« Short layover to Paris, final destination. »

Everything as expected. But there isn't soap in my bathroom. I booked the Cabrio room with private bathroom and I must went out to buy soap. Also the next day I had a bad surprise, someone with a white van hit my car on the parking. Very very sad day. There isn't any cam recording the parking, bad way.

The room was good and clean. The hotel was a bit far from the city center but it wasnt a big problem. The showers and toilets were unfortunately not as clean as i would expect from an Accor Group hotel.

I stayed for two nights. The staff were very helpful even though there was a language difficulty. I was okay with the room everything worked. There was no TV remote on the first day. I never asked for one, but a TV remote turned up on the second day. Not sure that I could understand the Channels. An English channel would have been appreciated. The only down side to my stay. I had to go down stairs to the reception as my door had jammed and would not unlock. The door locks are very tempremental. I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux and would come back again.

Pleasant man at reception. Hotel basic but clean. Good value. Short drive from city centre. The only real negative was a strong smell of cannabis on the floor where I was staying.

A welcome break in our long journey. Staff were there to check us in late at night and show us to our room. This hotel is in an industrial area so there is some noise with the windows but this didn’t stop us sleeping. Our dog was very welcome. Breakfast was unlimited bread toast and jams and hot and cold drinks.

The staff were unable to provide a map, bus information, or any information on what to see or do. I paid for luggage storage and upon my return we found the luggage room to be flooded. My two pieces of luggage were soaked and the staff were not apologetic - this was stressful and upsetting as I was catching an overnight bus with wet luggage. The staff member also accidentally smashed the wine I purchased as he lifted my luggage to say 'it's not that bad', which was disappointing, but it was an accident. I sent an email complaint to HotelF1 on Monday 17 September and have received no response yet. I expect to be compensated for the luggage I needed to wash, my book that was ruined, my suede bag that got wet and the inconvenience of the situation. I hope to hear back as soon as possible. We had an extremely welcoming greeting from the staff. All receptionists were just amazing, always smiling and extremely helpful (looked like they are really loving their job). The room (with private shower and toilet) was small but extremely clean and has been cleaned every day. However, you'd have to ask for more pillows (as the ones they have are jamming into nonexistence), bring or buy all the washing up liquids and totally buy the towel they offer (it's from really thin material, takes little space and dries your body perfectly; we took them home and totally see their worh). In addition, the location is perfect, you can either walk for 30 mins to get into city centre or take two buses or one bus and tram. Anyhow it's extremely convenient. Even tho the area seems a bit run down and have some auspicious individuals but, in fact, it is safe and we were walking it in the middle of the night many times. It was a great stay for value. There is nothing to complain about.

Rooms were clean and tidy as were the bags of bedding. Breakfast was basic. We werent too impressed when the staff realised they hadnt put the toaster out after eating our bread and jam. Toast would have been a much better alternative. But still value for money

The bed was firm, my wife's preference. The staff were friendly and helpful. A dedicated parking, with an imbedded bar, for motorcycles would have been nice and a map of the city and how to access the motorway might have helped. The confusion arriving, due to the roadworks, can hardly be blamed on your company. Overall, as we are used to from F1s and why we continue to use them. I am not a great lover of jam or honey so a peanut option alongside the hazelnut perhaps.

The air conditioning didn't work, and because it was so noisy with cars & vans coming and going all night we couldn't have the window open. So it was incredibly hot and airless.

I had problems with my bedroom afor some insects that I found on my bed... then the way of the receptionist told me was too impolite. Finally, there are works in the hotel so always there were workers and a lot of noises. I can’t stay in peace in my bedroom.
