We were welcomed by a very friendly staff member. The hotel was easy to find and wonderful located for us on our travel back to The Netherlands. The hotel itself rerally needs renovation. It is quite old. The room was clean both showers and toilets are really out dated.

The room was very warm. Opening the windows would cool down the room to be able to sleep. Keeping the windows open for a long time is no option as it's next to the highway. After closing the window, the temperature did rise again within minutes.

Hotel looks old and smudgy. It definitely needs a refreshment/improvement on the furniture, painting etc. Everything creaks and squeaks when you walk to the room.

Disgusting hotel

This was without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilets were disgusting, the woman on reception made me pay again for one of our rooms, even though I had prepaid. The floor in the room was dirty. Overall a very terrible experience.

One problem after the other

Upon our arrival we were asked to pay the whole amount, but we had already done that when we booked 2 weeks earlier. We needed to show a proof of payment, because the employee couldn’t find any trace of payment in the system. Failure in the system? The employee was very friendly. Afterwards our friends’ room’s lock was broken and needed to be changed, but it didn’t work and eventually they got a new room. In our room the window was open and it was freezing cold. We needed to sleep with extra blankets and a jumper, and we put on the heating. In the middle of the night we woke up sweating, because it had become too warm. We needed to open up the window to get some air. At around 6am we were woken up by the sound of water coming up the drain of the washing table. Probably because people had started taking a shower or using the bathroom. Overall bad experience.

Unfortunately the experience this time was not very good, as the sheets and pillow cases in the room were not clean/changed after the previous guest/s and had to use the bunk bed bedding.

Receptionist friendly and welcoming, but Hotel quite run down, small room (double bed + child bunk) sink in room dirty and waste under leaked water onto the floor when used. Separate common shared shower room had holes in cubical wall general decor poor and needs updating. Value for money clean bed for work men but NOT a place I want to stay in for more than 1 night or share with family.
