The hotel was below living standards. It was mouldy and gross because of this I only spent a night there then checked out. The batgroom was unspeakable I did not use the bathroom all night and morning. The place should not be called a hotel.

Booked an Ibis budget hotel in Luxemburg for just an overnight stay to rest. It was clean but this hotel was VERY dirty. Needs more cleaning.

I booked a room for 30e through the website 3 hours before the check in. When I arrived at the front desk, the night guardian was alone and I was supposed to make the check in by myself on the machine front of the door. But the machine did not recognize my reservation number. So, the night guardian held that I have to pay 50e in cash only if I want to stay.

Even though I expected a budget hotel, this was worse than I expected. They did not put soap in the bathroom, the towels were dirty, the code to enter the room had to be done several times for the door to open. The only positive thing was that it was close to Le Bourget

I paid a month in advance, and when we arrived the hotel was full and we could not dwell in it! Responsible were sent us to another hotel where we pay again! I do not know whether we will return the money! Terrible experiance!!!

Kind and helpful receptionist. Lack of air-conditioning made sleeping somewhat difficult (28 degrees for three days). Breakfast was good with real fruit juice without added sugar, pail yogurt and cream-cheese and cheese - most welcome after the typical French all sweet breakfasts. We never received the baby cot we asked for in the reservations (two nights reserved through booking one through accordhotels) but we managed without. The plant a tree for 5 reused towel idea is great, but did not matter where we hang up our towels, the cleaning personnel replaced them unfortunately. The surroundings were not exactly welcoming or safe looking, but once on the hotel grounds, it was fine. Great restaurant nearby - planete d'afrique.

I have been staying with you for about 5 months now. The experience has improved because someone of your staff told me to drop on the floor all the sheets and pillowcases every 2-3 days. I do this from 3 days to a week, because if I don't they are NOT changed! This is an important problem you have and it is not fair for the people which stay at your hotel.

I have been using this hotel for about 5 months now and clerks are nice, however, the room cleansing and SPECIALLY, the changing of the bed sheets is really deplorable. During this trip, I asked to change them after 10 days and then, they were not changed anymore (until today the bed sheets had 15 days without being changed. This is unnaceptable. Two times the room was serviced but towels were not changed even though they were used. You need to work on this.

The hotel is very convenient for me due to being close to the office, however, there are many problems in it. Extremely heavy noises and problems with latches in the doors that sometimes leave you blocked outside the room (happened twice to me). When this occurred, the cleaning lady did not even care about opening the room with the key so the room was not clean for 2 days. I have stayed here for over a month, close to two in total.
