The lights didn’t work, the window latch was broken, I am pretty sure someone opened my door in the morning and closed it when they realized I was in the room, smelled like smoke, the restrooms were unflushed and smelled bad so we kept using the ones upstairs. Only good thing was that there was wifi and a vending machine where I was able to get food (although there was no fork with the food so we made spoons from the wrapping of the food).

Tje room was terrible not worth the nightly rate the toilet is down the corridor not in the room the staff dont even speak a bit of english there is nowhere to charge ypur phone when staying in the room

So in retrospect it would be a no for me in the future. Being a last minute reservation and me looking for a cheap rate. To no fault of the hotel I didnt know there would be a shared bathroom/shower. Room was pretty clean, specially the bedding was crisp. The gentleman at the front desk was great and even helped us get food at 2am! And with a bit of a language barrier, wish I taken his name. Front desk in the am also very helpful with directions and whatnot and spoke no English. This is like a dorm hostel type and second hand smoke is big, it just comes through the vents I guess. After all I'm grateful we were able to sleep for a night and encountered nice staff.

Washrooms are not cleaned and in the rooms there is a smell and in breakfast it’s just the table having tea and bread. Overall not very satisfied and don’t know why AccorHotels have this in his member hotel. Give one star for its price otherwise no star at all. Moreover staff does not know English.

Dirty, bloody bed clothing. Very small rooms (no place for laptop even). Very low standard of toilet on corridor. And because we were in suits, everyone looked at us very strangly. The employee who cleaned rooms look like in chemical defence suit. In the end we decided to run out and find other, more cililised hotel. And the best one, receptionist didn't speak English.

The waiter at the reception paid little or no attention to us, talking to us while chating on his phone. I still have the paper he gave me in which the room details of wifi, and number was written. The printer almost did not have ink. The quality of the rooms were below expection, the toilets were not the best.

The toilets smelled of urine (enough to make you gag) and so did the showers. The room was okay, though the covers were ripped and the whole place smelled of smoke.

This is more of a complaint, where do I begin, the worse experience ever. 1. Arrived with reservation and we were told there was no reservation. 2. We managed to eventually make the payment. 3.The Lady at reception spoke no English, it was very difficult and stressful to communicate. 4. Once we went towards the room the smell was vile, even in the room, I have never been in a hotel where the smell was so bad we wanted to throw up. 5. The room description is very misleading, it does not state that the shower and toilet is shared with both women and men, who were just random people to us. Might I add there was not a separate section, they were in the corridor where everyone would walk past, no privacy As two young girls staying at the hotel I did not feel comfortable or safe using these, this should have been stated clearly in the description, had I known this I would never have booked this in the first place. 6. The toilets were also disgusting majority of the time there was urine on the seat. 7. As soon as I saw the standards of the hotel and the toilets, within 5 minutes, I went straight down and asked the lady if we could just cancel the two following nights and have our money back, it was too late to cancel the first night as there was no public transport to and from the hotel, because of the language barrier it took a while to explain this, a young gentleman passing by had to explain as well as he could that we were not happy, she refused to do this and said we would not get a refund. I then went on to find the number for the customer service to make a complaint, I had to call from my mobile which means my bill will be extremely high, once I got through the gentleman on the phone also spoke no English and did not transfer me to some one who could, it was almost like talking to no one. I find it ridiculous that with such a big company like this they do not have a translator or someone working with a little knowledge English, so nothing was resolved. 8. Towards the evening the hotel also smelt of cigarettes, this is very off putting for none smokers. 9. We asked the lady to book us a taxi so we could go into Paris, the lady booked a very expensive private company taxi, he charged us 60euro for one way. On our return we managed to get a taxi back for just 30euro, so we felt like we were ripped off. 10. The next morning we went to get a coffee and we had to pay 1euro and there was not even any milk. 11. On our last night we asked the lady to book us a taxi for the next morning, this was done. As we had some friends that came to take us out that night, they offered to drop us off at the airport, they are from France so they were fluent in French, they asked the lady to cancel the taxi as they would take us, she said she will. 12. The next morning, we kept getting knocks on the door first by the cleaners who were speaking in French, we managed to figure out what they were saying, they were saying we needed to leave, we said check out was not till 12, as we were told by the lady at the reception the night before. They then wanted to check to see if we had paid. We then got another knock which was a young girl from reception, who also could not speak English, saying a taxi was outside for us, we managed to explain we asked for it to be cancelled, which clearly was not done, she did not look happy and stormed off. 13. As we were waiting in the reception for our lift we had our luggage there, and a few things on the table, there was no one else using the table. The young girl came a few times it sounded like she was shouting at as, and with hand gestures telling us to clear the table, she seemed to have a horrible attitude towards us. we were not impressed with her service, I think her name was Miriam. 14. The two gentleman that worked there were very nice and helpful. I would like this to be taken as a formal complaint, and to be reimbursed for all the stress and inconvenience caused.
