Theodore on reception was very efficient and helpful to us, even speaking English. Room etc was clean and was breakfast very good. We will use again?

No problem, cheap and cheerful. This F1 has been fairly quiet when we've stopped here. The one thing that keeps getting worse each year is the breakfasts. It's pretty minimal on the choice of what's available, and this time there wasn't even proper breakfast bowls, we had to use a cup!

« Good except for reception. »

A good experience. I arrived at 8.30 p.m., but there was no one at 'Reception'. Perhaps this is normal. I have stayed here in the past, arrived much later, and Reception was open. This is not a cataclysmic criticism. Because I met no member of staff, I cannot complete two questions which follow. I have entered the lowest score for that reason.

Toilets are shower rooms are communal. Not much to expect from the price I paid but it should at least be clean. Found stain on quilt cover and floor/sink not cleaned. The room is very small.

« More than we have come to expect of F1 Vaudreil! »

It was very much tidier than previous times we have visited and this must be due to the very diligent Manager whom we saw tidying the grounds outside every morning. He was very welcoming and accommodating and went out of his way to help us have a good stay. The Cleaner was lovely - a very happy and charming person who also went the extra mile to help. As for the room, it was clean and as we expect from F1 Hotels. Thank You

Arrived 16th June 2017 at hotel about 2100 hours, entered all known numbers on keypad several times none of the numbers was recognized unable to gain entry. Went to nearby IBIS STYLE Rouen Val de Reuil and paid again for accommodation to ACCOR HOTELS. Extremely annoyed will not stay at F1 Hotels again as no receptionist or means of contact and all information in French none in English. WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF MY PAYMENT TO F1 HOTELS as I paid for accommodation to ACCOR HOTELS GROUP twice. Please check your reservation list for nearby IBIS STYLE Hotel Rouen Val de Reuil for 16th June 2017 to confirm my use of of room 123.

« Worst hotel experience ever! »

I had a reservation code which I used in the outside machine in order to get the room and code. The problem was that room was already occupied by other persons. Do you imagine how it is to get a complete stranger entering your room? knowing your room and code? The girl on the phone barely speak english... Second problem, I paid 4€ for breakfast that according to the prints on the room door should be until 9:30! wrong... there was somehow a paper in the entrance saying it was until 9:00... what can I say? Worst hotel experience ever!!!

Arriving at the motel on 21st May late afternoon, had to use my card and reservation booking to get the room no which was ok. What struck me at first sight was how uncut all the grass area was all around the motel. The bar come eating area by reception was very untidy with crumbs all over the floor and a cleaning mop stuck up against the wall. On going to my room to find there was no towels or pillow cases, went down to reception again and after ages was greeted by a lad who looked like he had just got up and smelt like it as well, in a while another lady again not like the normal F1 dressed staff you normally get in Hotel F1 came down and gave me 2 pillow cases and 2 towels which were not even ironed . When back in my room looked down and found mold on the wall under the sink, opened up the window blind to find a window opposite with all black on the outside frame going down the wall. Then went to the toilet only to find no toilet paper, not one toilet downstairs had any paper and only one toilet up stairs had paper, also there was mold an rust on the floor and pipe. In the morning for breakfast the eating area was still dirty with no spoons. This is the most dirty and untidy motel I have ever stayed in and will never stay there again, this motel was always good in the past but now lets your motel chain down,it looked very run down and the staff do your hotels no good what soever. I have taken Pictures of the toilets and the mold if you would like them and suggest you make a visit to check this out, you have the room no on record.. I have been staying at F1 motels for over 12 years and was disgusted Thank You. Mr john B..

Unfortunately,when we arrived late at night the bed linen and towel was left in the room. Soiled and used by the previous occupant. This is the first time we have had a problem as we have stayed many times in your hotels. We told the receptionist in the morning but we had no response.

I had reserved a room for my daughter which was supposed to be accessible as she uses an electric wheelchair. The room given was not accessible. The disabled bathroom door was broken. The two other rooms reserved were a disgrace. One had a broken window and was dirty, the other room had not had the bedding change. I have photographs. My daughter was embarrassed and upset. breakfast ran out of bread and clean dishes. A dreadful experience and I will be making a formal complaint and using forums to advise people in wheelchairs never to use F1

It was terrible! There were young people there making a great deal of noise and they would not listen to your staff or any of the guests! It is not acceptable after 12pm at night. This is apparently normal at the weekend.. Also the rooms are very tired and the hotel generally in need of a refurb. There was mold on the underside of my daughter's bed which is health hazard. The room stunk of smoke and the bed cover was dirty. We are very un-impressed.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and noticed a decline, mainly around breakfast, croissants were stopped sometime ago now. And our recent visit after arriving for breakfast at 0905 hr to be told breakfast now finishes at 9am not at 0930 as the notice displayed. When this was pointed out the notice was removed. We were however given breakfast. we have 2 hotels booked for our return journey, my wife's first reaction was to cancel both.

Easy to find as we had the address so could approach Rouen on the right road! Our dog was welcome but it was suffocatingly hot (he struggled) and with no air conditioning it was quite uncomfortable for us all - but we realised that these temperatures were above the normal seasonal average. The receptionist was friendly and gave good advice as to where to go to eat for the evening meal; we had a good overnight stay - thank youi!
