Easy to check in. Smell of cigarette smoke in room, sink was dirty. Everything else was fine.

It's strange that a hotel with common showers and toilets is part of the same net as Mercure and Sheraton. Cought me there, Accor! That said, rooms basicly are ok - Ibis Budget type, and you get a good nights sleep in a quiet and pretty clean capsule, if you don't mind the smell of cigarettes comming from the pillow. Common showers and toilets look clean but if you look at the rusty details you do start wondering... Staff is polite and very helpful. Main advantage? Nothing in this price range within a hundred miles.

Room is comfortabe. Toilet and shower is generally clean, more often cleanig would be ideal. Only issue which was quite severe was bedding and duvet which has stains ?blood.

it is based in rough area. all users are single males smoking drug and drinking alcohol windows of the rooms open and males naked. I would strongly recommend to put in your website that it is not suitable for family. I paid full price and left within 10 min of my stay. I did not stay in the hotel I booked another hotel paid another price. I lost money due to your dishonesty in describing the hotel as suitable for family. I would guaranty you won't put your family there for a second. I will never book F1 again and I would never recomend you unless you come up with redevelop and better security of your hotels.

we arrived to find out that the toilets/bathrooms/shower rooms were communal, and that towels were $3.00 each and also that the computer system had a problem which meant we could not check in, we waited for about 45 minutes (complimentary coffee provided by the receptionist), but ultimately we wanted to explore around Lake Geneva, so eventually he let us drop our bags in the rooms and agreed to check us in later when we returned. When we returned the new receptionist thought that we still needed to check in and was trying to charge us again and after another 30 minutes he eventually let us in to our rooms. In addition the car parking was not adequate. We were offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. I can not recommend F1 as a hotel for families.

Bad. The back security door was open, anyone could have got in and it felt that way. The atmosphere was one of insecurity to the point of intimidation. Where on earth were the staff and / or security. It had the feel of a dodgy hostel not an Accor Hotel.

Initially we were given a 'smoking' room which we were able to change. It would be a good idea that we could request a non-smoking room on booking. My husband has severe lung problems and this would not have been acceptable if another room was not available. Staff were helpful and friendly. Easy to access. Parking good.

Room was Ok as expected, clean and reasonably comfortable. Some of the toilet/shower cubicles has lighting problems. Breakfast was not good, I regret ordering it. Entry, up a narrow track, was not well-signed when arriving after dark.
