« Does the job but not ideal »

Too pricey for 1-star hotel, suppose they charge for the location (proximity to Euro Tunnel, ferries). We hadn’t realised it was a 1-star, otherwise wouldn’t have booked it. Room was clean but beds super uncomfortable, and bathroom/toilets are grim and made us feel dirtier rather than cleaner. Check in process should have been explained prior to arrival - luckily we read other people’s reviews so knew what to do. All in all - only stay there if you can’t afford anything else. We sure won’t be coming back.

Stayed over for 1 night, 2 rooms, very basic, quite noisy outside with people hanging around the entrance. Toilet and shower need to be cleaned more often.

On our arrival the room was open- unlocked so anybody could enter. The towels were missing and also the batteries for the tv remote were gone. The room was not clean - blood spattered on the chair is not acceptable, and the pillows smelled of cigarettes. We’ve never experienced this hotel in such a bad state. Very disappointed on this occasion.

« Terrible »

Room extremely hot, stench of cigarettes. Common areas of poor standard. Lots of noise from outside window broken. Couldn't sleep at all so decided to leave before 4am. Gt was a complete waste of money.

Good reception, clean room, clean toilets not far away. Only disappointment, no towel by the washbasin. Good clean bed, enough bedding. A quiet hotel, acomfortable night, a typical French breakfast.

the best thing about my stay was the breakfast, the room absolutely stank of cigarettes and I had to search the whole corridor to find a toilet which had actually been flushed.
