When I arrived the hotel was closed and it was impossible to find someone to assist. Not only me, also other people who had reservations could not enter the hotel. I had to sleep in my car, I reserved and I paid for nothing. A disgrace ! I want my money back and a free night at Accor !

We arrived late and were very tired. We just wanted to have a quiet room, a good comfortable bed and get some sleep. The receptionist was friendly. We asked for a quiet room and it seemed he was looking to choose a quiet room for us. We stayed on the second floor. The hotel was quiet, but the room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. It was quite warm in the room, even though outside it was pleasant. The worst was the bed. Every single time, one of us was moving, the other one woke up. The bed was squeaking and the mattress was quite hard. We did not get the rest we had hoped to get.

« Corridors smelt of smoke and shower pressure was poor »

The room was functional and was all I expected of an F1 having stayed in lots before. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was weak (morning and evening, in multiple bathrooms) and the upstairs corridor smelt strongly of tobacco smoke. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I just needed to spend the night and continue my trip, so overall I had no special needs and the stay was okay. Having said that, despite the fact that the room was clean, there were lots of ants in it coming from the sink. Plus, all the bathrooms and showers were dirty (not good).

We stayed here at F1 Frejus/Roquebrun during our drive to Camargue. Simple hotel but clean and perfect for this short stay. I would reccomend it for easy traveller looking for budget hotel
