I always staying in f1 hotel and was the first time on the room not having air conditioning was to hot can’t sleep well after a long strip

I have been using Formula 1 for a very long time, and this time it was the worst ever experience. I didn’t get the room I booked, they changed it without my consent, I am very disappointed. The breakfast very limited for the price you charge, a piece of bread and a coffee for €4.50? It’s a joke?! It has become very basic, will not recommend to anyone, and will not use again. I paid €47 ? I could get a better room and service anywhere for this price.

Unbearable heat - no aircon - unbelievable. Fire doors left wide open in a vain attempt to cool the hotel. We had to stay in one room for safety. It must have been illegally hot. My daughter is still ill from the night we spent - six days ago - and has pretty much ruined the first week of our summer holiday.

Only booked 1 hour before arrival. Receptionist very friendly and keen to practice her English to ensure we had a good stay. Good accommodation and breakfast. Always use f1 wherever possible.reloable but price not what stayed online when booking confirmed

Our room was in a corridor where there were a lot of workers staying. It was very noisy both late at night and early in the morning. I would like to suggest that couples travelling as part of a holiday are put somewhere separate to people who are working.
