security poor, room chemically smelled, noisy until 2.45 in the morning. The clientel actually made me nervous. I booked and paid for breakfast but left early without eating just to get away. I have stopped at 100’s of Accor on business for 20 years and have been more than satisfied. I will also always use them still but not the Rubaix hotel.

It would be massively more helpful if you could include the booking reference in the email itself rather than attaching it to a pdf. I struggled to get in, because although I had the check-in email, there wasn't sufficient network connectivity to fetch the PDF, so I didn't have the booking reference number.

The bathroom and shower plus room were incredibly dirty and lots of noisy guests on our floor area

Filthy and dirty toilets (Hair in the drains and pee on the seats and floor) a very poor experince. Very poor help from the staff - only French speaking. Bad neigbourhood, Lot af streetnoise and No Spaces in the breakfastarea. Good WiFi

First we’ve got room not according our reservation. Next was ok but general higienic standard was worsts I saw. Not first time in f1 but really surprised in negative way.

Came on a short break for the Paris Roubaix challenge, great location and great value. The room was average and cleanliness was poor. Cockroach in the room. Only hand towels available. Toilet cleanliness was poor. Showers were average. Parking was good.

The hotel is tired, dark an depressing. The facilities are extremely poor and I found the showers not to be particularly clean. My room smelled of cigarette smoke, the sink looked really old and didn't look inviting, the carpet was knackered. The sheets looked clean however.

Accommodation was clean and fair given price. Arrived just after midday but had some issues getting into the rear car park as code wouldn't work. Car parking was adequate and appeared secure. Coffee machine appeared to only be filling half-way, which ever drink you ordered. Heater within room didn't work so a little uncomfortable but bearable. TV and basin worked fine. Overall, would recommend for price.

- I made a reservation online with a discount price but when we arrived at the reception we were asked to pay the full price! - please try to stick to the same breakfast hours - please try to clean the bedcovers - douches and toilets Should be more cleaner - please reduce noise in the corridors

The hotel was dirty, crowdy and messy. All through the night a group of people was shouting and walking in and out. In the middle of the night we saw a group of three persons walking to the parkingsite. We thought the parkingplace was closed, but it appeared not to be. At that moment we decided to leave. It is a disgrace to call this place a hotel. I think you should be ashamed your name is on that wall. Our kids didn't feel safe in this hotel. We will never attend an F1 hotel again.
