I have called and booked the hotel by ACCOR representative and was told to pay 162 Euro finally. But as I was there, I have to pay 168 Euro. Its not that much, but I did not like the false promises. Your on call representative has told my that 162 is final prise including all taxes so eith he was lying or the lady on reception in hotel. Also she does not speaks English and was not able to understand any thing. Unfortunately the reception was also not friendly.

We just needed a place to stay at nigh. Arrived late and left early to continue our trip to the south. We just needed a clean, comfortable bed, and that’s what we got.

Good clean rooms, extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Facilitated a room change without issue as one room, on the first floor was surrounded by people smoking n their rooms. The stench was awful. It’s a shame they let this go unchallenged and spoiled the stay.

Dirty and minimalist

The hotel is one we have used before en route home. This time, they had removed towels and soap from the room, there is no soap dispenser in the shower and many of the toilets were dirty, blocked and graffiti ridden.

I have used these for many years, they are basic, comfortable and warm as well as clean, i have found the staff always helpful with local information, and speak some reasonable English access to the sites are always easy to get to as well, i have no issues with Hotel F1, as for price you cant beat it.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful and the bed was comfortable, that's the only two positive points. I've never stayed with F1 before and I never would again. The place stank of cigarettes, from reception to the bedroom. Barely room to move around, the bed spread was worn and had holes, plug sockets too close to the wall to plug anything in. Cigarette burns on walls and a horrible chemical smell, maybe air fresheners. It felt like a prison cell and more like 15 euros room....can't believe we paid 40 euros.....a rip off!! I'd rather sleep in my car but we arrived too late to cancel.

great receptionist, really friendly and helpful. hotel was clean and much better than last time. not having any towels is a negative point. breakfast was poor - no clean bowls were available and the person responsible was rude and dismissive, she looked like she'd have rather been anywhere else. our kids had to eat cereal out of cups, the breakfast woman eventually cleaned the bowls - so she could eat a bowl of cereal!

Friendly reception. My request for a quiet room on the ground floor was met. Clean, comfortable room. Civilised departure time of 12.00 noon. Think it's a pity that you have stopped providing towels and soap. It doesn't feel very customer-friendly. Saving money on trivial things is counter-productive when it makes customers feel negatively about your service.

Acceptable for one night.
