I was so disappointed with the hotel and room I didn't even stay. I found the next nearest hotel and checked in there instead. The hotel is horrible, right at the side of the motorway ( very noisy), no bathroom in the room and the place was filthy. I will never stay in a Formule 1 hotel again

I booked online initially via hotel.com and due to an error where the dates defaulted to a different date I had to rebook as I needed the hotel that evening. I asked to refund and was told no and couldnt simply change the date to the day i stayed. I was quoted 42 euro including taxes when rebooked via the accord hotel site but charged over 50 at check in and no real explanation other than the word taxes given. I'm now out of pocket around 40 euros. Breakfast was poor and the booking/refund experience shocking.

Room ok but suspect bedding not fresh. Two toilets on landing, one full of vomit everywhere other one the light didn’t work so complete darkness when using. Breakfast cornflakes, sliced bread and baguette pieces with some confitures and coffee ! You get what u pay for. Didn’t notice 5e for dog supplement when booking but may have missed that. Lady receptionist friendly.

Usually F1 hotels are basic, but clean and convenient: this one wasn't. The room wasn't really clean, there was dust everywhere, and just had 2 electric plugs, not near to the bed. Dirty laundry was stored on the stairs, and it didn't smell good. We were a little dissatisfied.

Check in issues that meant we didn't get into your room until 3am

When we arrived at 2am the reception was closed. Doors locked. Machine outside was out of order and would not process our booking. The phone for assistance was engaged. Eventually a guest helped us into the build and after a while found out which room the night manager was asleep in. We woke him up and he check us in, he then said the machine was broken, which we already knew and said he took the assistance phone line off the hook as people kept calling. This was why we couldn't get through to anyone when trying to use the phone. All round a disgraceful experience.

I did not stay in the hotel after going to the Orleans one it was shocking I would line my money refunded as I cancelled online

I enjoyed my brief stay, your manager was very helpful, and the room comfortable. On the negative side- the shower (a guache, level 1) was in need of decorative attention) Also, there was no promotion at Courtpaille offering customers of F1 a 10 percent discount on meals

The rooms were ridiculously hot. The fire escapes had all been wedged open to allow air flow but this left all floors open to anyone who was passing to intrude so felt unsafe

I have called and booked the hotel by ACCOR representative and was told to pay 162 Euro finally. But as I was there, I have to pay 168 Euro. Its not that much, but I did not like the false promises. Your on call representative has told my that 162 is final prise including all taxes so eith he was lying or the lady on reception in hotel. Also she does not speaks English and was not able to understand any thing. Unfortunately the reception was also not friendly.

Good clean rooms, extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Facilitated a room change without issue as one room, on the first floor was surrounded by people smoking n their rooms. The stench was awful. It’s a shame they let this go unchallenged and spoiled the stay.

The hotel is one we have used before en route home. This time, they had removed towels and soap from the room, there is no soap dispenser in the shower and many of the toilets were dirty, blocked and graffiti ridden.
