Good reception, clean room, clean toilets not far away. Only disappointment, no towel by the washbasin. Good clean bed, enough bedding. A quiet hotel, acomfortable night, a typical French breakfast.

Budget hotel of course....but no towels? Never again. Staff were pleasant and helpful....but that cannot make up for a policy of no towels.

« Main gate was broken, room was far to hot »

When I arrived i could not get in the main gate, instructions said I had to check in, get a room code, then I could park. The room wall heater had been set on "max" so the room was extremely hot and took a long time with the window open to cool down - the road outside was noisy so it was not a good situation.

Hotel had what we needed but wanted very noisy at night. Also the online check in did not work so we had to phone the hotel to gain the car park entry code.

Most disappointed to learn at arrival that no towels were now being supplied. This is something which, as a change from the status quo of years, should have been flagged up during the booking process online! Ability to purchase towels is not the answer - then one has to carry a wet towel around. Definitely not user friendly. Attention to detail as regards the plumbing has never been addressed.

« Slightly sub-par Hotel F1 experience »

Few issues with this particular Hotel F1 stay: - Issues with the gate on arrival meant we were locked outside the car park until we were able to check in on the self-service screen - Other guests were very noisy, having loud conversations in the doorway of an adjoining room - We found a couple of hairs in the bed, which weren’t from either of us Other than that, the stay was fine. WC/showers all clean and working.
