the next day. As I had to drive 600 Kms, that was a problem. Also the room was grubby. Not exactly dirty, but not really clean. Not a good experience. Cheap but not cheerful.
