Good comfort and clean, not too noisy from other guests. The morning staff was very rude and unhelpful - she was more like a military general. Most offputting. The evening staff was very friendly and helpful.

Most important: Building is way too noisy, floors squeuk and crack even while its not an old building. Furthermore toilets and showers are very wornout, why is there not even a toilet Seat? Why no towel for that price. I know its cheap but for this price you should be able to throw in a towel. I Am happy to pay 5 eur more if you’d fix that.

When we arrived it was 34 + degrees outside at 6pm. We checked in, this was the only good part as it was very straight forward, only to see a notice on reception advising that the air conditioning was not working! We checked in to our rooms, which were not very inviting, the bed spreads were dirty and the whole room looked as though it need a really good clean. The shower and toilets, do not look like they have been updated since we last visited 5 years ago! The outside part as you walk in to reception was very dirty, plastic bags covered the seats, which also looked like they had seen better days.

It was a horrible night. The airconditioning did not work while it was over 35 c. The bedsheets were not clean and the door unlocking system did not work for one of our rooms. The personnel was very helpful, but unexperienced...

Friendly staff, very cheap, nice place to rest a bit after a long drive, nice bedsheets and matrasses, nice to have a sink in the room. Breakfast was also nice. Only the showers and toilets were very hot/moist but maybe that was due to the weather.

We have stayed here several times before but this time it felt jaded. No air conditioning at all (broken), but it has been before as well. With temperatures over 30+ degrees this was unacceptable. Only offered two free coffees as compensation. Breakfast was sparse and desk service poor. Too expensive for what it was offering and probably would not stay there again.

Experience was good. However. I had to face language problem. Majority of the people at reception didn't understand English. I had by mistake paid breakfast for two people online. I tried to make them understand but they couldn't. So had to leave like that only.

Rooms were basic but clean which is understandable. Toilet areas were horrible, grubby smelly and looked as if they needed replacing. Communal areas were dark and dingy in desperate need of redecoration and the flooring was grubby, full of stains etc. Having stayed at an Ibis Budget on the way down which was cheaper, fresh clean and comfortable there is just no comparison. Sorry but F1 hotels need to up there game!

Room warm and comfortable. Glad of sink. Had someone try to open room door at 4am.... toilets filthy so decided to leave early to go to a service station instead.

Terrible, smelt and bedding was dirty and had cigarette burns over it. The host was angry I asked for a new one!!

This is the last time I will stay at f1 having stayed here for many years. The level of cleanliness was terrible and the service was rude and brisk! The bedding had holes from cigarette burns and the room stunk!! The carpet was filthy It’s cheap but this was terrible. When I went to complain the reception lady was aggressive and made me feel terrible for asking to exchange the bedding. She said there was a wet one which someone had vomited on!!! Finally after standing my ground she offered me two single duvet covers!! The carpet was filthy!! I couldn’t wait to leave it!!

Bed sheets that smelt of stale cigarette smoke

Everything was fine apart from the clean bedsheets that smelt of cigarette smoke. Maybe they were stored where someone was smoking or were hung out to dry where someone was smoking?
