Good stay. Receptionist on arrival very helpful and friendly. No problems until the last night when I got back gone midnight to find light in room not working. Rang reception bell and within 10 mins someone turned up and offered me another room. I turned the offer down as was leaving in morning and could cope. Was then told breakfast was free. Exceptionally good service for a hotel of this price.

When I arrived the hotel was closed and it was impossible to find someone to assist. Not only me, also other people who had reservations could not enter the hotel. I had to sleep in my car, I reserved and I paid for nothing. A disgrace ! I want my money back and a free night at Accor !

We arrived late and were very tired. We just wanted to have a quiet room, a good comfortable bed and get some sleep. The receptionist was friendly. We asked for a quiet room and it seemed he was looking to choose a quiet room for us. We stayed on the second floor. The hotel was quiet, but the room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. It was quite warm in the room, even though outside it was pleasant. The worst was the bed. Every single time, one of us was moving, the other one woke up. The bed was squeaking and the mattress was quite hard. We did not get the rest we had hoped to get.

Corridors smelt of smoke and shower pressure was poor

The room was functional and was all I expected of an F1 having stayed in lots before. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was weak (morning and evening, in multiple bathrooms) and the upstairs corridor smelt strongly of tobacco smoke. Staff were helpful and friendly.
