I came for the Download Festival. My room was clean. The entire hotel was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. All in all a great experience for 31 euros a night!

Room could do with a make-over. Towels are too small. Door lock didn't work properly, member of staff had to open it once. Breakfast could be better, but you get what you paid for. Always friendly staff.

We arrived very late, the gate was closed and we had not received the code. I had to leave my children outside the gate to try to find someone to open it for us. When I found the porter I did not find him helpful and check in was very long. By contrast the person working the next morning was extremely helpful and explained that I should have received the code in a welcome letter. He made sure there was enough food for breakfast and was very friendly. The room was fine but the too bunk was not made even though I had booked for 5 people.

Very good experience as always at F1. Great value for money. good Wifi connection. Good TV. Struggled to find hotel late at night but probably my fault. But a check-in machine had been mentioned on the hotel website and it didn't exist, so the bell had to be rung for a night receptionist at 30 past midnight - poor man!
