The hotel is under renovation. That means noise during weekdays, and a very small (1 table only...)area for breakfast. I do understand that renovation is from time to time necessary, but it would have been fair to advise it at the time of booking. Also the number of shower/toilets is not enough, they were too often busy and the hotel was not full. Also when I checked in and I get in to the room bed sheets were on a chair, I understand it is a budget hotel, but I expected a little bit more.

When we arrived to Hotel on June 8, 2018 we discovered that the Hotel F1 was under renovation. In the majority of the rooms on each floor there were repair works: painting, wiring, installation of shower and toilet cabins. It was very noisy; everywhere there was dust and smell of fresh paint and plastering. It was impossible to have a rest at a day time because of constant noise due to renovation. Unfortunately, when we were booking this hotel on May 12, 2018 there was no any information regarding ongoing renovation on website. If we knew about renovation we would not make a reservation in this Hotel F1. When we arrived to the hotel we were given a room with broken electronic combination lock. The Hotel proved us with another room, where the electronic combination lock broke shortly. During next 3 days we had to ask front desk clerk to open us a room each time we needed to enter it. Also, at night we had to wake up each other to go to the toilet. The room was not cleaned every day. Moreover, of the two showers on our floor, we could only use one as there was no light in the other. In addition, the shower was very dirty as it was not cleaned for couple of days. On the 5th day our patience has come to an end. We complained to front desk clerk and finally got another room with working lock and clean shower. For the remaining 3 days of our vacation we still could not get a rest during day time due to renovation (noise, smell, dust, etc…)

Absolutely no warning that the entire hotel was under construction until we got to check in, even had a phonecall from the hotel in the morning but no warning again that any construction was taking place. Every floor was under construction at the same time, the floors were disgusting and construction started stupidly early in the morning.

« NEVER AGAIN! COULNDT EVEN STAY 1 NIGHT! »

NEVER AGAIN!!!! The description on the accorhotels webiste says this: "A double bed (150x200) with a bunk bed, a "quick wash" corner with handbasin and mirror, flat-screen TV, connection for console, MP3... 2 steps from the room, spacious WC and Shower room." The way of putting three dots and then continuing the sentence with 2 steps from the room, ... is fraud! We did NOT know that there was no private bathroom when we arrived. The bathroom that everyone could use was in a horrible condition: leaking, smelling everywhere. We came from a 1600km trip by car, we were extremly tired but imagine the condition we couldnt even stay a night. We booked through accorhotels.com and we are still trying to get our money back. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!!!

It was clean, nice, just to rest a few days from the road. The personal don't speak English, and there isn't a bathroom in your room. Villeneuve-Loubet EXCELLENT.

Checked in on line, did not receive room or code details from hotel, paid in advance, yet asked to authorize 20 more on credit card, have. Still not received a e mail invoice, my w. and daughter stayed in room, very noisy in mornings, toilets and showers dirty, I had to go up to hotel to get room code as they were not arriving until later, as nothing received, had to ring for reception said his gfault, nothing texted re room no apology, offerd, I still have not received invoice and can't chech my banque account until next week, very unsatisfactory.

Toilets over flowing Faeces on floor with toilet paper also.Carpet in hallway wet and stiained of long standing.No bins for sanitary wear .these were thrown on floor Situation remained like this for our whole stay ! It was ok. I had to ask for towels as there were one in the room. The showers and toilets were a bit run down. No toilet paper in one, water on the floor if another. The general state was one if neglect and disrepair

We arrived shortly after 22.00 hrs at reception, the reception guy was booking a man in who was before us in the queue. The receptionist was very unsure about how to book people in, this took quite a while for him to do. He was being prompted what to do by a guy standing in the reception area. We were then booked in and asked if we would like breakfast, we said yes, I was given a receipt and we went up to our room. We knew what to expect with a F1 hotel as we used them 10 years every time we visited France. The toilets and showers were an absolute disgrace, filthy dirty, toilet pans were stained and in desperate need of a good clean with some bleach. This was not a one off as we tried several and all were the same. There was also a notice in the reception saying that the water supply would be turned off at 8.30 in the morning. Good job we could not bring ourselves to use the showers and toilets as the water actually went off at 8.20 just as I was cleaning my teeth. God knows what happened to those who were getting a quick shower before 8.30. We then went down for breakfast and told the young girl on reception our room no, she told us we had not paid for breakfast. I went back upstairs to get the receipt and sure enough I had not paid for breakfast. How embarrassed I was..maybe some training required by the guy on reception. Never again would I stay in an F1 hotel again, standards have gone right down hill.

Very disappointed, after a long drive was looking forward to a good sleep but could not as the Carpark was not secure gate wide open with other people sleeping in the car park. Facilities were disgusting and breakfast area chaotic with no room a massive queue and poor facilities I walked out and wanted no part of this hotel.

Room dirty bathrooms also a dirty breakfast cheap but just a shock or a juice machine did not work either toaster or other things and the staff at all was not interested in even out of that laugh we had bought out 4 nights unfortunately after 3 delayed hotel i would mention that 5 years ago we were in this The hotel and we very well remembered this year's shocking shame we would not recommend it
