stale Cigarette smoke smell all over the bedding. my clothes smelt of smoke for days afterWards. Whole establishment Was not that clean. Will not be staying as this hotel again.

Good. We arrived very late having driven from London en route to Chamonix, but it was fine as a brief stop to get a few hours sleep. Rooms were very hot however.

« Smoke infused room not fit for the purpose »

We stayed in the room for 1 hour and then left and checked into hotel next door. The room stank of cigarette smoke and was uninhabitable as far as I was concerned. My son has asthma and is still wheezing 2 days later. The whole experience was appalling. You could smell the stale smoke stench 10 metres away down the corridor but nothing prepared me for how strong it was when I opened the door. It was like sitting in a giant ashtray.

Basic rooms. Beds like rock. You’ll need binoculars to see the tv. Toilet and shower clean but along a corridor so be prepared to get fully dressed before visiting the facilities at night. And you neeed to use a 6 digit code to enter your bedroom

Toilets dirty on arrival and still dirty on departure. Woken at around 6 am by female member of staff having loud and prolonged (40min) conversation on her mobile, in the main corridor. I eventually asked her to be quiet.

« F1 is not a hotel chain any more »

A hotel is used to stay over night with all necessary services for such an overnight stay. This means: Bed, linen, towels and a shower and/or sink. You don't provide towels any more, so your F1 is now rather a youth hostel than a hotel. In fact French authorities should withdraw the right to call "hotel" an overnight room without service. Apart from the extremely annoying fact, that you don't provide something very basic like a towel, "hotel" F1 in Dijon North is filthy without any attention to details like cleaning parts of the room or the aisle, that aren't directly accessible. This so called "hotel" is a shame, even for the F1 brand of Accor. Apart from this, I feel betrayed because of the "no towel" policy. Totally unacceptable, particularly when you are not informed about this. Obviously you don't do this, because otherwise everybody immediately reserves at Premiere Class etc. After many stays over the last years, I can say Good Bye.

The stay was as espected. All the basic needs were there. Price/quality I guess it was okay. Room and public space were clean. Also toilets and showers were clean. Airco and tv were working. And there was wifi.

Unfortunately there was a smell of smoke that permeated through most rooms and spaces in the hotel. This was a shame. The reception staff were professional and proficient. There was some noise from people who were outside the main reception seemingly all night. I also wasn't convinced that the main gate was locked to ensure the security of cars etc in the car park.

Lacked usual hassle free checkin (code on door), instead had to wait (a while) for someone to answer the bell, although it wasn't that late. Room was tired, not especially clean and reeked of smoke. Not expecting luxury, stayed at others in the past and found them clean, simple and perfect for a quick overnight mid journey, so overall quite disappointed.. would not repeat.

Easy booking hotel very easy to find. Staff were pleasant, room was basic but OK. A bit noisy but it's understandable at this time of year.
