The room was dirty had bugs on the walls and the floor was pealing away. The fire alarm went off at about 1:30 am for 20 minuets. Train tracks made it difficult to sleep although I understand that is totally out of your control. In the morning I when to have a shower and use the toilet. There was no hand sanitizer in the toilet and when I went in the shower the hot water didn’t work at all so I had to have a cold shower.

The reception staff were as pleasant as usual and you can be at 1am but the car park was littered with rubbish and belongings strewn everywhere. There were numerous (15-20) very young children playing (quite innocently) around the car park which seemed very odd for that time of night. There were some adults in attendance but the whole situation was not very reassuring or what you’ d expect.

Check in was OK and information adequate. Some of the toilets didn’t have working lights, which wasn’t helpful. The shower was good and refreshing and the breakfast was acceptable. The beds could have been bigger and more comfortable and the mattresses were overdue replacement.

The hotel was not good. the shower on the floor i was staying did not work, the fire doors left open, men camping in the car park.

Cigarette smell, no water, dirty bed linens

The reception staff was friendly, but the rest was simply a catastrophe: the bed linens smelled of cigarette smoke (we booked non-smoker room) and were dirty, and in the morning the water didn't work in our sink. The hotel seemed to be in a VERY bad state, looked like the shining. Had many other good encounters with F1 hotels, but this one made me think of booking competitors in the future - VERY BAD!

We arrive late at night and we left early in the morning. According to our expectations, it was near the Autoroute and easy to access. It smelled smoke, as in another F1 where we went.

Some staff speaks no English, all of them are lazy. Outside lots of clothes drying on the fence. Some part of gate doesnt work. You arrive and nobody cares. Bedsheets washed out! Toilets and baths terrible, like on a music festival.

I was in a F1 some time ago with a nice and confortable experience. That's why we booked this time 5 rooms (three of them ordered by me and my brother-in-law). My room (205) was dirty and previously sonebody smoked there. In my family room (206), heat didn't work. Bad experience ! A pity.

There was no parking space anymore. We payed for breakfast but there were only flakes left at 8 in the morning. The toilets were dirty

Staff were friendly enough on check in, the room was clean but bedding was worn and uninviting. Toilets weren't great, a bit grubby and light wasn't working. Due to cleanliness we decided not to shower here and stopped at the closest services instead.

Overwhelming smell of detergent as you walk in was not pleasant. Paid extra for breakfast, but most of the food had gone by 0830hrs. So it resulted in an expensive coffee!
