« Good for the price but needs receptionist »

Had to use the computer check in as arrived late, not all rooms were triple rooms as I had booked. Rooms were clean and comfy. When exiting our room in the morning we realised we had left something in the room but the room wouldn’t open, tried so outer booking system again and was given same door code which wouldn’t work so ended up having to leave it and hope that we would be able to get back in when we returned late after a day a Disney where there would still be no receptionist to help. Luckily a new code was given through the computer check in and we could get back in. Another couple had the same problem and were locked out of their room at 6am after going outside for a cigarette!

I paied for Cabrio room and I got a Break room (for the same price!) After telling the mistake to personal, nothing changed. And I can only hope if I get my money back. ( probably it would be nice if personal say ok. Our mistake we dont have any avaliable room, so will give you money back or like give us brealfast for free. Notning happened.

« Mainly good »

Really pleased with ease of check in, comfort of beds, USB chargers, side lights, cleanliness of shower and WC. We had 2 rooms and were starting to amalgamate our things into one room for ease of packing around 10am when someone charged in and started stripping the beds, even though we weren't ready to check out, so we had to spend the rest of our time with 6 of us squashed into one small room.

It was terrible! I left the second day because it smell like urine when I arrived. I didn't got my information like promised after checking-in online. I never got an answer on my mail! You say it's renovated? NEVER will I tell people to stay at this brand!

I had telephoned weeks prior to our stay to say we had a boy in a wheelchair so we required 2 ground floor rooms, on arrival at midnight we were given second floor rooms !! How is that wheelchair friendly- no lifts !! Terrible hotel and awful breakfast not even croissants served for breakfast

« Good but the doors jam easily. »

We had a good experience and the bunk beds were very comfortable, apart from the cushions, they were too soft, we needed at least 2 each and had to use out clothes to stuff the pillow case. Also the doors jam easily, we stayed stuck outside our door punching in the code, but the door not unlocking, for at least 3 minutes. The door was very hard to open.

« Renovations dissappointing »

Nice to see renovations being carried out, but a number of issues with the new layout. Hard floors increase noise at night from late arrivals/using toilets. Twin rooms are more cramped - nowhere to put bags/cases or spectacles/watches. Lights are only on or off. Showers are too small. No dry place for towel/clothes. Shower head is not adjustable and seems to be set to direct water straight into the extractor fan.

Beds were comfortable, pillows could be much better. It was too warm and there was no air-co. So we slept with the window open, allowing to visit us some mosquitoes. Showers and WC are not bad, but some WC were really wet on the walls and on the floor, we have no idea how come. The water of the shower changed of temperature quite sudden. Rooms were cleaned, the tv's were working perfect and the personnel was quite friendly. I didn't expect much luxury due to the price, but small things could be better to my opinion.

Not happy we were given a three bunk room after booking a double bed with a bunk. Toilets lacking paper and working lights. Guests smoking in them. Everywhere was very clean and the day time reception staff were very nice. Breakfast was a good deal.

Being that it is a budget hotel I wasn’t expecting much but this really was poor!! The hotel was filthy, the showers and toilets were falling apart and covered in mould. The whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke even tho there were no smoking signs everywhere. I am covered in bites from our hotel room. But worst of all, my wife got up to use the toilet in the middle of the night to find a homeless person asleep on the stairs inside the building. I have stayed in a couple of f1 hotels in the past and never had a problem, I knew what to expect but this really was bad. The only good thing being that it was close to Disneyland and we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Next time I will most definitely spend more money and never stay in an f1 hotel again.

« The stay was acceptable but flawed in several areas »

SMS room keycode service did not seem to work properly to our phone numbers which was very inconvenient. When we arrived at the hotel late without the security gate code and room code due to not receiving the SMS service we were stuck outside in the rain and unable to enter the carpark. As it was late there were no staff members at the hotel, only a frustrated lady on an intercom to obtain the room codes. When checking in the SMS service failed but the room deposit system seemed to work fine.....adding confusing amounts to our credit card account without any issues whatsoever. I trust that these will be returned in due course?
