« Good room, dated and a little grubby loos & showers »

Checking in and access we good, the room was as described, simple, but clean and tidy which was good for the cost. The only let down was the loos and showers were not very clean, lots of dirt in corners that had been there for a while, this may be due to the age. The lady on reception in the morning was excellent. Friendly and accommodation to English speakers.

as expected, hotel on an industrial/retail park out of town, one or two bars and restaurants in walking distance although this F1 is further away than most. clean bed, reasonable price.

Less than basic. I could have paid just 4€ more and had towel, toilet and shower with the same room furniture. The gentleman at reception was helpful and polite

« Cheap hotel on long drive down through France »

Was OK, typical Formule 1 that could probably do with a bit of a renovation - blankets smelt pretty old, no towels (like there used to be), no soap in the dispenser in one of the showers, lights kept going out in the toilets and showers

« Really excellent customer service. »

Rooms were clean, as was bedding and neither smelled of cigarette smoke, which was a problem that we have had in the past. The corridor carpet was stained and the stairwell and hallway did smell a bit, but all the facilities were really clean. Other residents were quiet, which made it much easier to sleep. The member of staff on duty during our stay was really friendly and helpful, pointing out where there was a restaurant that we could walk to from the hotel. Overall this was a really good stay, much better than some we have had in the past.

« Not great! »

Stay in at least 2 F1 hotels a year as they are perfect for a short over night sleep while travelling and are great value for money. This particular F1 hotel was by far the worst we’ve stayed in. Hard, uncomfortable beds. Rooms smelt. Beds not made properly. Lights not working in 1 toilet, no toilet paper in another and urine all over the seat and floors in the other 2 toilets. Very noisie all night. Sorry to say but this experience has really put me off staying with my children again at an F1. For the first time ever, I don’t feel the 65€ was worth it. Very disappointed

This is just perfect for a night stopover on a long trip. We arrived late and left early so this type of basic hotel was just what we needed.

A warm welcome from receptionist but overall accommodation was not up to standard experienced at other formulae 1 hotels and it’s looking very tired and dirty in places and in need of refurbishment.

« Good apart from being double billed for our stay and not yet in reciept of the refund promised. »

While I was dealing with the luggage my wife was mistaken for Helen Hardaker Room 222 because her first name was also Helen and charged an extra 39.80. On reaching the check in desk I informed the attendant that I had paid in advance and he booked us into Room 221 and said he would sort out a refund for the extra payment. By check out the next morning he was not able to refund us our money but seeing as I had a French bank account he said the company would send me a cheque within 2 weeks. I was happy with that. I signed and dated a letter that the attendant had written explaining how he had mistakenly double billed me and carried on with my journey home. It is now nearly a month and there is no sign of a cheque or a refund on my credit card. Could you please investigate this matter with some urgency andsort out my refund.

Made the booking, than I received a cancellation email from the Hotel. I decided to change hotel and than as it turns out, they did without my authorisation a new booking and charged my PayPal account. I never used the hotel and they charged me 33 euros. First and last time I book in this hotel. Luckily I am getting the assistance of PayPal and the Police. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.

« Basic ,but that was all we needed. »

had trouble getting into our room the door handle wouldn't turn ,we found someone to help us ,he gave the door a hefty push and voila! the door opened.there was no problem after that.We were surprised there were no towels ,but for one night we managed .I would stay again ir the need arose and would be more prepared . The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . Regards

« Unclear towel policy »

When booking we saw something about buying a towel. It was not made clear that towels were no longer provided. We could have easily brought towels from home. I don't want or need to buy extra towels. So, for us arriving late and leaving early meant we had no easy means to wash. It was horrible. You need to make the new 'No towels provided' policy very clear so your customers are prepared. Also, as has been said on Trip Advisor, you need to decide whether you are a hotel or a hostel: You need to make it utterly clear that people should either bring their own or buy a cheap and nasty tea-towel (3 Euros). Is it really be short-sighted cost cutting (while paying lip service to "the environment")? Otherwise the room and facilities were clean and as described.

« Got the Wrong Room, Despite promiss to get an Trippel Room »

Hotel was easy to find (GPS), The Parking was Open so no problem to enter and Park. We got there late so we used our reservation number to get in, every thing worked as planed. We got to the Room, but it was just a Duo Room and not a Tripel room with an extra bed. Every thing worked, (TV,WIFI) There where hot Water in the Shower, but out of soap. Eventualy we fall asleep but it was not very good sleep. In the morning we got a good cheap breakfast, But kids should just pay half , since the dont eat much. The lady working there, was very eager/fast to take breakfast away. F1 hotel is a nice cheap way to get rest while driving long trips/vacation. so we will come back T
