The accommodation was very basic, but very clean indeed and comfortable. Breakfast good. Very polite staff. On arrival the computer system was not working, so it took some time to book in the group I was with. My friend and myself enjoyed our stay here.

On arrival the 'Booking and Allocation' system was not working, the young lady behind the desk was doing her best but could have done with some assistance. 4 of our party of 8 had booked double rooms for single occupancy, all 4 were allocated twin rooms. However this was rectified by the poor lady struggling without a computer to help her. The rooms were clean, modern, well maintained and functional. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful and warm, and there were ample plug sockets to recharge phone and camera battaries. The hotal is situated on an industrial estate near a residential area, and there was a Buffalo Grill, and McDonalds near by.

Check in was shambolic. I had prebooked on a pay on booking no cancellation basis. Prior to leaving home i received an e mail inviting me to "Check In On line", so I attempted to do that. Clearly my booking was recognised because I input my booking ref correctly. However the system then advised me that it would charge me for one night - no acknowledgement whatsoever that I had already paid for four nights (As was confirmed on my bank statement). So I didn't check in at that stage. I arrived at the hotel before the reception opened, so i checked in using the exterior check in system, ans gained access to my room. However, the system indicated even then that I would be charged for a single night and the printout I received with the access code and room number was also a receipt for payment of EURO 48.44, which is a different sum to that listed in my booking details, which show a sum of 47.45 for that night. The following day,I went on my trip for the day and returned at around 1730 if I recall correctly; anyway, reception was open. But I could not gain access to my room. It transpired that the access code was no longer valid "Because the code issued by the exterior machine when I arrived was only valid for one night" and the receptionist issued me with another number. This is stupid! I do tend to memorise such things and unnecessary change like this is disruptive. In any event it is grossly disrespectful of a guest who has made a multi night prepaid booking.

Room 207 airco was not working. I would have thought then Accor would not rent it out. I inmediately mailed the hotel but was no reply. In the morning, I saw (and heard) mechanicians so it was known already. In addition I told the mngr in the morning, but there was no “nice” reply. Only that they knew and therefor they have the mechanicians. I like Ibis normally but with this warm weather it was really too much.

Property felt like it was in need of refurbishment. Uncomfortably warm overnight- air conditioning not functional. Very warm and stuffy and could not open window because there was no insect screen.

I only stayed for one night, but the room was clean and well for the price. There was no noise so we could sleep perfectly without problems.

Easy access from motorway. Not easy to get into the room as the touch screen wasn’t clearly indicated. Room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. The sink leaked dierctly into the bin! As there was no reception open we slept the night in this room . Breakfast was good and the rooms well designed otherwise. Shame about the problems as the room would have been good value if these problems Hadn’t occured.

Since I was staying only one night with my family, the experience was OK. But the isolation between the rooms is horrible (I could hear everything from other rooms) and the door from my room had issues and was really hard to open. Also, it was missing a pillow and towels. The breakfast was a nice surprise, considering its low cost.
