« Dirty awful hotel »

1. Quilt on bed was damp 2. Dirty pillows 3. Bunk bed not made 4. Cobwebs and unclean 5. Pubes on the shower floor 6. None of the bed linen matched 7. Staff seemed uninterested and grumpy Overall a terrible place to stay, even at the low price. Will never return.

« Very poor hygiene, not professional customer care »

Though at a first glance the hotel looks clean and welcoming, the day shift staff does not care. Worst, the room where I stayed had bed bugs. They had to give me another one in the middle of the night. Traumatised, I did stay 2 days with a itchy skin not knowing if that still the bites of the first night or if the other room had some bud bugs too. Honestly, My stay have been a nightmare !

I stayed one night in Paris due to a change in my flight itinerary. I found this hotel online last minute without thinking too much about it. I hardly speak any French, upon arrival the lady at the reception was really helpful even though there was an obvious language barrier

I have used this chain of hotels on many occasions for work purpose all over France but this one is definitely the most filthy hotel I have come across. Rooms aswell as toilets and showers! The outside area was made very filthy by various residents throwing their rubbish out of their windown.

Impossible to find, went to the one that the GPS showed when entered the adress, and once arrived they ended up telling us in laughter that there is an issue with Google Maps, and even though this is the one that shows up when we enter the adress, it's not actually that one. Had to walk around for an hour before FINALLY finding the "right" one. Thanks for nothing.

We found that although the hotel was non smoking the stench of smoke in the corridor and our rooms was unbelievable. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.probably due to the illicit smoking. We knew the hotel was budget but we found we felt unsafe and uncomfortable!,
