I booked from my cellphone. When i arrived the smell was horrible, the floor was dirty. It has no elevator, they gave me a room on the second floor, room 311. They don't use key, they give you a code. I couldn't find the room. Signals are confusing. There is an indication that says rooma 300-340 to one side, but there are rooms 300-310 and 320-340... Where are rooms 311-319??? In the other side. Everything dirty and smelly and When i find the room the code didn't work. I had to go down the stairs with all my bags and they changed me the code. When i entered the room, it hadn't been cleaned. Once again i get down and showed the video to the Man in charge. He gave me another room (315). Code didn't work again, this time a red light in the code machine blocked it. So another time i got down, and the Man came with me and openned the Door with a key. Never again I'll get a room there.

Hotel under refurbishment- unbeknown at time of booking! None of the electronic room locks worked , and after trying 3 rooms for working air con, had to settle for one which stank of cigars!!! Vending machines didn’t work either, so no coffee etc. Couldn’t access our room after reception closed as receptionist had the only manual key to open, so couldn’t go out for a meal either!!!! All in all, absolutely terrible. Written to Accor hotels, but so far no reply. Customer service? Zero.

I found a good bed. Confortable matress. Shower and WC in the bedroom is a must. The sink is much too small. I’d rather prefer to pay 3,00 € extra for the night and having a towel included.

I have stayed in many F1 Hotels in France, but this has to be the worst experience ever. To begin with check in was chaotic, we were given 5 different rooms as the entry code kept failing, we had booked for 2 nights. The young man at reception tried his best to help us. The room itself 128 was as expected basic and comfortable, though it was very old and tired and could do with updating. I am assuming the hotel was under refurbishment as most of it was blocked off. On my side of the hotel, there was only 2 showers and 2 toilets and only 1 of each of these worked. The toilet that was available was filthy, there was discarded toilet paper, water bottles and used tampons on the floor and excrement smeared down the back of the door and I was disappointed to see it was still the same on the day we left. I appreciate these facilities are "self clean" but this can not account for the rubbish on the floor, I assume the cleaners do not clean these facilities. The one working shower was also disgusting. Paint peeling from around the floors, the drain kept filling up and I had wait for it to seep away before continuing my shower. The protective panels on the walls were falling off and some missing completely. There was mildew around the door and the smell was atrocious. When we went out for the day on the 18th, I was actually considering finding another hotel for the remaining night. I would like a response to this email as soon as possible as I think an organisation as large as yours and which is usually a satisfactory experience should sit up and take note of these comments.

Only one toilet ( + disabled toilet no light Woking ) on ground floor. Only 2 showers working. First room offered to unable to access and receptionist even could not enter. Second room offered ( a no smoking room) stunk of cigarette smoke.

My wife and I arrived about 18.00 on a Friday night. We got a parking space and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but looked worn out. There were no towels so my wife asked for one. She was told that she would have to buy one. This wiped out the benefit of staying at a cheaper hotel. Children were up and making a noise until after midnight, so we did not get a good sleep. This experience will deter me from using F1 again.

It’s a F1 hotel so not expecting the Ritz, but this one was quite well worn compared to others I have stayed in. It is definitely a stop for those travelling to/from Spain, so no body expecting much, just low cost. Sharing toilets and showers does mean corridor noise is quite high. That said, everything worked, strong shower, air con was good and kept the room at a good temperature all night long. Location was on the edge of Perpignan on an industrial estate, there was not much around. There was a burger van opposite the main entrance which actually looked ok but that’s it, have to jump back in the car to get something to eat. It’s OK providing your not expecting much.
